Clean with good location，the cleaner and staff on the 1st floor are very helpful

The location was great, and amenities were clean.
The self check in function of the property was very inconvenient, as we were rushing for a boat and our schedule was tight, we tried to leave our luggages with the staff first before coming back to check in later. However, we were unable to do so and had to continue with the check in process which took almost 1hr due to the slow speed of the check in machine. We missed our boat as a result.

Localisation géniale ! Proche de tout . On a tout fait à pied , cafés, restos et boutiques juste au pied de l’hôtel. Chambre assez grande avec un frigo/ bouilloire très pratiques et pas mal de rangement . On avait aussi une salle de bain avec fenêtre , très pratique pour aérer et éviter l’effet humidité après la douche . Très calme également entre les chambre . On n’a pas entendu les voisins . Ils faisaient le ménage tous les jours et nous changeaient aussi les serviettes .
Très chaud ! On a dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et l’allée est pas mal empruntée le matin par des camions de nettoyage et livraison très tôt.

We stayed in the annex on 4th (top) floor with a view of the river! Location was delightful! Spacious room, comfortable bed, private! Check in was great and the young couple who greeted us were brilliant!!
Would prefer a buffet style breakfast where you can choose what you want…we don’t eat meat so gave ours (provided) to another family! Would have like bigger serve of healthy cereals/muesli…extra coffee!!

Location is very nice, just near the Chappel Bridge. Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful stuff.
It just that if there was a balcony or more open space that could’ve been more better.

Zimmer bescheiden, Lage ganz hervorragend, Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen Lift, was für mich als Gehbehinderten sehr hilfreich war.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, aber trotzdem spartanisch eingerichtet.

No AC made for a hot stay but that’s very normal for hotels in Europe. It was good to have a fan.

Included breakfast was delicious and not tiny as you sometimes expect from included meals.
Room very clean and large with a large shower.

No air conditioner in the room- it was stormy during the night but we had to leave the windows open with the mini fan on to allow some air flow as it was so humid. Don’t think I could stay in the room during summer, but outside of the hotter months it would be fine.
There was also a sewerage smell permeating into the room from outside. Unfortunately not much the property could do about it, but worth nothing for those with sensitive noses such as us

Room is too small; bathroom is old and small; bed is in hardwood frame, very chunky and clumsy, easy to hurt yourself; minimum furniture due to small space.

Situated 10 mins walk along river from train station. Pleasant staff on check in desk. Family room quite small. No aircon so it pretty hot but floor fan helped. Room was clean and rated as 2* so can’t complain. Breakfast ok (continental). This was a quick overnight stay so it suited its purpose.

the location of the property is great. Steps away from old town with shops and dining, and a short walk to the train station.
We booked two rooms but they were in different locations, about a block apart. The room in the main building was much smaller than the other one closer to the river.

We had a very comfortable room and clean good bathroom. The location was central and we could easily walk to all the attractions. The breakfast was good but the restaurant has closed so we couldn't eat there at night.

We arrived around 1pm and our room was available for check-in. In fact, we were upgraded to a larger room in a separate building almost on the river. Room offered a great view of the river. Excellent location. The free breakfast was outstanding, consisting of: coffee/tea, orange juice, hard-boiled egg, yogurt, granola, bread assortment and fresh fruit. The hotel staff was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating. Good, reliable Wi-Fi.
Nothing really to complain about. Our only con was that this large room only had one seating chair. It's always uncomfortable when one person is relegated to sitting on the bed.

The room was larger than most other hotels at the same price point and similar location. The mini fridge was also a plus. The beds were comfortable. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the train station with luggage.
Breakfast was the same thing every day. Room had no air conditioning and it got very stuffy when we returned at night, even in April. Luckily opening the windows helped.

Loved our room but noisy at night due to commercial business close by. Had to close windows. Could have used a fan as it was warm

Beautiful appartment right in the centre of Luzern. We received room upgrade for free. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast was served in the main building, 2 minutes walk from our appartment. Definitely would attend it again in case of future trips to Luzern.
