This is a practical and modestly priced lodging for your adventures!

The attendant was kind and on-duty (no doubt being woken up by me, unfortunately). I wish her good rest and a wonderful New Year!

Wifi was not included in any info, but I also didn't ask for it. Also, not that necessary that day.

They need to invest more in maintenance. Only one of two hotels in town. Extortion.

Convenience since it was only one of two hotels in the town. Next town was half hour away and I needed to be in this town (Laytonville Ca)

Bathroom tiles, door and lower walls were dirty, bathroom towel rack was very rusted on the underside, floor tiles were loose and grout was disgusting. Paper cups that were provided for coffe use actually burned when put in the microwave to warm the coffee. There was no availability to not have the maids come in and clean (no “Do not disturb” door hanger). Internet connection was weak and constantly being dropped.

The Motel fulfilled all my needs and then some. Great Staff...

Awful, would not recommend.

The location was convenient.

The property was extremely old and run down, they were doing maintenance at the time, the rooms smelled and looked like something out of a horror movie. The door was difficult to secure, and did not seem reliable at all.

So comfortable that I nearly overslept for my appointment the next day.

Was better than many other Motels in bigger Towns. Clean, comfortable bed with ample parking spaces.

Water has a different taste as if its underground water. (Well water)

HORRIBLE! Don't waste your money here! It doesn't deserve one star! The room stinks. The woman staff is rude and grumpy. The bathroom is dirty. I knew it since there was no other car in the courtyard. Anyway, there are plenty of other options you can choose to stay, but NEVER CHOOSE BUDGET INN!

Facilities and service were well below expectations.

Motel needs a complete renovation - inside and out. Walls are grubby, needs a re-paint. Facilities not clean. Bathroom tiling needs to be re-grouted.. Staff member was grumpy, unpleasant and difficult to communicate with - absolutely no interest in her job.

Mattress was good, pillows were awkward, tv was good, shower had good pressure. Not bad.

Communication was limited, but that’s okay because it was easy to figure out where to put the key and such.

Very good

Even though the rooms could use a little updating, they were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. It was a nice, quiet place to stay.

The bathrooms could use a little more attention when it comes to cleaning.

Basic budget motel, perfect for a few nights

Large room. Great shower head, plenty of hot water. It's you basic low end motel. Nothing fancy. Everything worked fine. Not too far from Avenue of the Giants. Our Girls Coffee and Boomers for breakfast and dinner respectively. Walking distance from motel. Also Chevron gas.
