The property is in an ideal location and has exceptional amenities. It could easily be titled a resort vacation.

We had a great time and it’s an excellent spot on the beach! I just wish I would’ve known that hand soap and excess toilet paper would not be provided.

The condo was tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space throughout. Wonderful bathrooms especially the master bath. Very large balcony.
The only issues I had was the refrigerator was not very clean, there was dishes in cabinets that had dried food stuck on them and the stove top was not cleaned. The outdoor grill on patio was not wiped down and the grill brushes were very nasty. Over all, the condo was very clean other than the issues listed.
These few things would not stop me from staying there again.

Hot tub works, has smart TV awesome view of sunrise sunset, we will be back. Pickett Properties was very responsive to any needs.... Small issues like microwave quit working were promptly addressed

Everything about this place was wonderful! We’ve stayed several places in the area that fooled us (pictures of the property/condo made it appear much roomier than it actually was). Having 6 children, you can imagine how ecstatic we were when we arrived. Any issues we had, were quickly taken care of, management team was very responsive and timely. The ONLY complaint we had was with the primary bedroom mattress being uncomfortable, but also understand that was only our Opinion and may not be an issue for others.
Every area of the facility was well taken care of and clean! We plan on returning!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. There were five of us and we were all comfortable and uncrowded. We loved the grill and hot tub on the balcony which was an extra bonus. I was worried about the elevator being slow because I read in some of the reviews they took a long time to come. But we had no issue with them at all.
Only a few things. One was even though the unit had been cleaned and you could tell; some areas were missed. Master bathroom had toothpaste splatter on the mirror and floor wasn't mopped well; two of the other bathrooms had similar issues and we cleaned them. The sliding doors to the balcony had finger and hand prints on the glass and we had to call to have the washing machine cleaned. Also some of the silverware didn't get clean in the dishwasher and had been put away with food on them. The AC stopped blowing cold our 2nd day, but maintenance was prompt and came out same day and fixed it. Kudos to maintenance, they are great. Those who do the cleaning need to make sure they are not so rushed that they miss things. Fortunately I travel with cleaning supplies so we took care of the issues; but since there is a hefty cleaning deposit required, you do want to see the evidence reflected in your unit.
All in all it was very nice and with the exception of the AC everything was taken care of on arrival day. I would definitely come back.

I'm thrilled to share my glowing review of Turquoise Place 1506C! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and stunning views. The owners' responsiveness to our requests was truly exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious and well-appointed condo, along with the top-notch facilities, created a perfect vacation experience. Without a doubt, we'll be recommending this wonderful place to friends and family, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

With no fault of the owner our stay at Turquoise was great. Disappointed about the hot tubs and the pool in our tower being closed. Location of the property is great for walking the beach and restaurants. We had a great two weeks at the end of February and the weather was awesome.

One of our guest uses a wheelchair and it was so nice for her to have plenty of room to move around freely. The facility itself was like staying at a resort and the staff was polite and always willing to help. We would love to return.

LAST MINUTE TRIP
THIS WAS A LAST-MINUTE TRIP. THIS WAS ALSO OUR SECOND STAY AT TURQUOISE BUT NOT AT THIS ROOM. WE LOVE THE TURQUOISE!
WE COULDN'T GET THE COFFEE MAKER TO WORK AND THE NEXT DAY THEY DELIVERED A NEW, IN THE BOX, COFFEE MAKER. EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME.

Nice place. Lots of space.
First time staying at TP. We had 12 guest total and we stayed comfortably. Plenty of room. The pullout chair/bed in the rooms made it great for small children. Everything was very nice. We didn’t get to enjoy the pools because the water was too cold but enjoyed spending the days on the beach. Very easy to check in and TP was able to accommodate for 3 parking passes. Only downside was the hot tub did not work. We could never get the temperature to come up.

Due to the off season timing of our trip, most of the amenities were closed or under construction so we couldn’t use them. But the condo itself was beautiful.

Snowbirds
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have been coming to this area for several years and have always wanted to stay at Turquoise Place and for the first time being snowbirds, this was the perfect place to stay. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. The hot tub on the balcony needed to be repaired the first day we got there; it still had issues with keeping temperature. The view was spectacular and enjoyed sitting out there all day. Will definitely stay here again.

There were a few things wrong and Prickett did a great job of communicating and helping! Love that this was directly on the beach and had so many other things for my kids and husband who are pool (over beach) people… indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy River, gym, etc. Some of the pics were a little misleading, but the place was still nice! Would definitely come back!

Great place to stay
The condo and property are very nice. Plenty of space for 11 people. Biggest issue was the elevators, especially during any peak check-in times. Other than that, I would stay here again and recommend this location, and this condo in particular, to friends and family.
