we did not get same room as described and shown on pictures. Or Room did not have a bath tub and a window..it was a very simple bathroom. and the towels were very worn

no massage service — came on a car after the 9 hour trip and my back was falling apart, and there was noone to help me 😭

Room really, really very hot.

Location is perfect, closed to the beach and also lot of restaurant. The room is really nice, the bed is large and enough for parent with two small kids. The staff also friendly to us and provide us with additional complimentary water.

The parking space is really limited. However, they will help you to arrange the car.

The sea view room we booked was blocked by construction at another hotel (2nd floor room). We had to request a higher floor to be able to get a bit of the sea view. Suggest that the second floor sea view room rate be adjusted to reflect the view obstruction.

Although we were upgraded because the standard rooms were not available, it does not justify the state of the suite.. the room was not clean (dirty tables, bed not clean, hairs in the bathtub) - We started to have pimples on our face after using the water from the bathroom.. we couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi which was not working ! (the water was colored.. and the room needs renovation (rusts on the toilet, sink and bathtub) - the staff was not able to call us a taxi, we had to walk and find one by ourselves with our suitcases - be careful the prices displayed for the consumption of the elements of the mini bar are false! we paid more for the check out.. In the end, once but not twice!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

location is very good

there was a really bad smell in the room coming most probably from the toilet/bathroom. they should be more sensitive about cleanliness and ventilating the rooms. besides, there were hookers in the entrance when we first arrived at around 10pm, if important to anyone.

I loved everything, the room was very large and modern, the hotel in general was very nice. Perfect position for walking everywhere in the centre.

Bathtub instead of shower

I loved the breakfast, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is also gentle and the location was great. Bed is so comfortable as well.

I did not like one thing only, they asked for payment once I checked in, Usually in all hotels we pay at the end. I felt not being trusted that's all. Also, which seems to be silly, but I will mention it, I brought 4 bars of chocolate (Lindt to be specific) and after we came back , the room was cleaned and one of the bars was missing. Just, it was weird. We hided our chocolate bars in the bags once we went out again.

Very nice hotel, great location, fine breakfast. Good value for money..

I got some difficulties with my door lock and on my first day I opened another door by mistake.. But other than that I had a perfect stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient.
