We LOVED this place this was our 2nd year staying here. Super bummed it was booked for our vacation next year:(

This home worked exceptionally well for our family of 28. The 8 masters and multiple bunk rooms were perfect for our 8 couples and 12 children. Even with all these people there were always places to find alone time. The favorites were: the rooftop deck for sunsets; the pool and outdoor space, much of which was in the shade in late afternoon; proximity to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs provided; 4th floor game room; and the multiple washers and dryers; upscale appliances and furnishings; and the well equipped exceptional kitchen. The only slight negative was getting stranded on the golf cart twice and that we were only successful using it a couple of times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Soggy Dollar! Hot Tub and Pool were amazing! Spacious rooms, beautiful view from the roof. Reasonable walk to the beach. Only real complaint is that the kitchen lacked garbage bags, dishwasher soap and dish rags.

We had a group of 30 ppl ranging from 2 months to 60+ years old and this house was perfect. There was never a time that it felt crowded at all. The pool/patio is where we spent most of our time and it was great. We had a wedding ceremony on the roof top over looking the beach and it couldn't have been better. Kelly was very easy to get in touch with and replied very quick.

We had 28 people and we all fit comfortably. The location and the house are wonderful. A few essential household amenities would have been nice. For example, clothing hangers in the closets, a box of trash bags and paper towels, and a vacuum for use. I would definitely stay here again, however, if I were to go with anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs, I would think twice because the elevator worked very intermittently.

We booked this property for our wedding at Miramar Beach. Our friends and family stayed with us on location and we had the best time! There were a few maintenance issues but they were all addressed promptly.

Beautiful, large, spacious home away from home. A few malfunctioning amenities. Need most necessities when staying - including salt and pepper. Great location!

There is plenty of room to sleep what it says. However, note that the bunk rooms do not have doors (curtains only) and there can be echo throughout the house. The table is great for eating but not playing games. Minimalism is the theme. If you have 30+ people staying there, be sure to bring your own towels and blankets, if you just like to have a lap blanket. The upside was Echelon service. Kelly did respond promptly to every text that was sent. She is what made our experience positive. It was not a 5 star stay but it really could be. Location near the beach is awesome. And the rooftop is awesome as long as there is no wind. There is no instruction/information book. It would have saved some frustration had we had a book to refer to about the house and area. The stay was great because it was a perfect house for a large family that knows how to adapt.

Great house would highly recommend. I would Suggest having pool towels and a kettle for tea drinkers

We traveled from Ohio for our destination wedding. We booked The Soggy Dollar to accommodate our immediate family - 27 in total. We had our wedding at the private beach access less than a block away and held the reception in the house. I can’t even describe it. Everything about the house is amazing! It was so spacious that we never felt like we were crowded. It had everything we needed. It was super clean and you can tell it is very well taken care of. Property management (Kelly) was quick to respond to all of our correspondence. The pool/hot tub was amazing and the most popular hang out in the house. We would come here every year if we could. Thank you so much for a wonderful 5 days!

We booked this house for our friends and family, and it surpassed all of our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool/hot tub and kitchen area outside was enough for us to want to spend all weekend in the house. It has everything you need!

The owners were very good to work with. Responded immediately to any requests. We were very pleased with the location of the property and would definitely rent again from this owner.

This was our 9th trip to Destin. Every year we rent a house There is 26 of us. This house was everything it says it is and more! Plenty of space for everyone in every area of this home. We have never stayed in a home in Destin that stayed nice and cool. We had a minor issue and it was addressed right away. I would give this home 10 stars and have planned to booked this for next year!

The house is amazing. This was our 3rd year and we’ve already booked next year.

The house was fantastic! Better than we could have asked for!! We had our whole family a total of 31 of us in Destin Florida for our summer vacation. The house was spacious and accommodated all of us without any issues! The outdoor pool space was amazing. We spent most of our time there. The kids loved the game room. The roof top was great. We watched the fireworks on Tuesday from there!! Beach access was great an 2 minute walk. The management group was responsive to our questions or when there were any issues! We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend staying here!!

