the quietness, it was clean. how they let me see my room first before checking in. the lady in the front was FANTASTIC!

We didn't get to eat breakfast, had to leave early at 6.

That the shower head was leaking water toward the wall and was damaging the drywall. It's a quick fix and can't believe that it can't be fixed.

Everything else was good

Bed was too close to wall,walls are thin you can hear neighbors, you could hear footsteps from the upstairs walking and the restroom doors are so loud when you close them and open them

Can’t really think of anything good about this place.

This is the first hotel out of HUNDREDS I’ve stayed at that have a no refund policy. I booked a week for work but had to leave after two days to head to another job site. These clowns don’t refund your money even after you check out and even if you’re not staying the remaining nights.

The location was great for work! Easy on, easy off the freeway! Our room was cozy, cool and relatively clean! It was VERY quiet until the people moved in above us! We felt safe both personally and for our vehicle. The day staff were nice and helpful.

The night staff was rude and unhelpful. Did the bare minimum to help the guests and didn’t seem to care if you needed help. Once she finished checking you in, she was done with you. ☹️I stood and watched her interact with several guests and I felt bad for the guests. I asked to change my towels out and she told me she didn’t think they had any clean ones… stood there and looked at me like I was supposed to move on or she hoped I would … I paid for the change of laundry!!! I stood there and waited for her to make a decision and after a few minutes she went and looked for clean towels! Sigh… Our bathtub was extremely slow draining. We told the front office about the issue. They filled out a work order and NO ONE ever came to fix the issue. So much for being able to take a shower! The motel is supposed to be NON SMOKING.. however there was cigarette smoke very prevalent in our hallway. For those of us who are allergic to any form of smoke it was frustrating. The laundry room… well I went to see if it was busy and opened the door, the place was trashed! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile! Laundry Soap and bounce sheets were all over the floor, the machines were filthy and had soap caked on the lip of the machines. It was not a place I would even think about using to clean my clothes.. was afraid of what might be washed INTO my clothes.

The room was clean, had a fridge, burner and microwave. The room was spacy.

The bathtub drain was slow and on the 4th day is wouldn’t drain anymore

Bed was comfortable

Customer service at its lowest, and bed looked like someone else used it, blankets were just pulled to make it look like it was made, I was tired so I didn't complain. And not a big issue for me but the tv didn't work.

For a very cold day, the room was warm

Poor customer service, bed was not made, trash in trash cans in the room, used soap in the shower, unfinished water bottles. Slept on top of bed cover, I had pre-paid for the room before my arrival and was late, and with the customer service there, I decided to suckered it up and stayed. And had to sign papers for hotel policies like I was buying a house.
