Booking advertised states as a 3 bedroom apartment. But was a 2 bedroom apartment. Was refused a blow up mattress. The lady with real joy was rude wouldn't let me talk. Booking claim they don't enter the information on booking site blame other side. And real joy blame booking. I fell the that a refund should be issued due to the fact we were mislead. Real joy was only offering to give a 150.00 . I feel this was now comparable to a 2 bedroom price arrange. I would like answer for this mistake. This was a vacation. And was miserable.

The people and location was perfect for my family. We was away from the direct entertainment but still a few minutes drive away!

Only issue I had at all was a locksmith came in the room to work on the balcony sliding door without me knowing and maintenance attempted to come in to check for damages from a leak from the unit above us!

That it was on the beach

Some of the pools was not open

zero. I want be staying here again.

The refrigerator handle was broken. The ice maker wasn't working. No trash bag. Two towels.