The house exceeded our expectations. We had 20 adults and one infant. Everyone's room had everything they needed. The kitchen was spectacular. There was plenty on cookware and utensils for all meal prep. The spa and pool were fantastic. We did a seafood boil and dumped it on the table on the patio and it was unbelievable. We reserved 4 additional chairs at the beach which was a shirt walk from the house. We stay at a lot of houses in Florida through VRBO. This one was one of the best. The management was quick to respond to every need we had. All in all, we would recommend this house to anyone with a large group. The only downfall was there were no beach towels at the house. Thankfully we brought our own. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Soggy Dollar.

Exceptional house. One of the best pool/hot tub set ups for a large group I’ve seen or stayed at. Very spacious house, private rooms and bathrooms for each family. Very short walk to the beach. Amazing house.

This property was absolutely perfect! It did not disappoint! So many places to sleep, with comfortable beds! Beautiful, well-built home! We all enjoyed the spacious pool area, game room, and roof top views! The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and Bad Ass Coffee, which was a crowd favorite!!! Would definitely stay there again!!!!

This property was perfect for our group of 24. Ages of our group ranged from 50yr to 8yr. Plenty of space in the house for us all. Pool area is also a great size. Location of the house is perfect. One minute walk to the beach and shops and restaurants within walking, biking or golf cart ride away. Would definitely recommend this property. We’d love to stay here again.

There was another bunk bed In the hallway upstairs that was not listed. The kitchen could’ve used a few more items. The communication was not very good. I got one word answers and never received an email about checking in or checking out. We happen to get there when the cleaners were there and they told us to come back. When we came back luckily the back door was unlocked and we were able to get in. The property manager came by luckily and gave us the code. Never heard anything from the renter or rental agency just the property manager. I’m still not sure what the check in or check out process was we were just lucky to get in. Gratefully it was in a great location and the house was amazing.

Amazing property and an awesome vacation. House was exactly as it appears in pictures. Location was a very very short walk to the beach. We had 29 people including 15 children in the house and it was the perfect size for us. Would 100% rent this property again. My only complaint would be that the kitchen was not well stocked with cooking equipment (pans, pots) and there was no broom that we could find.

We have been going on this trip for 19 years now and this house by far exceeded all the others .

Our large group of 8 couples and a ton of kids ranging from 6 months-10 years had a great time at soggy dollar! The house is very roomy with so much to do and many areas to hang out. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage. The walk to the beach is just a short distance from the house. The house was exceptionally clean. There is also 2 rolling cribs availavle that we found useful for the babies. The kids really enjoyed having their own TV for each bunk bed also. We had such an amazing time. We will definitely come back to soggy dollar!

Before we got there all questions were answered very quickly and upon arrival the few we had as well. Property manager was great and allowed us to check in an hour early. Perfect location to the beach access. House more than met our needs, plenty of room, great kitchen and grill by the pool. Kids loved the game room and pool. Hope to be back next year!

Soggy Dollar exceeded our expectations We had a family gathering of 27 people and the home was amazing. The location was excellent with only a very short walk to the beach access. The pool/outdoor area was amazing and handled our large group very comfortably. We had a very minor issue (a clogged sink) that was addressed immediately (within minutes). The beds were very comfortable. We loved the whole home audio system. Plenty of beach chairs in the garage so no need to bring your own. The rooftop deck was a great evening hangout with amazing views. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the Soggy Dollar and have already decided that we may book this home again in the future.

The Soggy Dollar exceeded our expectations. The location to the beach is footsteps. We went to Destin for a week long friend/family stay and had the times of our lives. The floor plan to house such a large group was so perfect. Every room was occupied, but we were never in each other way. We had rooftop yoga sessions, many of pool days, and so many memories. Joe was always available to help. It’s worth every dollar!!!

Great house with awesome pool/outdoor living area! Large well equipped commercial kitchen/dining/great room. King beds very comfortable in all bedrooms. Rec-room a teenager hit with pinball, pool table, and sit down electronic Pacman, and my fave, Galaga! Elevator a must and makes for easy access. 1/2 block .. maybe 80 yards to beach gated access! Fragista Beach beautiful as are all Destin’s beaches. Great place! Great time!

We enjoyed an incredible week with 20+ extended family. The rooms were all big and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk rooms with their own private TVs. Beach access is close and easy. Having chairs and umbrellas provided and set up on the beach was an incredible bonus. The pool and patio area were great for non-beach goers. We will definitely book this house for our next Destin vacation.
