The place worked out great for our large family vacation. Two kitchens and so many bathrooms are an added bonus when you have lots of families vacationing together. The beach is beautiful.

Property was ideally located. Lots of space for everyone. Would definitely go back again.

The additional kitchen and rooms upstairs were nice for families with little ones. The pool table was used every day by many people and was a nice way to escape the heat outside. The video game / arcade console was an unexpected and awesome way to play games from our childhood and share them with our kids. It’s as if it was designed especially for family gatherings, with every detail thought of. Families came from 5 different states to be together. We are already looking forward to booking our next Family Reunion at Once Upon A Tide. It was truly awesome.

Overall it was a great week for our three daughters and their families. Their were a few mattresses that have seen better days but that’s to be expected and there was a wicker chair that was broken on the patio. We enjoyed our time very much!!

My family of 14 had a wonderful time in this stunning home. My children and grandchildren went from pool to gulf and back. Having three refrigerators made food prep and storage easy and convenient. Sitting by the pool and looking out over the gulf was my ideal vacation. Our best family vacation in years!

We have stayed there twice with our large family, if we could give it 6 stars we certainly would. The house has lots of room and the pool and beach are so beautiful! Definitely a hidden gem, Teresa is so easy to work with and Lord willing we will be back!

Amazing location and room for all! Teresa responds super fast to any issues! Very well equipped with pots and pans and mixers, large bowls, everything you need! Three refrigerators! Hot tub works great and the ocean is your backyard and view. The pool has the built in table that the adults gathered round and talked for hours. The apartment upstairs was perfect for a family of six to have their own kitchen and living room. This is the best so far that we’ve found! Our grandchildren count down all year to the beach house!

Our stay was perfect. The house very easily accommodated our group of friends for the week. The patio and pool areas along with the beach were great!! We will definitely be back

This property definitely checks all the boxes. my family and I have rented in the area for years, and this is my favorite place by far. Having a pool, hot tub and being on the beach makes it the perfect rental.

The pictures really don't to it justice. The pool and beach area are wonderful. The kids and adults played in the pool and out on the beach almost all the time. The ocean was calm enough a few days there was even swimming out there. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better extended family vacation. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend and hope to be able to return!

Wonderful for large family gatherings! Beach just steps from the back door. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy inside or outside.

So thankful to the hosts that we were able to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday here! Mom and the whole family loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay here. This house was perfect for our large family and it had everything we needed. And the location, pool, hot tub, beach, views, and sunsets were absolutely amazing! Both kids and adults enjoyed the game room. There was so much space for everyone to spread out inside and outside. The second kitchen came in handy for our large group. Our Mom is already asking when we can plan a trip back to "Once Upon A Tide Retreat." Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! It really made our Mom's 80th birthday extra special!

Our family group of 3 generations had a wonderful week at this property. It was perfect for our group ranging in age from 75 down to age 6. The kitchens were well appointed and had everything we needed to cook and serve 17. There was something to keep everyone busy. The pool and hot tub, the beach right out front and the games and pool table inside. We had a delightful, memorable week at "once upon a tide"!

We (23) of us traveled to Bushnell National Cemetery in Florida to inter our Mother’s remains. Afterwords we travel to the beach house in Redington Florida. Any accommodations where the family gets together would’ve been fine, but this place was more than we expected and all of our family enjoyed the home, the pool area, the lounge area and especially the beach is right outside the gate. The house had everything you could ask for especially with such a large group I’m trying to make sure that everyone was happy. The location is ideal and within 2 1/2 miles you can find all kinds of stores, services, restaurants and shopping. Our group range in age from 16 through 75 and everyone was extremely satisfied with the accommodations. Thank you again and thank your parents for the use of their lovely home. PS we will keep you in our prayers in regards to IAN.

We had a great time at this house!! It is super close to the beach, private beach access, which we loved! The house was so spacious for our large group! The website description matches it perfectly! 2nd time here, 5 years apart. The whole family is asking when we can do this again, hopefully before another 5 years.

We had a great stay and the property meet our needs. The property is an older property but in good condition. There were a couple of minor issues but when notified the owners were quick to get them corrected and keep us informed of time frames. We were a group of 18 (12 adults and 6 kids ages 4-13). The kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, glasses pots and pans etc. ) were more than enough for us. We spent 95% of our time outside and the pool, hot tub and beach were everything we thought they would be. We would rent this property again.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a great time and made lots of memories together. The property provided us space to be together and yet to have privacy to be alone. The proximity to the beach was a great delight and offered amazing sunsets and rainbows.

Every summer for many years, we have travelled the Gulf Coast of Texas and Florida on our annual beach trips. This area is beautiful and this wonderful house was absolutely perfect for our large, multi-generational family, with grandkids ranging in ages from 3-14. It felt very inviting and welcoming ! Everyone loved having a pool and the beach as our backyard playground ! The house allows so much space for everyone ! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the outdoor living space was a dream come true ! Large, expansive kitchen, plus second kitchen upstairs made keeping groceries easy, plus there is a refrigerator in the garage as well. For a large family like ours, having 2 washers and 3 dryers made keeping up with the laundry a snap ! The game room is well stocked with books, games, puzzles, and of course, the pool table, which was a big hit ! The kayak was also a really nice bonus. The water was so clear so everyone enjoyed taking a turn! The home owner, Teresa, was friendly, communicative, and always available for questions or anything that might have been needed. We just left this wonderful property and I already want to return. We had 16 people from 2 years old to 50 years old. Teresa was so helpful to me since we were having our wedding in front of the house. She was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. The wedding was perfect!!! This property was perfect for our annual "Ryder Cup" golf trip involving a spirited four-man team from England and four equally spirited Yanks! As advertised, the beach-front house features eight bedrooms, a large pool and spa, outdoor seating and dining, fully furnished common areas, a full compliment of cookware and appliances, and multiple amenities. Kudos to Theresa for maintaining a clean and welcoming home right on the beach!

The owner was great at communicating and the property was great! It was so close to the water and has a great pool and hot tub.

It was great having the pool and beach so close. We were very happy with the house, patio, pool , and beach. The teens loved the pool table and game room. We had four generations of our family there. Lots of great memories were made!

Once Upon a Tide was PERFECT for our group spring break! We had 6 families including 9 teenagers. We had plenty of space to gather together and spread out. Having the pool and beach right there made entertaining the kids so simple. The house was exactly as advertised - well maintained, fully stocked, easy to use. This property could not have been more perfect for our family. We brought a family of 12 with kids ages 5-14. The beach is so nice and not a bit crowded compared to other areas around there. So nice to be able to hop in a heated pool and hot tub when it got cool in the evening. The house is amazing and a TON of room. We will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely amazing. We had up to 19 people during our stay and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchens had every amenity and the rest of the house is equipped with anything you could ever need to make your vacation fun and relaxing. The pool, hot tub and patio are wonderful with plenty of space for all with spectacular sunset views. Teresa was very responsive to our questions from reservation to check out. Everyone that stayed at the house would highly recommend this property.

From booking to checkout everything was flawless. Anything we needed was there. A very comfortable home with excellent hot tub, pool, and outdoor seating. Hope to go back.
