Das gesamte Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Das Zimmer gross und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und erfüllt jeden Wunsch.

Das Check-in ist etwas langfädig und kompliziert.

Très bon hôtel, chambre spacieuse, personnels très professionnels et agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec plein de petites attentions. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

Great lighting I liked the bed and the batroom. The view was nice. Te matress was confortable The checkin process was very friendly and polite.

역 앞의 최고 좋은 입지는 아니었지만, 중심가와 가까운 위치가 좋은 곳이어서 좋았습니다. 루체른에서는 대중교통을 한 번도 이용하지 않고, 기차역, 한식당, 빈사의 사자상 등을 걸어다녔어요. 명산에 둘러쌓인 다리를 건너며 좌우를 봤던 그 느낌이 기억에 남아요. 호텔 위치가 약간 외진 느낌이 있지만 이 정도면 매우 만족합니다. 객실도 신식이고 방이 넓어서 성인 3명이 쓰기에 충분했어요. 커피포트, 컵 등도 매우 쓰기 편했고, 창문도 쉽게 열고 닫을 수 있어 환기할 때 좋았습니다. 탁자도 커서(유럽호텔기준) 가족이 모여 간식먹고 대화하기 좋았어요. 그리고 카운터의 직원들이 친절했고 정확한 답변으로 영어가 약한 저에게 도움을 많이 줬어요

샤워 물빠짐이 나쁜 것이 단점입니다. 세심한 청소 디테일이 약간 아쉬웠어요. 저희 객실 담당이 그랬을 수도 있지만, 역시 아쉬웠네요. 세면대 위에 내용물 없는 셔워캡 빈 상자를 그대로 둔다거나, 생수를 그대로 둔다거나 하는. 그래도 다시 이용할 생각이 있는 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

工作人员都特别热情和耐心，酒店非常干净房间也很大，紧靠着火车站，酒店门口就有个圣诞集市，非常好逛。 早餐非常丰盛，这是我见过早餐最丰盛的酒店了。 下次来还是会选择这个酒店。

Biggest hotel room in I have seen in europe...execellen location..5 min walk from train station...just opposite lusern lake...very clean room..clean towel provided with toileterries..staff were accessible and let us print some papers without charge

Nothing particular... Bit expensive but that goes for whole of Switzerland

The location was convenient. The room was spacious. The furniture was good for business travel.

The "lake view" is only partial. You will look down upon a broad street with loud music on weekends. When you look far, you can see the lake. Also the staff was slow to respond to specific request.

We were upgraded ad room was nice size. Location was very convenient being walking distance to train station and a stroll away from the old town. Lovely being close to the lake.

No coffee machine. Apparently only the best rooms have coffee machines. Having stayed at lots of Radisson properties around the world, this was first. Bathroom is an opaque 'glass box'. No real privacy and if you turn the light on at night it illuminates the whole room. Aircon works well, it was super hot during our stay, but gave me a sore throat. Hard to get a balance between cooling and icy. The lounge and breakfast areas not as inviting as what we are used to with other Radisson hotels. just a bit clinical.

Location of the hotel is just next to the lake and the main station. Breakfast was fine.

We were refused the room upgrade because of the early check-in, even though I mentioned the arrival time at the time of booking. I booked a room with one large bed, but instead we were given 2 single beds. Requested a room with bath-tub but it was not available. Refrigerator in the room did not cool enough despite the hot weather. When asked for the ice cubes, reception informed that delivery to the room will cost 8 CHF, else pick up on your own from the restaurant. The restaurant menu had very limited options. Highly over-rated and staff doesn't really bother about your concerns. Never had such experiences in other Radissons I stayed before. Better choose another option nearby.

The corner room was in a good size, with large windows facing the train station and the lake thus we had plenty of views from the room.

Do not quite understand why there is extra charge for takeaway from the hotel restarant. There isn't much dining options nearby the hotel, luckily the only nearby option is an italian kitchen right opposite to the hotel, which serves very nice food.

it’s really close to Lucern train station and bus station and also the pier. perfect location they upgraded us to family room which is very spacious.

Centrally located and great beds

Our shower drain did not work and we could not shower. We were offered to shower in the gym. There was no discounts or reimbursement made or attempted to be made after we complained (both at the time of incident and checkout). Oh and we were “guests of the day” and upgraded to a “better” room.

the rooms are big and nice comparing to the rest of the hotel and the car park.

I have booked 1 double and 1 twin, however when I checked in I was offered twin for both for the first night until they fixed it to me the second night
