My wife and I had a wonderful visit to St. Croix and enjoyed our stay at this secluded, mountain top cottage. Michael was an excellent host with prompt responses, knowledge of the island, and everything we would want from a host. The cottage is perfect for a couple with all the basics provided, and the view can't be beat. Location wise, you are about 5-10 minutes from Cane Bay and some local bars, and 20-30 minutes to anywhere else on the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

Michael met our taxi and took us to the property and introduced us to it and its amenities! He took us to the airport to avoid taxi! Beautiful scenery and the kitchen has everything you need!

Owner met us at a nearby bar and we followed her in our rental car up to the house to check in. It’s like a studio apartment, great for two adults. A/C unit over the sleeping area, plenty of ceiling fans. The bathroom was nothing fancy, but functional which is all we needed. It’s the kind where the top is open to the entire place so you must be comfortable with each other’s bodily functions lol. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would recommend having an all-wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle as half the way up is dirt road. We did perfectly fine in a Toyota RAV4. We liked the secluded location and the view. We would stay there again if we go back someday!

Michael was an exceptional host! I absolutely loved the location and the views were amazing. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage for your next stay. You’re nestled in the mountains- totally private - and close enough to allllll essential places. Thanks so much for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

My husband and I just returned from a one week stay at this property. It was amazing. The location is only 5 minutes from Cane Bay yet so private. The views are incredible. Everything you need is provided just add groceries. The check in was easy and Mike was there to meet us at the airport to make finding the place a breeze. Can’t wait to return.

Seriously I cannot tell you how amazing it is to wake up in the jungle with a view of the Caribbean and St. Thomas in the distance. Place was small, but that was expected. Property owner was great, very attentive to all our needs.

The reviews are all accurate. Michael is extremely kind and flexible. You have everything you need for a relaxing vacation and the location is wonderful. To ensure a great time, be sure to rent a JEEP. We were hesitant but it will make your trip much better as the roads to many areas are loaded with potholes. It is a very pretty island and then you will be able to fully take advantage of all that is available.

We have been to St. Croix many times and this property was by far our favorite! We were met at the airport, rented our vehicle and followed them so we would not get lost. The cottage was cute, clean and provided all the basics for a carefree vacation. The view was amazing and the breezes allowed us to enjoy the deck daily. Groceries, restaurants and beaches were all nearby. We especially loved our trip to Buck Island for the day with Captain Michael, our host. We rented a jeep as the roads are quite hilly and this cottage is tucked away on a very private road in the hills with a rough terrain. The view is so worth it. Michael and Barbara were great hosts, checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of it and are making plans to return soon. We can’t wait!!

If we asked for anything (cooler, extra towels, etc) they promptly brought it to our door. They gave great recommendation for things to do on the island such as visiting the beer drinking pigs! That was a lot of fun! They invited us out to dinner with them and we had a great time! My friends rented a villa and they didn't have anyone to talk to if they needed anything and no one checked in on them. We don't envy them a bit! Thee Most Amazing View and care I have ever received at ANY HOTEL OR RENTAL PROPERTY! I am floored at how amazing our stay with Michael was. He went above and beyond every time an opportunity presented itself. When we arrived in St. Croix he met us at the airport; even when we had a rental car, just to show us where the property was located. The property boast an absolutely phenomenal breathtaking view overlooking Cane Bay and the North Shore! This home is super comfy and remote, so you are really able to vibe out with your spouse or who ever you’re traveling with. His care for those that are booking with him just took the rating wayyyy above 5 stars. I will not stay anywhere else when I come back to St. Croix, because I know with Michael’s cottage, I have a breathtaking view, a super clean and comfy home, and someone who wants to truly make sure we enjoy our stay. After enjoying a wonderful vacation and stay with Michael our trip came to a very unexpected and awful turn, because the infamous SPIRIT AIRLINES CANCELLED OUR FLIGHT! After canceling our flight and offering no options or accommodations for shelter or shuttle; we found ourselves stranded, homeless, exhausted and furious. At the most difficult point of our trip, here comes Michael to save the day! I sent him a text and explained the situation and he interrupts his family’s dinner and came BACK to the airport to pick us up! Not only did he come back to get us, he stopped to grab us some food, and brought us back to his property so that we would have somewhere safe and comfortable to stay for the night. Michael, you have no idea how much we appreciate you for everything you did for us!! Best wishes my friend!! I wish this thing allowed me to leave 105 stars, because I would!

We had a very nice time on Belvedere Hill. Michael offered to meet us at the airport which was crucial to finding it. The views are great and it's very peaceful up there. It is challenging to find and some of the roads are gravel and not well marked. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are nicely done, though the lighting could be improved with some lamps as the overhead lights are overly bright. Very nice choice here.

Recently got back from our wonderful trip to St. Croix. Michael was an excellent host and great person all the way around. He met us at the airport and guided us back to his property. Was a wonderful experience all the way around as we will definitely come back. The property was definitely large enough for us and had everything we could have needed. The views are spectacular.
