The breakfast is the same at every hotel. How about some variety...

Water barely came out of sink faucet, but shower was good pressure. The mold in corners can be scrubbed off with some elbow grease.

The breakfast was very nice and neat. Thanks to the staff. The staff member who checked me in on my arrival was a super nice person and another young lady in the afternoon provided me with directions to Walmart. The front desk staff is awesome.

The room was not clean and the sheets had a bad smell. It looked as if no one changed them at all. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Room 426.

Room spacious

We get to a room that the air conditioner doesn't work and they don't want us to change to diferrent ,the breakfast wasn't really good everything looks burn and the machine doesn't work or they just didn't want to put the mix on the machine because is so much work for them..the pillows smell really bad

Breakfast was limited, cleanliness was excellent, bed firmness was perfect.

The pillows were comfortable. The room was fine and lobby was neat and tidy. The guy who checked us in attempted to get us two rooms close to each other and we entered one room but it was occupied, awkward! So I returned to the desk, he apologized and I got a room down the hall from the other room but it at least on the same floor. The next day the desk guy told me the guest was due to check out but decided to stay one more night so it was coming up on the computer as empty.

The skeezy breakfast of broken equipment and questionable sanitary practices. I will never tolerate sausage gravy after my stay at the H.I. Firstly, there was no juice. The attendant said the dispenser was broke. My boys don't drink coffee or tea, they are kids. She offered nothing until I stated I had kids then she "found" bottled juice. I noticed she "found" bottle juice for a lot of adults too. But the worst was when my son found a hair on top of the sausage gravy. I discreetly went to the back room where the attendant was washing up and quietly told her. I thought she would remove the pan but all she did was remove the hair and stir the pan of gravy. And blame another woman. I was appalled. I have worked in food service, I know the rules. And to do this in front of a guest??? Unbelievable.
