The staff was great. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. The room was nice and the bathroom was very clean

The TV was a little small. The thermostat either went hot or cool.

I liked everything

The property was clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable and I particularly liked the warm chocolate chip cookies and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Breakfast had a very good selection of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwich, fruit, oatmeal, and cereal.

The property sat back from the street and had a bunch of dirt and a city trashcan in the front near the hotel. The property should landscape to make it look more presentable and welcoming.

The breakfast was OK… Location was fine, the staff was very friendly.

The room had no mini fridge and no microwave. That’s weird. The little couch was very low and it just didn’t seem very warm and cozy. I didn’t even utilize my second night because I was allergic to some thing and kept sneezing over and over and over again. Not blaming the hotel, but I had to leave. Supposedly they gave me an upgrade, but I don’t know what was upgraded if they didn’t have a mini fridge and a microwave. When I checked in the two toilet paper rolls had a quarter of a roll on each of them and I had to ask the housekeepers for a roll of toilet paper.

I booked a room for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids and the room stated it slept 4 but it only had a twin pull out couch bed. So our 10 yr old had to sleep with us. It was uncomfortable and I wish it stated a twin bed so we could of booked at another location so they could accommodate us.
