ALMOST NEW! HIKER'S CABIN in West Glacier
Cette nouvelle cabane en rondins de 1110 pieds carrés se trouve dans un emplacement parfait. Derrière la porte est le terrain de golf Glacier View et à la porte d'entrée la Middle Fork de la rivière Flathead qui offre une excellente pêche à la truite. Nous sommes à West Glacier qui offre le meilleur accès à tous les coins du parc national des Glaciers; y compris la célèbre "Going to the Sun Highway", la North Fork Road, semblable à l'Alaska, et les routes de l'arrière-pays dans le Bob Marshall Wilderness.
Après une longue journée de randonnée, de rafting, de pêche ou de découverte du parc, vous adorerez revenir dans cette maison confortable. We can't think of one thing we didn't like about this beautiful cabin. The location to the West Glacier entrance, when you are outside the park, is as good as it gets. The cabin is beautiful and in a peaceful location but so close to restaurants, gas stations and shops. We had cell service with AT&T and a WiFi password was provided at check-in. VRBO information was accurate.

My family of 4, including 2 older teens, thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this perfectly appointed cabin. We were looking forward to the stay based on the previous perfect review history, and we were not disappointed. Things we especially appreciated: laundry, hangers in rooms, a total of 3 beds (master, guest, and a full in the extra loft) in addition to the couches, which were also very comfy for napping, the location where we could walk to the Flathead River bank and watch the sunset, the proximity to quaint town with just enough food and activity options, the extra half bath upstairs, the Wi-Fi, the kitchen utensils, the cleanliness, the fluffy towels and extra beach towels. We have stayed in a LOT of homes over the years, and this will be one we remember very fondly. Book without hesitation. The glowing reviews are accurate.

We had an amazing time visiting Glacier National Park and staying at this cabin made it all possible. The cabin was clean, cozy and well furnished with everything we needed. The check-in/out process was incredibly easy and convenient. We spent as much time at the park as we could, so coming back to the cabin to eat, relax and spend time with friends was perfect. We will definitely stay again should we be back in the area.

Everything about this cabin was perfect.
This was our first trip to Glacier National Park so we knew little about the area or the best places to stay. We took our chances when booking this cabin and all I can say is luck was with us! This clean, cozy, AMAZING cabin is perfect proximity to the park, to the river, to West Glacier stores and 30 minutes from Kallispell. We could not have picked anything more perfect. Check in was a brease and everything we needed for the week was there. Great place to stay!

What a beautiful cabin with lots of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked including instant coffee. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. There is a short walk to a great spot to skip rocks along the river. We will definitely come back again!

This property was perfect for our Glacier adventure! It was less than 5 minutes to get to the park gate! This cabin had ALL the amenities needed and more. We had quite a lovely stay. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend!!!

We so enjoy the Hiker’s Cabin. It’s in a great location for exploring GNP and the Flathead river. We’re always so cozy here.
Great for a couples’ stay but plenty of room too for family. Comfy beds and all the amenities like W/D, stocked kitchen and cable TV make this an awesome find so close to the park.

The Hiker’s Cabin is amazing! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the perfect location for park adventures. The proximity to the park made it so wonderful to relax and unwind after a tough hike or even an intense day of driving the Going-to-the-Sun road. It felt like our own private cabin just steps from this incredible frontier. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well supplied and the wood burning stove was a perfect way to chase the fall chill from the air. We would absolutely come back again and again! It was our first visit to Glacier and it will be one we will remember for a lifetime. The hosts were responsive and accommodating and there was an abundance of guide books, maps, and helpful instructions available for us to use. Our vacation was made even more magical by our stay! Thank you so much for a magical time!

Literally minutes from the entrance to going to the sun road. This rental was spotless and absolutely beautiful. Better then we could have even imaged and at an extremely reasonable rate. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi was extremely slow/ I wasn’t able to do some work items. But the cafe around the corner had strong Wi-Fi so I was able to complete urgent work items like that.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! It is cozy and comfortable and a great place to come back to after an exhausting day in GNP. It is literally the best location you could ask for as far as proximity to GNP but also the little town of West Glacier for mini golf, rafting outfitter and grocery. The gas station is also a camp/gift shop and all this is 3 minutes away, but you don't know it because you feel like you are in the country. Also, this cabin has every amenity you need as well as a well stocked kitchen.
We had a glitch in our trip, that was completely our fault and Mona was so communicative and offered our crazy family a little grace as well.
I cannot recommend this place enough. We are 100% coming back--maybe next time without the kids!

This was our last 4 nights before heading home of our 17 day trip. This was my favorite place of all. Beautiful neighborhood. River nearby scenery just fabulous. Cabin had everything anyone could possibly want or need. Each of us had our own bedroom, cabin was comfortable felt like being home. We even cooked in one night. We loved Glacier plan on returning one day. This should be on everyone’s list and hopefully you can stay in this beautiful cabin.

I would give this 10 stars if possible. If you are looking for a log cabin in the woods with streams nearby this is your place. We used the wood stove and really enjoyed it. The owners were easy to get a hold of and very prompt. I suggest you book early as this is a real gems. You may also want to book early for any fishing or guided tours and air fare. Very close to the main entrance of Glacier Park.

We absolutely loved this cabin! The location was perfect with easy access to Glacier National Park and plenty of other activities. We loved visiting some local restaurants in Hungry Horse and Columbia Falls just a few minutes away. Mona and Mike were fabulous hosts- quick to answer any questions and full of information for local fishing spots for my husband. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely make this out go-to Montana vacation spot.

Cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our visit to Glacier NP. We enjoyed the wood burning stove and simply sitting on the covered porch after a long day at the park. A short walk down the road gives access to the river. Overall a great place!

We snuggled in this cozy cabin for a week after the Christmas holiday. Winter in Glacier is such a special time and a visit to this cabin is no exception. We were so stocked with wood and kindling, we had a roaring fire every day of our visit. Everything about this spot was perfect. The house has a stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Though it was just the two of us, we could have brought our whole family, with three sleeping areas and plenty of room. We loved watching the “Thin Man” series on Turner Classic Movies on a snowy New Year’s Eve on the great TV system in the upstairs loft. A fun memory for years to come! The location is quiet and serene with the Middle Fork of the Flathead just across the street. We enjoyed walks on the roads of the neighborhood by the river as well as adventures into nearby Glacier Park and the snowshoe and cross country trails near the historic Issac Walton Inn. There is also a fantastic cross country ski trail on the golf course. The best part of every day was returning to our cozy cabin. We simply cannot wait to return again next year! Thank you, Mona, for another fantastic stay.

You cannot beat the location of this cabin for staying outside of GNP; the entrance is minutes away. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay here again, highly recommend.
