Cette maison très recherchée sur le thème de l'île française est l'escapade de vacances idéale pour les familles, les amis ou tout simplement pour vous. Ce troisième étage (avec ascenseur), condo de quatre chambres a une vue imprenable sur la plage de l'île de Palms et l'océan Atlantique depuis le salon, la chambre principale et le balcon privé. Vous adorerez la cuisine gastronomique haut de gamme avec un réfrigérateur Sub-Zero, un four Viking, des armoires personnalisées, des murs doublés de liège et des comptoirs en granit. positives - beach access - love all the dogs on the beach ad bunny rabbits all over property grounds. walkable and safe area. Lots of positives but a few things to consider- frig does not have water filter so bring your own water, not a panoramic view of ocean as wall on left side of patio prevents seeing sunrise but still nice view. a/c will only go to 72 so its not as cool temp as i would like.

We stayed in mid-May 2024. It was a lot of fun. Some good restaurants nearby. Kitchen was perfect. Walk to the beach was easy. The pool was nice. The owners were easy to work with. We had a great stay. Even got to watch some dolphins playing near the pier along the shore. Overall it was a great place for our family to reconnect and spend time together. Everyone had plenty of space. Would definately stay again.

Balcony and view were amazing which was fabulous because the weather was less than desirable. The photos and videos did not do this beautiful home justice. Everything was clean and well stocked. Second stay has been booked!

What we love most about this property is location. So much within a quick walk. You can even walk a couple of blocks to the grocery not to mention multiple restaurants and bars.
Property was clean and provided all we needed for our stay. We took extra paper products because many places we have stayed only had a start. We did not use any of ours.
We got a call as soon as the facility was cleaned and unloaded early. Nice perk.

We really enjoyed staying at this property while in town for a wedding. The view is amazing and the condo overall was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the owners prompt communication and the nice bottle of wine they provided as a welcome. We will book this property again for sure!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and in a great location. We would love to come back. However the first few hours we were there our car was towed because we didn't have our parking pass. We were unaware about the aggressive towing that a lot of people are calling "predatory towing" in Isle of Palms. We didn't even have a chance to unpack our car and there were multiple parking spots left in the garage. I overlooked our parking pass by email and had only read that we would have two private spots in the garage. I believe more awareness should be brought to others attention about the parking pass as this was a very stressful and unfortunate event when we had already paid to stay at this location.

We had a great stay for our family vacation! The condo was clean, meticulously decorated, and very spacious for our group - we had 8 adults and 2 babies. Walking distance to the beach and a community pool were great accomodations. Morning coffee on the patio over looking the beach / ocean was amazing. The hosts were great with communication!
The only thing that would've made the stay better was if there was more toilet paper provided (especially because the condo can accommodate a larger number of guest) and more dishwasher tabs could've been provided as we found the dishwasher getting over loaded since only 4 tabs were provided- it's vacation so we didn't want to hand wash the dishes if we didn't have to :)

We stayed at Ocean Pearl in early August. So happy we chose this beautiful condo. Very clean. Easy access to ocean. Fabulous views while relaxing on the balcony. Plenty of space inside. Nice to walk to a variety of restaurants within just a few minutes. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Ocean Pearl. The condo was everything they described. Enjoyed many hours on the deck reading , watching & listening to the waves. Easy access to the beach & restaurants. Plenty of room for all of us. Any questions we had were immediately responded to. Would definitely stay here again. So glad we found it!!!

We utilized Ocean Pearl for a trip with my parents and mother in law. The condo was the perfect set up for us and we had a great time. The mornings on the deck having coffee looking at the ocean were wonderful. The condo was exactly what I had anticipated, well taken care of, nicely appointed and easy access to everything. The management company was great with instructions and communications. We will definitely look to return again to Isle of the Palms.

