My parents stayed here to help us with our kids during vacation. The property was clean, beautiful and bright from the skylight. They were only steps from the boardwalk. It was in easy proximity to everything around. Bob, the host, was lovely and very easy to get in touch with.

This is a great location! Despite unusually cold weather for June, we had fun at the aquarium and boardwalk. Got the keys in the mail with plenty of time before we left. Looking forward to coming back again.

This two bedroom cottage was beautiful and clean with two off street parking spots. There was a very short walk to the Jenkinson's beach entrance nearest to the jetty side of the beach, which is the more quiet area I am 69 with arthritis and had no problem with this location. The host is quick to respond to questions. I hope to rent here again.

The house was beautiful. The sun pours in from the two skylights in the main living area. The house was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are a good size as well as the bathroom. Our stay was really enjoyable. A very short one block walk to the beach was perfect especially with a 22 Month old. A short walk down the boardwalk and you hit a lot of family fun carnival type attractions. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful and clean house steps from the beach. Quiet location , but only a short walk to all the action. House is new and updated. Has everything you could ever need. Can’t wait to stay again !

This property was exactly as described, it was very close walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was great traveling with a toddler. We loved the location and the property was very clean. Checking in and out was so easy, very relaxing stay, we can’t wait to come back!

What a great beach house! Bright and airy. Immaculate. The kitchen had every appliance you could imagine, which is awesome and sometimes hard to find in shore homes! The owner is amazing to communicate with! We will definitely be renting from Bob again!

I rented this property primarily for a two week getaway as a gift to myself. My husband was with me for 4 days. My adult son came for a few days. And my married son brought wife and baby for a weekend. However I think the house would have felt too small if I ever had all of them visit at the same time. Clean, lots of natural light, fabulous rain showerhead with great water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. I even saw a crock pot and food processor! Very happy we rented this property and will again.

Don't stay here if you want to run the air conditioner at night. the AC unit is bolted to the side of the house where the bedrooms are. It vibrates so strongly that it made us nauseous when we lay in bed, and we could not sleep with the AC on.Don't stay here if you want to sleep past 9 am. The neighbor blasts rock music all day, every day, beginning first thing in the morning.Don't stay here if you want a private outdoor space. The patio is just a few feet from the neighboring property. You can literally reach out and touch your neighbors when they sit at their own patio table (you can see on Google Maps). After booking, the host mailed us a suspicious-looking document that he repeatedly pressured us to sign. The document says that we agree to pay additional money for damages. We spoke to our lawyer who told us not to sign. Predictably, the host called us inappropriately late at night the day we left and demanded $150 for "damages." He falsely claimed that we destroyed the microwave (which appeared to be from the 1980s, not a brand new appliance as was advertised). The microwave worked poorly when we arrived, and worked just as poorly when we left, and it certainly was not destroyed as the host claimed. The host lives in upstate NY, so we don't believe that he actually drove down and inspected the microwave. We purchased the damages insurance, and are currently defending against the host's fraudulent insurance claim. The host demands that you clean the floors, counters/stovetop, dishes and to empty all wastebaskets when you leave, and threatens an additional cleaning fee if you do not do this. Since you already pay a cleaning fee when you book, clearly he is just stealing the cleaning fee and setting you up for surprise, unfair additional charges.The host mails you the keys, and insists that you pay out of pocket for a special padded envelope to mail them back. This additional chore and cost were not disclosed and is not customary. The host included a note saying that if the internet stops working, to call the cable company instead of the host. Luckily we didn't have internet issues, but this must mean that there were issues in the past. This is an example of how the host takes no responsibility for his own obligations, and expects the guest to do all the work for him instead.We absolutely would not stay here again, nor rent from this host again (he owns multiple properties).

This house was perfect! There was off-street parking which was great! The house was updated and clean. My fiance and I were obsessed with all of the small features that the house had to offer. It is within walking distance to the boardwalk! I would definitely stay here again!

My familiy and I enjoyed a wonderful get-away to Pt. Pleasant Beach over Easter weekend. The beach home was impeccably clean with modern amenities and comfortable, refreshing decor. In just a very short walk, we were on the boardwalk and enjoying the games, rides, food and shops. Close to great restaurants inland, too, we enjoyed some fantastic seafood meals at the dining table and kitchen bar area. The home was the perfect size for our family of 4. We'd love to go back during warmer weather.

The property was wonderful, exactly as advertised. It has charm and character and is steps from the beach. It was perfectly clean and stocked with all necessary dishes, utensils and a wonderful grill. I would highly recommend this beach getaway and would come back for sure!

We were very pleased with our selection. The property owner is very personable, accommodating and interested in providing a good rental experience for clients.

Our family of four (kids 8 and 4) LOVED this property. It is the closest we've ever been to the beach for any place we've rented. The boardwalk/games/rides are also right there, less than a mile. We went in late September, so there were no crowds. The house was VERY well kept, up-to-date and we all slept well. We would definitely return! Quick tip to anyone booking, the house is set back off Ocean Drive a few houses back. I missed that detail when we first pulled up :)

My husband and I stayed for three nights in September. We thought the property had lots of positives but there were a few things that weren’t previously noted by reviewers. Linens are not included in the rental and we didn’t realize that until we received the lease in the mail. We think this information should be included in the description. This made the cleaning fee for three nights seem like a lot. Also the keys are mailed ahead of time & then must be mailed back. We’ve rented 50 or more places and never had to do this. The queen bedroom is extremely small. Luckily we had the extra bedroom to use for our clothes and bags that made it more comfortable. The kitchen is very nice though we didn’t do any cooking. The bathroom shower is a good size with good water pressure. The outside patio area is a shared space with another rental unit and not very private. The furniture was all in good shape and we liked that there wasn’t any clutter. We very much enjoyed the short walk to the ocean.

I stayed here for a week with my sisters. The house was absolutely perfect for 3-4 people. The house was super clean and had a beautiful kitchen with natural lighting. The property also had a nice little deck to sit on. Although the property across the way was very close, we were lucky to have such a nice neighbor. The location was also great. Just a short walk to the boardwalk, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was also set further away from the main park of the Boardwalk— which made us more comfortable as we farther from the crowded areas. Bob was also very easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly when I had questions. Thank you so much for the great stay!!

We spent a week in July at the wonderful beach house! The location of the house can’t be beat, especially when taking beach gear and 2 kids to the beach. The house is in great condition and very well appointed, it was perfect for our family of four! The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions. We will be back next year, thanks Bob!!

This cute bungalow was perfect for our family of three. Very close to the beach. Great donuts and sandwiches a quick walk away and very close to the boardwalk. We had a great time.
