Salí a cenar en un muy buen restaurante Peruano a una cuadra y supermercados muy cercanos, así como . Habitación super cómoda, espacio, mobiliario útil, televisión y unidad de aire acondicionado!
Desayuno excelente: pan, queso, cecinas, brownie, Leche, yogurt, cereales, mermeladas!
Just a block from the property you get a nice and cozy Peruvian restaurant and a few blocks away supermarkets and Santa Cruz downtown. Excellent room spacious, useful forniture, tv and air conditioning unit!
Excellent breakfast: bread, cheese and ham, brownie milk, yogurt, cereals and marmalades!
Excellent choice for the the train wine route, specially on vintage season in February.
Everything was nice: from nice Tennant's to comfy accomodations.

Nice homelike staying with a nice couple. They were kind to help with everything.

Wonderful people. Owners went above and beyond to help us make wine-tasting reservations. Central location, and close to a bakery. Comfortable, clean, great breakfast. Bottled water was provided and the owner played the best jazz music for us during meals.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We shared our knowledge of jazz and blues, and they shared some places to go and some of the history. Our Spanish is limited but they were very patient when we wanted to practice. Breakfast was very filling and prepares you for a day off wine tasting, they have bikes for rent. The town is a five/ten minute walk away but there is a pizzeria a minute away. They also have a wonderful dog, Amy Winehouse!

The overall atmosphere was so friendly and open!
Breakfast impeccable and mended to our needs. (vegetarian)
Rooms and their whole house exceptionally clean.
Ricardo and his lovely wife really did everything to make us feel at home. Which we did! We also extended the stay!
Bikes for rental were super fun to go and explore the vineries.
Also: if you are into music you are in for a treat. Ricardo has a big collection of Vinyls and music is playing all the time :)

Nice and quiet room, clean bathroom, free water refill, excellent breakfast, lovely hosts (and dog), good location (5 minutes by foot to city center). Parking is possible in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend it.

We give an overall score of 7 to balance the positives and the negatives.
The host is an absolute 10! What a lovely and hospitable couple.
The room is clean and the beds were comfortable.
Breakfast is great too, it had simply everything!
In the add on Booking, it says the room
has a bath, a toilet, a shared bath and a shared toilet. Because of the bath-symbol we expected the room to have its own bathroom. Unfortunately it was a shared bathroom, something we normally do not choose. However, it was not a big problem, we were able to use it mostly every time we needed it, only once we had to wait.
The streetlights are very bright and the window was only partly covered by curtains. We had to improvise to cover it ourselves.
And- but the host can’t fix this- the dogs in the neighborhood were barking all night long. Luckily we had earplugs to cancel out some of the noise.

Breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel is central and Ricardo and his wife were very friendly and interested. If you want to feel yourself at your home, then you have to think about this choice

Mr Ricardo and his wife Ximena were really friendly in waiting me up o a late hour and they proved very kind in supporting me. Room and bathroom were ok, breakfast was abudant to the point I was only able to take half of it. The conversation with Mr Ricardo was pleasant and the advices he gave me were as well ok.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time at La Ruta del Jazz. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating any needs you have: organising bikes for getting around, giving advice for wine tours, washing some clothes for us and even providing lunch upon our arrival. The breakfast provided was the best that we have had during our 3 months in Chile! Would definitely recommend.
