Convenience

Dirty. Dog/cat feces smell near front door. My room was on lower floor. Room interior was out dated. Old carpet. The smell inside the room was that of old carpet and drapes not being cleaned. Walls had patch makes on it. Bathroom door was in poor shape. My room was next to possible employee linen room. Doors opening and closing all night. Back window viewed a corner of the building which had trash discarded there. Non kept property and rooms need update.

Room was spacious. Now thinking about it.. that is about it.. They had a keurig, that was pretty cool, w 2 little liquid creamer packs. Check in was easy.

Beds were so so.. the pillows to small.. pretty pricy for no breakfast included.. the staff wouldn't even give us a ride down the street. When we got home from an event, the a/c wasn't working, they didn't have any other rooms to give us so we got a fan delivered to us, then we got 10% off; WooHoo!!!!! 🙄

Clean, great location and close to concert venue.

Nothing it was perfect

You had to ask for housekeeping which we did. They did make up our room the first day but not the second, they only left clean towels. We said something at the front desk and was told it was due to staff shortage. At the cost of this hotel, they could definitely pay staff more so they could have the help needed!

was very clean an nice clean rooms nice having microwave an freg in room an pool was nice temperature lots of places to eat around an at the hotel

my only complaint is the bed not soft enough an shower not enough water pressure to rinse hair good
