Our condo was so beautiful, clean and right on the beach where you can watch the sunset each night on the balcony. Some restaurants are within walking distance, which is a plus. The beach was never crowded. We needed a relaxing vacation and it was Perfect!

Al and Holly are wonderful hosts! Holly communicated very quickly whenever we needed it and was kind and helpful. The resources that come with the rental are great and very thoughtful! We traveled with some disabled senior travelers and we were able to navigate the condo very well. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time and loved everything about our trip. Holly and Al were excellent at answering questions that only a local would know immediately. They were very helpful with dining info and recommendations about local activities. The condo itself was perfectly appointed, had everything we needed and more. Great to have beach stuff... they even had coolers. Way more stuff than listed in the ad. The view is spectacular, we had many cloudy days, but the sunset is priceless when visible. We only gave a 4 star on cleanliness of the property. This has nothing to do with the unit itself, but the fans in the elevator don't work, doors are a little wonky, the keypad on the north entrance didn't work. Nothing that was really bothersome. Would not hesitate to rent again, or any of their other properties. Thanks!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to have a relaxing stay. Holly and Al were very responsive when needed. The view from the condo was breathtaking, the beach was amazing. No complaints, we had an awesome time. Will definitely be coming back.

The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The property owners were very accessible and cooperative. We had beautiful weather all week. May is a beautiful month on Marco Island. Great weather and no crowds. We highly recommend this property and would rent again.

Owners super awesome and the condo and location are amazing! We’re already looking at dates for next summer but will be a 2 week stay! Everything was perfect and we had everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella and other items.

The condo was on the main drive, close to everything. The owners were amazing to work with. They supply beach things so you don't have to bring them. I would recommend and would stay again

Gorgeous Sunsets every night. Owners very responsive the couple times we called with questions. They provided excellent information on local restaurants, boat tours, and best shelling locations. Great security system and very short waits for the elevator. Although condo sleeps 6, there is only one shower. (Connected by 2 Jack & Jill bathrooms). This worked fine for 2 adults but might be a consideration for a larger group of guests. We loved our week and would definitely return.

We stayed the last week of April and the weather and location at the south end of the island could not have been better. The communication from Holly before arrival was great and the condo was clean and well organized. It's right on the beach and a short walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family visited Marco Island several years in a row back around 2007, when our kids were toddlers. After several years of vacationing further north in Florida we decided to head back to Marco Island before our oldest went off to college. We decided to try Holly and Al's 17th floor condo in the Sea Winds and are extremely happy with our decision. Right from the start Holly was so welcoming, responsive, and understanding while I barraged her with questions about our upcoming trip. The payment process was seamless, and we were given comprehensive instructions on what to expect upon arrival. The condo was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary accoutrements for a week of relaxation and fun. There was enough room for my wife and I and our two teenagers. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils. The shower had good pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Of course, the view is spectacular. We spent all day on the beach. There is a pool and hot tub on the premises, both of which looked great and were used by many, but we were there for the gulf coast waters! The building must have been completely booked as there were a lot of fellow vacationers, but the beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room for beach activities. The condo provides chairs, coolers and umbrellas, so we were all set. Fortunately, we had wonderful weather all week. Searching for shells, early morning coffee on the balcony, sunset walks, dolphins swimming by (admittedly first thought was that they were sharks!). We didn't venture far from the hotel when our kids were young, but this time we were more interested in the local fare. Holly & Al recommended the Snook Inn. We loved it. Great food and a mellow, slowed down atmosphere we were looking for. We went three times during our stay!! A great week altogether and we are very thankful to Holly and Al for providing the condo and facilitating such a memorable week for our family. Would definitely return!

We stayed in Holly and Al’s ocean front condo for a week for our Babymoon! We wanted a nice place with a short commute to the beach and that is EXACTLY what we got! Check in/out was a breeze! The view from the 17th floor balcony was breathtaking! We watched dolphins and fish swim in the ocean at all hours of the day! The sunsets are unforgettable whether you enjoy them from the deck or down on the beach! The appliances are updated and they supply everything you might need for a week on the beach! (Coolers, chairs, beach towels, noodles etc). The condo is also a short distance from all the best restaurants! Overall, an exceptional experience! We can’t wait to come back!!
