Excellent location. Very close to train station, boat and bus stations. Apartment had everything we needed for cooking. Close to grocery stores as well. Neighborhood was very nice safe and family friendly. I would highly recommend this apartments to anyone who wants to stay in Luzern and visit Mt Titlis, Mt Pilatus etc.

I wish there was laundry in the apartments. Elevator is little small so had to take luggage in two attempts which is only a minor inconvenience.

It was near everything - supermarket, stores, train station, tour bus meet-up points. It was also very clean. The hosts welcomed us with a big smile which made us feel good.

It had no a/c which made the stay in the afternoons a bit uncomfortable even with portable fans but i still gave it 10 out of 10 overall. If you are comfortable leaving the windows open especially at night then you should be fine.

The location was fabulous. Right near the train station. Could leave the apartment 10 minutes before the train was to depart and not be rushed. The apartment itself was great. The people working at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. When we return to Luzern, we will book this apartment again. It is a great value.

The only negative was the noise from the street/park at night. Also, some of the city workers started picking up trash at 6:30 in the morning. Sleeping with the windows opened meant you could hear the noise. Didn't bother me, easy to turn over and go back to sleep. Might want to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment is centrally located on walking distance to the Chapel bridge and shops. The rooms were big and clean, with very thought our details. They have very accommodating hosts/team. Kudos to Christian who was very patient with us as we checked in late.

The apartment was in a great location. We were close to the main train station, a five minute walk. We were close to supermarkets under the station and the tourist office. The apartment had everything we needed. There was good wifi and the tv had streaming services. We would go back to the apartment.

The bathroom was small but we soon adjusted to it. The facilities on booking.com indicated that there was a washing machine. Which turned out to be not the case. But the reception staff and the owner were kind enough to have our laundry done.

Location - close to railway station, Alstadt old town. The surrounding area had lots of cafes, bars and shops. Apartment was right across the road from the Hotel Central Luzern. A good size - very well presented - secure and safe. Lift in building. Good facilities, clean and comfortable. 4th floor 1 bedroom apartment (no washing machine or dishwasher though) Mature solo traveller - 1 month stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couple. Nice bar - Max - just around corner.

The only criticism would be - bed could do with a couple of softer pillows (maybe a couple of spares available in the cupboard) Other than that nothing else.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Sybille who took us to the apartment, showed us around, and even provided a map of Lucerne, highlighting where the key attractions and restaurants were.

Lovely large apartment, very clean, thoughtful to provide tea bags (though would suggest also adding English Breakfast and Earl Grey into the mix) and dishwasher tablets. Kitchen very well stocked.

Lighting not good at all. Apartment quite dark and even with lights on (especially in the bedroom) it was dull. If brighter lights installed I’d rate the apartment a 10.

location was perfect, nicely decorated, very clean. was very nice that some waters, beers, and Prosecco was left in the fridge.

Great property , just at the heart of Lucerne , the poetry had everything and more an apartment should have , ample space for two.

Being in downtown, nights were a bit noisy, and the weekend we spend had late night parties around, apart from that it was perfect for us

We loved the place, in the heart of Luzern we were able to access everywhere we needed, as well we were able to arrive to train station in a minute or two. This gave us the advantage of sleeping more time! They were super helpful to us, for any queries as well!

The place only it did require a dishwasher, other than that was super amazing place to be!

1. the location was very good, 5 minute walk to the central station's main entrance and the main local bus terminal and most of the food eateries, 10 minute walk to old town where most of the attractions are. 2. the staff was very very courteous and helpful. 3. there was a very nice kids park right next to the apartment. 4. the apartment was quite lively and was very spacious for a family of 4. and everything like fixtures, crockery, furniture, appliances, etc. was quite new and were not worn out 5. there was an elevator which was quite helpful for moving luggage.

1. There was a church right next to the apartment where they used to ring the bells every hour as it is customary in Switzerland and they were very loud, and used to go on for quite a long time. 2. There was no air conditioner available for cooling the apartment which used to get a bit hot during the day time. 3. There was no cleaning service available and the towels were also not changed during the whole length of stay (3 nights) 4. The water used to come out on the toilet floor while taking shower which used to create a mess
