How close to the beach what we mainly were looking for, the balcony view was great

Power plugs by the bed in the room needs replacement with new ones, not holding anything.. extra pillow was buried under some kind of dirty mat where the iron machine was also kept in the storage room. Was no use. The room was a shared room with a locked door to another occupent next door-partying with loud music and weed smell was coming under the door around midnight while we were trying to sleep

We weren’t given the apartment I picked on line when I booked it.

It was very dated and the furniture was filthy. Random furniture in places that weren’t useful.

We did like the Location to the beach and restaurant.

We stayed a day and a half without being checked in. We got our room number from front desk so we thought we were checked in till I called and complained that we didn’t have codes. Operator told me so I went to front desk No parking pass , no arm bands, or codes to beach or bridge to get across roads to beach. Room was filthy. Dust all over floorboards. Yellow stains on floor. Showerleaked . Rotten wood in corners filled with mildew. No garbage bags in room. We had to use our shower towels to wipe up floor and then had to wash our towels on site and had to use $5 to use coin operated machines on site. No silverware or adequate eating utensils in room.everytime we went to front desk we were told that this was a condo not a resort. No coffee in room and when I did complain we were an accused of dragging mustard all over the floor. N o broom to sweep the nasty floor where we could at least walk barefoot. The project manager was very rude when I did get a hold of her. We would like a refund please. We are two old ladies and grandson and this was our first experience. We did not know we could complain about room or have anything done. I have at least 30 pictures of proof of all those things I’ve wrote above. Also the room was freezing with no blankets. The room was froze over every morning and my traveling companion had to go to doctor when e got back. The manager says she checked the room two hours before we went in And guessshe missed a few things. She said there was a broom in room now and she works retrain front desk which didn’t do I anything for us. Also the true pillows were stained and the mattress cover was stained. I have Photos’ to document all the complaints.

Walk to beach

Went to resort couldn’t get in the box and when got in the reservation was mixed up under a different name. When it was solve trying to get in the room was a problem. The dead lock was locked. Had to call security to cut bolt. Didn’t get in the room until over an hour. The next morning trying to get wrist band the receptionist was almost an hour late. It was just all a mess.

The view was amazing, the room was clean. It was as described on the website.

That there should be a front desk, person not overnight but at least all day. Maybe more ice machines like on another floor with the elevators being so busy.

heat and air, old living room furniture

Liked the closeness of the beach. The beds were comfortable. Shower was nice and big.

Didn’t like the the sink. One sink that had to be used for brushing teeth and washing dishes. Plus it was so high I had to stand on tip toes to spit in the sink!

Nada, pésimo servicio

No funciona el aire acondicionado la temperatura es de 80 grados es una calor q no se puede dormir, tu llamas y ellos no te solucionan nada, en ves de ir a relajarte regresar pero no vale la pena ahorrar para ir de vacaciones y quedarse en ese hotel, por que se vive una pesadilla con el calor a la hora de dormir, bueno esa fue mi experiencia, jamás volvería a quedarme allí, los que están pensando quedarse allí, piénsenlo mucho la verdad no vale la pena!! Con una bebé y una señora de 80 años y yo salía del hotel el domingo y me decían que asta el lunes me iban a ir arreglar el Aire Acondicionado. Y ni siquiera me cambiaron de habitación, hay no estoy tan triste y decepcionada, espere con tantas ansias mis vacaciones después de un largo año de trabajo y todo para esto.
