Ce merveilleux condo au rez-de-chaussée 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain récemment rénové et meublé avec vue sur le canal est à quelques pas de la plage, piscine chauffée en hiver, bain à remous, centre de remise en forme ultramoderne ouvert 24h / 24, étang de pêche en eau salée alimenté en direct avec jetée sur , a été mise à jour en novembre 2018. Nous proposons un lit king size et un lit queen size avec surmatelas et un canapé-lit queen size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Nous avons également 2 magnifiques maisons en rangée à Nemo Cay: 2 lits (6 couchages) "Wing Inn" VRBO # 607521 "et sœur 3 lits à côté (8 couchages)" Leave a Lure "VRBO # 607522 pour les grands groupes ou louer les deux, comme ainsi qu'un nouveau 2 ch, rez-de-chaussée, vue sur la piscine, à pied de la plage VRBO # 465887. Grands restaurants, shopping, promenade facile jusqu'à la plage, jetée de Bob Hall pour pêcher et manger sur l'eau. Location de voiturettes de plage et parc aquatique Schlitterbahn ainsi que la grande ville de Corpus Christi avec de grands restaurants, des visites de l'USS Lexington, un aquarium d'État, des excursions de pêche et la belle ville de Port Aransas à seulement 20 minutes sur la côte, des excursions de pêche au large, chartes en bateau, Sand Fest en avril à voir absolument, grands restaurants et vie nocturne. Tant à offrir alors venez passer vos vacances ou un week-end, et détendez-vous les pieds dans le sable. Absolument non fumeur, les animaux domestiques peuvent être considérés mais doivent être approuvés par le gérant moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

We were very pleased with the property and the location! Great setup with a clean home and amazing location for entertaining two small kids. Owner was nice and made the rental process easy. We will definitely be back!

The property's location was great! You could walk or drive to the beach. Just know that if you take your car, you need a beach pass, which is less than $10 and is suitable for the whole year.
The condo was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool and the park.
The condo could use a deep clean. I understand this condo gets booked often, but you could tell the cleaning is not the best. The master sheets were stained yellow. Other than the cleaning, everything else was great! Jim also got back to us fast when we had a question.
We will for sure be coming back to this condo!

This is a perfect spot to stay if you have younger children. My kiddos 7 & 3 loved the easy access to the pool and play ground. The pool has a great play space for the kids and is great for adults too. Walking distance to the beach. Also close to the access road if you want to take you vehicle onto the beach. Will stay here again in the future.

We had the best 4 night vacation, and definitely wished we had booked for longer from day one. The pool is right outside the front door, and the beach a very short walk— allowing for the best of both worlds or even quick nap breaks. The grounds are well maintained and we enjoyed every aspect from the turf outdoor eating/grills, to the pool and play areas!
Jim and Veronica were fabulous to work with, and answered all our questions quickly. Can’t wait to go back!

My family had an amazing stay at Smugglers Cove. The location is extremely close to the beach making back and forth trips easy if needed. The unit is located conveniently right next to the pool and our kids loved playing in the pool, the splash pad like area and then running to play on the playground. It is all located in the center of the complex making it easy for parents to sit by the pool and still keep an eye on kids going back and forth between those items. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner who was quick to respond and was very attentive. Thank you!

This unit was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. You can easily walk or drive to the beach. The pool area is great for families. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the shore!

Our family had an absolutely amazing trip. The house was clean, had everything we needed, was within walking distance to the beach and the kids had a BLAST in the heated pool. We were very grateful to have the pool as an option as the weather was a little unpredictable. 10/10 would recommend this condo, and we will definitely be coming back!

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our trip. Aside from the weather, everything was perfect! I have never stayed in a place so well equipped. It's nice to be able to prepare a meal and have everything necessary.

My husband is a busy medical student and hasn’t had a weekend off in over 2 months. We came here for his one weekend off before Christmas and it did not disappoint! We brought our twin toddlers and everything was so family friendly. Despite it being very family oriented, it was quiet and clean! Easy walk to the beach, too. The host made it so easy by being available via text so any questions we had were answered extremely promptly. Will definitely be coming back!

We took my dad down to the coast to celebrate his 75th birthday and we stayed in this lovely home. Great location and wonderful accommodations! The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach! The pool area is beautiful! We loved the beach decor inside and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at this property! The cabin was clean, well maintained, and was in a perfect location to easily access the beach. Parking was convenient and didn't require long trips to unload/load belongings. The pool area was nice and very clean. The owner was responsive and made the stay convenient and pleasurable. We had high expectations when planning the trip and was not disappointed. It could not have been any better!

This place was everything we wanted in a place to stay and more than we expected! It is beautifully decorated, clean, roomy and most importantly, kid friendly! We felt right at home staying in this little gem! The babies (2 and 3) AND adults all had a blast in the super fun pool! In fact, I think we spent more time in the pool then at the beach! Lol! What an awesome place for a family vacation! We loved it! And would definitely book again! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Our weekend getaway was a last minute decision and we were not allowed to rent a place for Friday night do to the 24 hour rule. We found Jim’s place and thought it was a beautiful home with all the perks we needed for our family with kids. I contacted Jim to see if there was any way to check in on Friday night and he was more than happy to accommodate us. The home was very clean and setup perfect! That’s all we needed to bring was our beach supplies! Nice easy walk to the beach, literally the walking path is right across the street and it only took 5 mins or less to get there. The pool and playground on the property were perfect for the kids, they loved the pool with the built in water dump bucket and spray toys. We will definitely be back again. As far as my kids say there is no reason to find a different place to stay, and I would strongly agree with that. Thank you again for opening your beach getaway to us!!!!

We loved being able to walk right out to the pool and enjoy the outside okay area. The house was a perfect size and had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach as well. Grocery store, gas station, coffee and restaurants were all close by. We’re excited to go back already!

We truly enjoyed this property it was perfect for our family! The pool and the playground are what sold us on this property and it did not disappoint! The house itself is cute, and very nice. Only complaint would honestly be the rug in the living room was very uncomfortable to walk on, and when my daughters were sitting on the rug to play with toys they didn’t like to be on it but overall it was a great stay! Definitely will be saving to book again!
