Driftwood est une magnifique maison récemment rénovée de 2 chambres / 1. 5 salles de bain avec plus de 1 200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, plus trois balcons, un petit patio fermé et un garage privé et sécurisé. L'étage principal comprend un salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat (y compris HBO et STARZ), une salle à manger avec des sièges pour six, une cuisine entièrement mise à jour et une salle d'eau pratique. Les deux chambres sont situées à l'étage, chacune avec de nouveaux lits KING, des placards, des plafonds voûtés et des balcons. Le loft est accessible depuis l'une des chambres et est meublé avec deux lits jumeaux XL. La salle de bain principale est située entre les deux chambres. Veuillez nous informer si vous avez besoin de meubles supplémentaires pour votre bébé ou bébé. Nous offrons un lit bébé et une chaise haute pour 25 $ de frais de location + 10% de taxe (27,50 $). Even better than posted. The whole building was recently repainted, prettiest on the main drag. Walking distance to food, bars, shops and of course the beach. The house was fully stocked and so beautiful! My teenage son had a friend with him and they loved the loft! My husband and i liked the pull in garage, much safer than street parking. It was a nice 75-78° stay for us, could have used more sun, but we had a couple good days. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the location and the beds were comfortable. The only issue is the termite dust was landing on our bed and they had just swarmed before we arrived. Minor issue but it is why i gave it 4 vs a five.

Such a lovely, clean and well stocked property. Has everything you need (apart from A/C, but the ceiling fans and some sensible use of doors/curtains does the job), and feels very secure.
We’ll stocked beach equipment, unfortunately the local beach was unusable, but very easy to drive north 20-30mins to some lovely others (eg Mission/Pacific/La Jolla Shores)
Would highly recommend staying here if you are heading to San Diego. It’s also really easy to get the trolley into town to see the Padres at Petco Park!!

A wonderful home with a lot going on around it. Lots of restaurants, though the pizza place next door was our go to, and the beach was just across the street. All the neighbors were friendly and there was always something happening. Wanted to check out San Diego, ended up staying in the area the whole time instead.

What a great location just down the Strand from Coronado. This area has really cleaned-up since the 70's and really close to where we spent most of our time in Coronado. Too bad the Mexican Government has been dumping 230 million gallons of untreated sewage into the ocean that prevented us from enjoying the beach in Imperial Beach, just across the street from this VRBO location. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed with salt air corrosion, but that is to be expected in this area. we were not able to get into the unit until 30 minutes after our check-in time because the cleaning crew was not finished cleaning our unit, and apparently another unit in the same complex.

We have come to imperial beach two years in a row, and really enjoy it.
This condo is very clean, and decently equipped.
I like having a garage to park in while there- a place to leave sandy stuff and secure our vehicle.

I loved the location of this property; it was directly across from the beach. The townhouse was cute and had everything required, I just didn't realize there was no AC in the unit. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. Would definitely come back.

Despite unusual heat for the San Diego area, this condo was a great location with lots of fans and our ability to bring in the ocean breezes made it very enjoyable. Thanks for everything!

Second time staying here.
This was our second stay at this vrbo. We love the location, walk across the street and you are on the beach. The property management is quick to respond. They have beach equipment ready to use. Kitchen supplies and towels. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfect family location!
We LOVED that there were cozy beds for all six of us! Location was perfect also- plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Best part? Less than 100 steps to the beach. Would love to return!

The stay was great. The place has plenty of room, garage parking, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. And the property management team is awesome; they are easy to contact and take of every need. My family had a wonderful time!

Cute, family-friendly condo, walk from the beach
Overall, we really liked this place! We've stayed at one of the other units at this same location a couple years back and we really like the location. Just a walk from the beach which is super convenient, especially with kids, for lunch breaks, naps, etc.. We also really like that there is a garage & laundry machines, they have boogy boards & sand toys, a beach wagon, beach chairs & umbrella to use!
With it being a slightly older unit, it seems like they've definitely done several upgrades, which we really appreciated.
Reason for only 4 stars- cleanliness: this place was definitely cleaned, but if you are looking for emaculate, you'd be disappointed (baseboards and cabinets could use a good cleaning, also the back patio needed some love... overgrown weeds and spiderwebs).
Also, they do mention this when you book so it's not a surprise, but you really do want to bring everything you need for cooking, even the basics like salt and pepper. They do have things to cook with though, but not much for storing food so bring some Tupperware or Ziploc bags.
Anyways, overall we did really enjoy our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice condo in a cute beach town
This was a cute condo a short walk away from the beach. Check the contamination conditions at Imperial Beach before you rent, thought. Swimming was a hazard due to sewage contamination from Tijuana, which was a bummer. Other than that, the location and facilities were very nice.

Great location and nice place
We really enjoyed our stay. The good: townhouse looks recently remodeled and they did a great job; great location just across from the beach; comfortable king size beds. The only negative would be that when we arrived there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no tissues and no sponge or dishtowels for the kitchen and very little hand soap. At first we thought there were no towels but found them in the dryer. Luckily we had brought some t.p. and paper towels with us, as was recommended. Overall a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Good place
Close enough to good beaches and the whole place was clean and bright! Easy to get in and out, all the instructions were great. And there was good food on all sides—pizza, elotes, big kahuna burger, all of it! If you’ve seen Pulp Fiction, you know what I’m talkin’ about. Great shower, lots of beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs...we were set in almost every way. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

No Beach View But Comfy
The condo was clean and VERY well equipped. Linens were a bit scarce - one bath towel per guest per week. No view of ocean - advertisement a bit misleading.

Nice Place Near the Beach
Had a great stay at the Driftwood Villa in Imperial Beach. Place was clean and well appointed. Only a short block from the beach. Lots of nearby eateries. We were in town for ComicCon and this was only 30 min drive into town. It really was great location to stay.

Great condo, location and atmosphere
We were very pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness of this property. Very comfortable for our family and just what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the area as we love Coronado and wanted something close. During the day and through the dusk hours it was very much a family atmosphere and very friendly. Loved the playground and restrooms on the beach near pier. The beach itself was clean and a very good environment. Although we brought alot of our own things it was set up with everything you could need. They provided beach chairs, sand toys a awesome wagon to haul everything down in. Even a cooler and bikes if you needed or would like them. Inside bath towels, nice pillows on the beds, extra blankets. Basic spices, plenty of nice dishes cooking pots/pans. Even a few laundry and dishwasher pods. A little constructive feedback we had some loud noise commotion in the area Friday night after 11ish but got under control quickly. Also when we arrived we were able to get into the main garage easily but could never access our garage with the code in the pin pad. It wasn’t a problem because we had a remote to use while there. This was a perfect property we felt at home and safe. Everyone in the area was very friendly and we will definitely love to come back. It is an easy 10 minute drive to Coronado.

San Diego Vacation
The location was fantastic. Lots within walking distance and nothing too far fro. A driving perspective. Great close beach, shops, restaurants all nearby. Nice, comfortable property. Would have been nice not to have to wait around for 30 minutes because the garage door code was incorrect, but if that's the worst thing, I can live with it.

We live out of state this was the most relaxing stress free experience of renting with HomeAway had zero problems and always knew if we did we would be helped immediately, above and beyond our expectations thank you home away for a great family time

BEAUTIFUL COSY CONDO
My husband and I stayed at this condo from April 25th to the 30th 2019. The condo is spotless, very modern and well kept. It is close to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo is fully furnished. Unfortunately we had a little issue with the fridge however we were offered and alternative that suited our needs.
