We like the breakfast, the stuff are friendly, the room and bathroom was clean and spacious and the location is in the center.

The location is good and they accepted us to check-in 2 hours earlier.

Payment system. They had a problem receiving the money via booking.com and they asked if I can pay by cash. Finally we managed to pay by card, but the amount was 2 euros more.

It was very clean and even though we didn’t know the Turkish language, they made sure to accommodate us

it took a long time to get hot water in the shower, the sheet didn't stay in place, the blanket was quite small for two people, the heating system was noisy and quite inefficient, also wifi asks to login again everytime and the keycard must be renewed daily

The hotel was in a very good location and the staff at the hotel really treated us well. The breakfast was also good..clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely value for money.

The. Facilities were very poor,my room had no internet or fridge and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and perfume used to cover up that smell. the bathroom was dated and tired plus the lift was faulty which caused a very loud noise in my rom, this went on 24 hours a day. The manager did nothing to rectify these problems despite several complaints

The location was good, we could walk everywhere. Only 25 min by car from the airport (180TRY). The hotel was clean.

The wifi was very bad. Definitely don’t book if you need to work from the hotel. The breakfast staff wasn’t nice. They didn’t allow us to take anything from the breakfast room even though we would return the plate. This has never happened to us before.

The Hotel was centrally located. The Location was walking distance to attractions and shoping. The Breakfast was very good,quality and varied. Good for full price performance accommodation. The room was cosy,clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. Relevant, helpful and friendly staff

I think,it is located in a scary street at night, there are strange people in the street where the hotel is located at night, it maybe feels dangerous to roam at night. The internet connection quality was a bit poor The air conditioner works very noisy, this made me feel uncomfortable, I reported this problem to the receptionist. The receptionist said that the mechanic will come tomorrow morning. There is a parking problem.You have to wake up early and leave to pull the car in front of the hotel.Otherwise, the shop owners around the hotel get angry.Therefore my wonderfull breakfast was interrupted.
