Notre belle maison de vacances est en cours de rénovation totale pour la saison 2019 avec de la nouvelle peinture partout, de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, de nouveaux meubles de salon et de nouveaux planchers et carreaux de bois franc dans toute l'unité. Ce condominium magnifiquement décoré et bien meublé de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est votre maison de vacances loin de chez vous! Il est situé à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la plage et à 3 pâtés de maisons de l'extrémité sud de la célèbre promenade de Wildwood. Bienvenue chez Avanti by the Sea! 410 E. Lavender Road, Wildwood Crest, NJ. Ce condo spacieux se trouve sur le côté est du bâtiment. L'unité donne sur la piscine et il y a de belles vues sur l'océan depuis le pont avant. La chambre principale comprend un ensemble de chambre de taille King, une salle de bain privée complète avec douche et une télévision à écran plat de 27 'avec câble numérique Comcast. Il y a un très grand dressing pour ranger votre garde-robe de vacances! La chambre # 2 est lumineuse et ensoleillée! Il a un lit Queen et une télévision à écran plat avec câble Comcast. Chambre # 3 a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat avec câble Comcast. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain complète dans le couloir près des chambres, ainsi qu'une buanderie privée avec laveuse / sécheuse à haute efficacité, fer et planche à repasser. Le salon dispose d'un canapé sectionnel super confortable avec un lit queen-size pour accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Il s'agit d'un complexe familial et nous ne louons en aucun cas à des unités non familiales de moins de 25 ans. Il y a beaucoup d'oreillers, de couvertures et de couettes. (Apportez vos propres draps, serviettes et produits en papier.) La cuisine / salle à manger est très bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine et comprend toutes les commodités que vous attendez dans une maison de vacances - lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, ouvre-boîte, grille-pain, casseroles et poêles, ustensiles, verrerie et vaisselle. Votre terrasse privée avec des meubles en osier confortables surplombe l'océan et elle est parfaitement située pour profiter de belles vues sur la plage et l'océan. En position assise, vous avez une vue directe sur l'océan depuis cette unité d'extrémité au 2e étage! Le nettoyage professionnel est toujours inclus. Ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour les vacances d'été de votre famille. Le balcon privé est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de votre café du matin ou d'une boisson fraîche dans l'après-midi, tout en profitant de la vue imprenable sur la plage, l'océan et la piscine depuis cette unité de 2e niveau. Il y a de belles vues sur le quartier environnant et les néons la nuit sont assez spectaculaires aussi! Attendez de voir les feux d'artifice du vendredi soir - directement depuis votre propre deck.

We had such a great stay! Condo in spacious, close to the beach, we had our own parking spots (2), we had a pool, washer and dryer...we had everything we need to make our vacation easy going and relaxing. This condo hit all of our needs. We plan to come back again next year!!!

This was my family's first time in Wildwood Crest. There are tons of things to do and we had a great time. This place is within walking distance to the beach and has access to chairs and a cart to take items to the beach. The pool was nice, it was also nice to have access to a bathroom at the pool area. I would recommend staying here and we may stay here again in the future.

Comfort of home
From beginning to end, our stay was great! The listing is spot on as far as appearance/updates. It was very nice and had a homie feeling. The pool was on the small side, but that didn't matter much. There was also not many people using it while we stayed either. The building itself was taken care of and I had seen someone cleaning the public areas/elevator more than once during our week there. The location was great and the beach was not congested at all. There are some walkable restaurants, liquor stores, etc nearby. Otherwise, very short drives to the Acme and other desired restaurants/stores. We had zero issues and never had to reach out to Karen. We would stay again in the future!

The king is hard yet unsupportive at the same time and also tilts in to the middle; the queen was not much better. And one of the main reasons we chose this building was for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken for our entire stay. We knew the ocean would be cold as it was early in the season. But the pool was too cold as well and we never got in it. I don't know that I would have spent that much on this reservation if I knew we would not be able to enjoy the pool.

