Excellent emplacement au centre-ville de Pismo Beach. 50 mètres de la plage et un pâté de maisons de la jetée avec vue partielle. Cette maison (pas de condo / maison de ville) est au centre-ville de Pismo Beach! (Ce n'est pas à Pismo State Beach ou à Oceano. Soyez prudent, car certaines annonces annoncent Pismo Beach quand elles ne le sont pas) Marchez vers tout. Jouez à la plage et rentrez à la maison pour utiliser les toilettes.
Maison rénovée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan. La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes et notre occupation maximale est de 8 personnes. California Vacation Rentals possède également la maison voisine qui est également un 4 chambres / 3. Maison de 5 salles de bain avec de superbes vues VRBO # 127874 et une maison de 6 chambres VRBO # 87222. Notre maison se trouve en face du nouvel hôtel de luxe Vespera.
La maison est incroyablement décorée avec des carreaux et des peintures murales peintes à la main, des comptoirs en dalles de granit, des cuisines entièrement approvisionnées, un téléviseur HD Samsung de 46 'avec DVR et DVD et un garage. Ceci est une maison, PAS un petit condo. Les chambres ont un roi, une reine et une reine. Nous utilisons des draps et des couettes Peacock Alley qui sont lavés professionnellement après chaque séjour.

Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants.
Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat.
Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.

This was a perfect property to rent for our family vacation. It was just as described and conveniently close to everything.

We booked the house for 3 nights for my husband’s 50th. My husband did not know where we were staying, and I kept telling him “drive to the water” once we got on the street where the house is located. The location is literally perfect. Just around the corner from the pier. We had some friends stay at the Vespera across the street, which was a great option for some friends.
The first thing that struck me when we opened the door was how clean the house was when we walked in. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this was by far the cleanest house.
We went out to dinner to first night to a restaurant in walking distance. The second day we did a brewery tour (check out uncorked wine tours), and the bbq’ed at the house. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook.
We hung on the front patio and at the beach the third day. It was beyond easy to pop back and forth from the beach.
We left early the 4th door because of Hurricane Hilary. No unreasonable Clean up requirements, and check out/in was easy. Everything was in working order.

The first house was so nice. And when we had a issue with plumbing got moved to the back house so we could continue our vacation. Would rent from you again for sure.

Annual sibling trip to celebrate our mom's 20 year angelversary. This house was perfect, exactly as pictured. Great view, super comfortable beds, well stocked. Walking distance to everything, just steps to the beach, good parking. Finally got BBQ weather on our last night and got to sit out front and watch the waves crash. Amazing trip! Can't wait to come back with my grandbabies in the summer.

My husband and I meet our son and his family for an annual beach trip. This location is perfect as it’s easy to walk the little ones to the beach or the giant slide by the pier. The kitchen is spacious, the home is clean with a nice decor. It’s nice to have a garage to put all the beach apparatus in.

Close as you can get to the beach
The house was better than expected. It was very comfortable for the four of us. Easy to walk to everything. The view of the beach and the beach access cannot be beat.

Wonderful week!
Great property, had a wonderful week, everything in home worked well! Only thing I would add is a plastic dishwashing pan, and a set of pot holders! Minor stuff! Love it!

Cleanliness vs. Location
The location was perfect. The house is walking distance to the beach, pier and the local shops. We really enjoyed exploring and look forward to returning, but we will stay somewhere different. A lot of simple things were overlooked that should be standard when cleaning a property. The sheets in one of the room had makeup stains. In the same room there is an attached bathroom. The faucet for the sink had black gunk hanging from it so we didn't even use the bathroom. There was a wrapper for a menstrual (period) pad on the floor of the bedroom. In a different bathroom there was an empty large garbage bag that was left behind on the floor. I called midway to inform the owner of the issues. The property manager was very apologetic and tried to rectify it. The owner was rude and defensive. The owner only addressed the dirty sheets and said they are professionally laundered so there shouldn't be any stains. Then she randomly recommended some wineries as if to change the topic. When I reminded her of the other garbage left behind, she said we should have told her sooner so they could have done something about it even though we told them when we came upon it. The location is great but there are plenty of other places with an equally great location. I wouldn't stay here again because it wasn't clean, the owner was rude and it felt like she was blaming us for the issues of the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well stocked, beds incredibly comfortable, smart tv’s easy to use, great view of the ocean. Very likely to return.

Relaxing Getaway
The place was clean and in a great location. We didn't have to worry about fighting for parking when heading to the beach or finding places to eat. Even though the grill and the outdoor seating were in the front of the house, it was still nice to hang out there.
Check in and check out were easy, and all the supplies were provided. Would go there again!

Steps from the beach
This property was a perfect stay for my family. We were literally steps away from the beach and a short walk to the pier. The property had everything we needed to make coffee in the morning and cook a quick bite for breakfast. The beds were soo soft and comfy. The washer and dryer was a plus! There are tons of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. Markets and stores are a few exits away.

Fantastic Location, ideal for our requirements
This property and location were perfect for our requirements, we were attending the para-surfing world games at Pismo Pier, and one of our occupants was in a wheelchair which worked out really well at this location. The property was clean just as described and we had a fantastic time thank you again

Disappointing
Pros: location to the beach. However you are right across the street from the valet parking for the Vespara Hotel and the parking lot for the sandcastle hotel is right outside the bedroom and living room.
Cons: not a good value for the money
The bed in the en-suite had 5 inches of memory foam and the sheets were too big so the bed kind of swallowed us up. Very uncomfortable. The king bed comforter smelled sour and unclean. The carpets were dirty. We were required to wash all the dishes AND PUT THEM AWAY before we left. Not only that but we were expected to sweep the floors! Really? On top of paying a cleaning deposit. I worried about the cleanliness of the dishes.

Beautiful home in ideal location . . .
We rented this home over Labor Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was beautifully decorated and functioned great for our family. Lots of storage and stocked with everything we need (except beach equipment). I worried the location might be noisy at night since it’s right next to two large upscale hotels and it is also right next to the main boardwalk - but noise was never an issue. It was remarkably quiet at night! I also appreciated that we were able to pull down privacy blinds in the living area at night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Great location!
Loved staying at this property. We walked to most meals and shopping all week. We walked to the beach and didn’t have to worry if we brought everything since we were so close. Great place to grill out front as well.

Great location!
This was our second time staying at this beach house. The home is clean and well maintained. It has ample room in the kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds are comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. It's located steps from the beach, pier and restaurants. Parking on the street gets busy and it was great to have a few parking spots on site.
We met our son and his family for an extended weekend. The 3 and 5 year old grandkids had an absolute blast!

Location was top. I couldn’t imagine a better place. Quiet, right at the beach and close to restaurants. I would say the floor could have been cleaner. Overall, we had a great experience.

Fantastic Family Meeting Spot
Met here for a long weekend with family from Northern California and we are from San Diego. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed and was furnished perfectly. Being in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants was so nice, we parked our car and only needed to use it once during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and visit the property again.