It was 8 of us. 6 adults, 2 children. My father in law is severely disabled. I booked this spot for the beachfront access, large balcony, and the elevator. The parking was simple and the elevator was key. There’s no formal check-in which I loved. Just go straight on in.
Place was super clean, the massive balcony was a hotspot for us all hanging out. Incredible view!!! I also loved that you needed a code for everything as it cut down on through traffic. It’s nearby all the restaurants and shops. We didn’t use our vehicles once while there. Will definitely be looking for a similar spot next year when it’s just us 4, without the grandparents.

I’m sorry to say the condo was not very clean. One of the bedrooms had hair all over the pillow and sheets. We had to wash sheets after traveling for 6 hours. I didn’t feel real clean in there. I reached out to the owner and they said they would give me a credit but so far I haven’t seen one. The unit needs to be updated badly. It’s very dated for the price of the rental.
The positive thing was that the location was good and you could walk to most places.

We had a great time. The condo was in a very convenient location, right on the main road. This condo is right next to a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed free entertainment. The music was over by 9:30 pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies.
The only negative in my opinion. It would be the darkness of the master bedroom and bath. I prefer light and bright areas to see. It was very dark and dim. Some would love it.

Everything was incredibly easy in terms of the check-in process. The property was amazing! Perfect parking with easy access to the elevator and they had carts to help you get your stuff to the condo. The views are amazing! The balcony is large and the furniture is perfect! Everything is so comfortable. The kitchen is just wow! I couldn’t wait to put my groceries in the fancy sub zero fridge! We had a great time! Will absolutely be back again!!

We booked Ocean Pearl for our annual girls' trip (4 of us). It was wonderful to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed the ocean views (especially the sunrises). The place had everything we needed for light meals with groceries and dining options close by. The drive into Charleston is easy. We would highly recommend Ocean Pearl & would love to stay here again.

The property was VERY clean. The floor plan is well suited for a family with children. The location was great and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The views were wonderful. We loved our weekend staycation at the Ocean Pearl on IOP! The condo was lovely, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We wished we could stay for the whole week instead of just the three-day weekend! Everyone's absolute favorite part was the wide balcony looking over the beach. There were two rocking chairs, a double chaise lounge, and a tall table with swivel chairs. We spent most of our time out there if we weren't at the beach or the pool! Getting to the beach was easy-peasy, just over the gated wooden walkway, which has a shower and hose for rinsing sand off yourself and all your belongings. There's a local company that rents out chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price. They set them up in the mornings and take them down around 5:30/6pm. We definitely took advantage of that, and it was very nice not to have to lug chairs up and down the walkway. The pool area was great too! Inside the condo, there's a very nice kitchen for cooking meals and storing snacks, but there are also multiple options within walking distance (most right next door or across the street) for dining, grabbing snacks or ice cream, shopping, and coffee. Speaking of coffee, there's a Keurig coffeemaker in the kitchen as well, which has one side for single-cup brewing (K-Cups) and another side for brewing regular ground coffee in the carafe. Beds and couches were comfy, bathrooms were clean and nice, and the big shower in the master bathroom felt luxurious. There's plenty of storage everywhere if you're staying for any length of time. There are also beach towels and a few sand toys/pool noodles in the laundry room. Finding the building and parking (which is in a covered area underneath) were extremely easy. The only "down" side is that the restaurants/bars next door tend to have live music at night, and you can hear people talking well into the night as well. There are two bedrooms with windows looking down onto that area. It wasn't a big deal for us at all (I always bring earplugs when I travel—haha!), but if you're a light sleeper or have little ones who need silence at night or naptimes, definitely take one of the bedrooms on the opposite side of the condo or bring earplugs. My husband and I were in the master bedroom and didn't hear anything at night. We LOVED our stay at the Ocean Pearl and would 100% stay here again!

The accommodations, thoughtfulness and overall ‘feel’ of the place was incredible.
From the ocean views, the spaciousness of the layout and the little details throughout, we felt like we had just entered our home away from home. The pool, proximity in town and ease of parking were amazing.

Great location and beautiful property to enjoy our time away. The food in the area was fantastic and the beaches are the best, I really enjoyed the setup of the balcony. It was a great way to settle back after a long day and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds.
