Great hosts in an old farmhouse. Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe owened by the B&B. Easy walk to all attractions including the State Park

The Inn is conveniently situated, so the harbour, the restaurants and State Park are easily walkable. The hosts are very inviting and the service is excellent. Our criticism is the our room could have been cleaner and the garden needs attention.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, and had a realy nice smell. The 3-course breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackberry B&B Inn and highly recommend it.

Property and staff were excellent. Brian, David and Dom were awesome hosts. Great welcome and conversations during our daily breakfast, which by the way, were fabulous. Rooms were very clean with all the amenities needed. We stayed 3 nights over the weekend and met a few very nice guests staying at the B&B as well. Great recommendations for dining and wineries as well. Parking was no issue. Will highly recommend to family and friends on any of their trips up to the Finger Lakes.

The best, most unique B&B I have ever stayed at. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The 1830 house is gorgeous, as are the furnishings. The hosts provide you with maps of the area, as well as their own recommendations.
Breakfast at 8:30 is unbelievably delicious, with farm-to-table recipes, using local, organic ingredients. I can never finish it all. (My second stay.)

The hosts made us feel totally at home. The room upstairs was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for dinner. In the morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast. What a treat! I wish we had booked two more nights here.

Fabulous!! The Innkeepers were so kind and helpful and made the most incredible breakfast! David and Brian shared funny stories and gave us great winery and restaurant recommendations. Their dogs Toni and Moose made our stay feel so homey. Highly recommend this Inn!

Loved everything about the bed and breakfast. The host are amazing people. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were the best I ever had. Everything was grown and bought locally. Would definitely recommend it. Going back in the spring.
