Beautifully decorated 2BR 2BA condo with fantastic ocean views!
Détendez-vous dans ce magnifique condo situé dans le bâtiment Topaz de la phase 1 qui a les meilleures piscines, rivière paresseuse, toboggan et spa chauffé.
Le salon a un canapé-lit en peluche queen et un siège d'amour avec pouf. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous, écoutez de la musique sur la chaîne stéréo ou regardez un film sur le téléviseur à écran plat de 52 pouces.
La chambre principale se compose d'un lit king-size confortable et s'ouvre sur le patio. Il y a aussi une télévision à écran plat de 42 "pour votre plaisir.
La chambre 2 se compose d'un lit queen-size confortable et s'ouvre également sur le patio. Il y a un téléviseur à écran plat de 36 "pour votre plaisir de visionnement.
La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un délicieux repas à déguster dans la salle à manger ou sur le patio.
Le patio est le plus grand des condos de deux chambres. Détendez-vous les pieds dans le canapé ou faites une sieste sur les chaises longues. Le soleil de l'après-midi permet un bain de soleil privé sur la terrasse. Profitez du petit déjeuner et du dîner à la table à manger patio qui peut accueillir six personnes.

I really recommend staying here! Host, Joanne, is very attentive. She answered every question/concern I had. Only issue we had was that there was no hot water, however, it was not a big issue. Weather is really hot lol.
Condominium is really nice and clean. Love the ocean view! 100/100
Staff hotel was very helpful and nice with every member of my family.

This was such a nice condo and resort. I will definitely book this condo again. I did have an issue was the bridge door wouldn’t completely close, went to the front desk and they were able to sent someone to fix it. Also, the condo wasn’t completely cleaned, a lot of dirt in the floor and in both showers had some black areas… I’m not sure if it was mold or back of the tile?? On the master shower the water doesn’t drain completely so I think that might be why.
Other than that, the condo was well equipped and nice decorations. I will definitely book this condo in the future:) host was nice and answered any questions I had.

We had the best time in Rocky Point and loved staying at this condo in Las Palomas! Was very clean and comfortable and beautiful views.! Loved being right in the beach and loved the pools and lazy river! This place was top notch! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay. Spent our time at the beach and pool with friends also visiting. Condo was perfect… plenty of room. The staff are wonderful and kind with our children.
A few concerns: The broom in the room was broken so we struggled to clean up a spill. The elevator was iffy (one broke down), but the stairs were easily accessible. Check in was long and inefficient - even after checking in online.
One last note; we were there during a water concern and limitations were in place. There was limited communication from our owner; we actually informed her of the issue. Many of our friends received reimbursements or offers for future free nights/ discounts from their owners and we didn’t not receive any feedback when we asked, which was disappointing. Honestly, the facility should have given a food/beverage credit per day of inconvenience since all rooms were impacted. Any acknowledgement and compensation would have been appreciated.

I was very impressed with the property. I loved the beach and all the amenities that came with it. The people were very friendly.
There were a couple of issues that we encountered. First, there was only 1 functional elevator for the entire building (which also broke down for an entire day). Second, there was no water for several hours per day. We had to wait until night to take showers, do dishes and wash laundry.
The issues were mainly with the building and the city. The unit itself was beautiful and we would love to stay here again.

Our stay at Las Palomas was once again amazing. The facility is perhaps the best in Peñasco and one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying around the world. Food, customer service support and all the amenities Las Palomas offers is one of a kind. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our room was PERFECT for us. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and had a home feeling. We will once again book our stay at Las Palomas soon and hope we may get the same room!

This condo was beautiful and perfectly comfortable for me and my family; even nicer in person than the pictures show. The resort is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. It’s super convenient that the resort allows outside drinks by the pool and beach to keep our costs down and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Joanne was super responsive and gave awesome tips/suggestions if you need any for groceries, restaurants, etc. We hope to come back soon! Thanks Joanne!

The property was nice, comfortable and spacious. The resort was beautiful. Very clean. Bring any cooking items .. seasonings.. oil.. coffee.. also laundry detergent if you want to wash clothes. The housekeeping was a nice bonus. I loved having a view of the pools and the beach I was able to see my sons from the patios.
BEWARE:
Don’t use the concierge at Las Palomas to make reservations for anything. We booked an ATV through them, thinking it was “safer”, was accused of damaging a vehicle which we did not, forced to pay almost $1500, as they had contacted the police and detained my partner in front of our kids until we paid. The resort was useless in offering any support. I spoke to 2 managers with requests for follow ups and heard nothing. We received just a verbal “I’m sorry”. At this point I have to assume the resort, the ATV place and police are all in on this SCAM together. Stay safe.

I was disappointed in the host lack of responsiveness and was waiting to hear back therefore it has been a month prior to me posting review. We were charged $40 for a lamp which was allegedly broken from 6/10/2022 to our stay 10/08/2022. We did not break any lamp and I am wondering how many people they are doing this to? That is quite a long time frame and there were 2 working lamps in the bedroom during our stay. When they have your credit card number they can charge you. We left the property intact and 1 week later I was charged $40. This was a fraudulent charge and renters need to be aware.

We had a great time at Las Palomas. Our condo was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony. Beds were comfortable (sofa bed wasn’t great, but let’s be honest, are they ever?) and kitchen was well stocked. Housekeeping came at really random times, but we really only needed towels from them any way. We would definitely stay here again!
