Location was absolutely perfect. The no drive beach was a definite win. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ever imagine needing including beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The deck was awesome for morning coffee and sunset card games. We had all our check in instructions plenty early which was nice because then it was one less thing for me to stress over as I was getting ready. I am definitely ready to come back and would 100% rebook the same unit.

My husband & I had a great 4 night stay in this large comfortable 1 bedroom condo. We started out each morning sitting on the balcony looking at the pool & the ocean drinking our coffee. Beautifully maintained grounds & vegetation added to our pleasure. We would gladly stay here again if we visit NSB.

We've stayed in this unit several times. Like location and NSB small town atmosphere. Would recommend non fabric living room furniture. Fabric cannot be cleaned like other types of material. Perhaps washable furniture covers or new easily cleanable furniture.

Castle reef is a nice little condo complex, the condo was clean, there was beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board , and a cooler! Fridge has ice machine on the door. The view from the balcony was nice, you can sit in the balcony and see the ocean. The pool area was clean, keyless entry easy to use. Plenty of towels to use, beach towels too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and plenty of dishes and silverware. We had a great stay and highly recommend this condo. Owner gave good information on condo details. I loved the bathroom picture, condo decor was fun, bed was comfy. You need to stop by Mon Delice bakery when you stay here.

The condo was great and right on the beach. It was fully furnished and totally stocked and updated. Decor was really well done and totally “beachy”! Owner was quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

For a little three-night "vacation snack", we visited New Smyrna Beach, and this was the perfect accommodation! Well appointed, Everything is pristine, with some bottled water and a few cans of beer nice and cold waiting for us in the fridge! The bed was super comfy, as was the living room furniture. We felt so at home!
Outside, the pool area was so nice! So many lounge chairs and tables, and the beach is "no drive" so we could walk right down and hang out whereever we wanted.
There is a little shopping center right across the street with everything you'd need to stock the fridge and the pantry...an ice cream parlor, pizza/Italian restaurant and another very nice restaurant that offers brunch on the weekends!
We would definitely come back and also recommend to our friends and family.

We had a great time! The unit was upgraded, modern, and in a great spot - on the second floor close to the pavilion area. The balcony had a clear view of the ocean and pool, which are both right outside the front door. There's a basic super market 5-minutes away, across the street. All in all, loved the unit and the location! Great place!

The property was exactly as described. The beach was perfect, the condo was perfect, and the store across the street makes this the perfect getaway. We had to cut our time short due to hurricane Ian, but it was well worth it! We will definitely be back!

The property was exactly as described. The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely go back to the condo. Across the street is a nice DG market that has all the amenities and food for a short visit. The Bakers table in the same shopping center is delightful - small but fresh made food , great wine selections and beer. If you’re a large group I wouldn’t recommend but Jamie does a great job. SoNapagrille for happy hour was great and less than a mile down the road. Big beaches, clean pool, overall lovely experience.

Perfect Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our 2 boys, 3 & 6, had plenty of things to do onsite (pool, shuffleboard, beach) and we weren’t too far away from anywhere we wanted to go. The beach was very quiet compared to other spots we stopped at along our trip. I didn’t realize how many shells washed up on shore here, but it was a great early morning/evening excursion. Inside the condo was also very well kept, clean and updated, and was very spacious.
Would highly reco staying here if visiting MSB.

The dishwasher refrigerator and stove is beautiful and work great the refrigerator kept our food very cold the water pressure in the shower was awesome.

My family enjoyed our time after a week at Disney. It was easy, simple check in. The updated kitchen was beautiful and the rest of the condo was comfortable. The first morning my husband was fixing breakfast, not burning anything and set the fire alarm off, the very friendly fire dept. showed up. Evidently, this is pretty common and told us to open the kitchen window and patio door to create a cross flow. They got the alarm off and we didn’t have any other problems. Easy, simple vacation, great pool and wonderful beach!