The kitchen was well stocked and also has a gas grill which worked out great. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and we would highly recommend this condo to all.

We just got back from our stay in Wildwood Crest. The location of this condo is great. Literally a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach and (for those not familiar with Wildwood, the beach is very big. It may take another 5 minutes to reach the water!)
There are several restaurants within walking distance and the south end of the boardwalk is really close. There is also basketball courts and a small playground nearby.
The unit itself is exactly as advertised. The master is at the opposite end of the unit from the main living space which was nice as we had teenagers with us and they stay up way later than we do! The place was very clean and we felt safe from a Covid perspective. The kichen was well stocked and we cooked out on the grill one night.
The deck is on the small side, only big enough for 4-5 people. We had 7 of us there and otherwise had plenty of space in the rest of the unit.
The only negative was that the wifi didn't work well in the master bedroom. Not a big issue but it is worth noting.
For me, the best partwas the property manager Karen. She communicated everything very thoroughly and responded quickly. We did need to have the wifi router rebooted as the internet was very slow and she was able to get that done rather quickly. After that we had no issues with wifi except in the master as mentioned above.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit near the beach
We rented this for an extended weekend getaway in June. The unit itself was recently renovated and very nice (better than the pictures). It was only a short walk to the beach, and the beach is absolutely massive. We were able to walk some restaurants and the Boardwalk which was nice. I'd rent it again.

Short but sweet
We really enjoyed our mini vacation in Wildwood Crest. The property was really nice and in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. Also near a lot of good restaurants. The kitchen was a good size as well as the family room. The owner, Andrea, was nice and very accommodating. Just as an FYI, the queen size bed is on the soft side if you prefer a firmer bed. The king size bed was more firm.

First Time at Wildwood
The condo was perfectly located. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk a few blocks away. Onsite pool a little small but conveinent for a quick dip when you get back from the beach. Balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or cocktails. Close to tons of places to eat. Karen was easily accesibke via phone and responded quickly. The condo is nicely furnished. The only drawback is the beds were just not comfortable- which i know is common in rentals- but these were really not good at all. Overall a great vacation.

Lovely condo!
We were pleasantly surprised with this unit. It actually looks better in person and most kitchen appliances are new. It was very clean. My family had a great time. Beach and water parks were close that we ended walking most of the time. Karen was very courteous and attentive. After having a terrible experience with a different rental last year, she has restored my faith in VRBO. Thank you! Will definitely be returning next year.

Great place at the Jersey Shore
The condo was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Everything was as advertised. It's an easy walk to where the beach begins, but, for the uninitiated to Wildwood and Wildwood Crest, it's about 1/4 a mile from where the beach begins to the water's edge.

Needs a lot of TLC
Although our family had a wonderful week at the beach, we were very disappointed in this unit and would not return here. We have stayed at 2 different properties over the last 7 yrs. Both were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. All appliances worked and everything that was supposed to be there was. From the 1" thick layer of black scum in the master shower stall to the dishwasher that didn't work, the dryer that took 3 cycles to dry, the king sheets that were not there (there were a bunch of mismatched sheets in master closet, some of which were stained). In the end we did find 1 king fitted in beige and a king flat in blue with no matching pillow cases. Just a lack of care & concern on the part of the owners (I would guess) to keep the unit in good condition. The manager, Karen, was very accommodating. She came over the first day and cleaned the shower herself. She also went out and bought a set of king sheets. However, she shouldn't have had to do any of that. The walls and woodwork looked like they hadn't been painted in a very long time. The sofa cushions were so worn there was no cushioning left in them. The balcony door did not shut properly or lock so you heard the wind whooshing when the storms came in. As I stated, despite all of the above, we had a great time as a family together with our adult children and their partners which we look forward to every year. We would have cooked in a bit more but once we discovered we would be washing dishes, we only did it a few times. I am a bit fussy but as stated above we have found some wonderful places in the past so I do know they exist.
