À seulement 100 km de l'aéroport international d'Orlando, cette maison unifamiliale entièrement rénovée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes (6 couchages) est parfaitement située pour profiter de tout ce que la Floride a à offrir. I totally enjoyed my stay in Indian Harbor Beach. The home was so cute and comfortable. The neighbor across the street who oversees the property was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who would like to stay close to the beach and enjoy the sunshine :-)

This is an excellent property for a relaxing home away from home experience. The house is so clean, comfortable and well organized. You have everything you need. The screened back porch was our favorite part it really opens up the living space and gives you plenty of room. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the beach.

Loved our stay! The location was perfect for its closeness to the beach. Was able to roll out of bed and hit the beach within minutes for the sunrise. The house had everything we needed including being able to make our own meals. The screened in porch was nice for eating meals and late night chilling. Pool was great even though a little chilly (but this time of year it kind of made sense). Would stay here again!

We all were so happy with our Vacation. The house was very nice especially the pool and the screen porch. It was so nice to let the dogs out while we all enjoyed the pool and with the fenced in yard we didn’t have to panic when they got out of our site.There was only one problem when the bug sprayer came and sprayed we had to keep the dogs in that whole afternoon.

This house is even better than it looks in photos. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook anything you'd like. There's a great dishwasher for easy clean up. My family and I loved having breakfast and dinner in the screened in porch, and the living room was super comfy to just hang out. Each bedroom was very well appointed and great fun beach decor. The bathrooms were perfect for my older parents who didn't need to step over a bathtub as the showers are really modern and updated walk ins. I loved the pool, it was heated and extremely easy to relax in. The beach is very close by and was easy to take a walk to every morning. The house also has some beach chairs which were super nice to have. If you're looking to stay in this area, this house is perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great property to relax at with our kids for a few days off. They loved the pool so much and there was space to play in the yard. Would recommend!
We were asked to strip the linens off the beds, which is fine, except I did notice there aren't any mattress protectors on the larger beds. Wished they had them and switched them between guests.

Such a great house, everything we were hoping it to be, when we rented,it was. No surprises. Location perfect and proximity to beach was perfect. The property manager was very helpful. We felt very lucky to have found such a perfect place. We will be back.

The area around the property was clean and quiet, and the beaches weren’t heavily populated—though this could be due to the time of year/activity of the water during our stay. The temperature of the pool was perfect pretty well at all times, and it served as our oasis whenever we were there. The A/C did stop working during our stay, but the hosts were quick to remedy the situation the best they could to keep us comfortable while they scheduled to get it repaired. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future if we were to return to the Indialantic area.

This place had it all! The house is beachy charming, very clean and comfortable. Loved the screened in patio and most of all, that pool. We stayed 23 days and we were in it all but 2 of them. First time to Melbourne. If you like eating out, there are sooo many GOOD restaurants in the area. We hope to be back again.

We needed a place for my husband and I and our son and daughter in law to stay in that would be close to The Tides Club where our granddaughter got married. The place was very clean and quiet and had three nice bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. We were very comfortable there.

Went to Florida for wife’s 50th and Christmas, owners were very nice and let us check in early because we flew in the night before. House was just like the pictures, location was perfect, easy to get around and beach was a block away. Owners were available whenever we needed them and we really appreciated that. If we go back we will rent this house again no doubt.

The home was so clean and cozy! Very cute decor and our family loved the outdoor screened porch and pool! Litchen was very well stocked. Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach was wonderful too with convenient beach access. You do have to cross A1A to get there, so make sure you’re comfortable with that! Would definitely return!

We took a 4 day labor day weekend and chose to stay somewhere near the beach but also with a pool. We loved the pool. The weather was beautiful, allowing us lots of time under the sun and in the water. The house was well kept all the way down to the lawn and concrete driveway. But our favorite part was how peaceful it was. Not sure if it was crickets or not but somethjng very similar sounding was literally all you could hear. So very peaceful.

A great rental with everything we needed for our short stay whilst dropping off our son at college. The pool was a great bonus and much bigger than we expected, the beds were comfortable and access was extremely easy. We would definitely stay again.

After 2.5 years of not seeing their grandparents, we took the kids to Florida for a week's stay. We were looking for something that allowed us to relax and reconnect as a family. That is exactly what this property provided. An extended family of 6, there was plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pool was a great way to cool down. The beach is within walking distance, but there is a busy street to cross. We had small children and elderly in our group, so we drove to the local public lot which was 5 minutes away.
The house was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of towels, board games, water supplies, etc.
The owners were attentive and quickly responded to requests.

This was our second year staying and it didn’t disappoint. The managers of this property are seriously the best. We had a few minor issues which they immediately resolved for us! VERY IMPRESSED
This house is absolutely adorable! It had everything we needed. The location is incredible. The owner quickly responded to us at 9pm when we struggled with one of the tvs. The pool was a huge hit, many early morning and sunset swims!!

Pros: Fantastic pool area, 5-10 minute walk to beach, laundry on site. Responsive owner and property manager right next door. Convenient location. Lovely bathrooms and walk in showers. Watch rocket launch 🚀 from beach!
Cons: Bugs. Water bugs. And not just one or two. Several every day of various sizes and developmental stages. Had owner bring plastic containers so we could store our dry goods. Two bugs died inside the stove display while we were cooking dinner one night. Stove and microwave as well as dishwasher have a bug issue that needs to be eradicated.
Owner offered to come spray and said they had bug service. Based upon the spray in the garage I wonder if they’re trying to self treat. I declined spraying while we were there because with kids I didn’t want the exposure. We treated a small amount with what they had on hand. Owner gave a $200 refund for bug issue.
Cleanliness was lacking. It was not rental level clean. More like your friends moderately maintained beach house. Furniture is worn and not clean.
Closets are full of the owners items and there’s not much room to store your items because the closets are full. The house really needs a deep clean and a refreshing of finishes and furniture.
Walk to beach does require crossing A1A, a major highway. There are crosswalks with lights, but it’s important to note.
Our family are seasoned travelers who have stayed at all sorts of rental properties on 3 continents. We’re flexible and adaptable and have seen it all. This wasn’t a disaster but it was middle to low end of all of our experiences. The outdoor space saved our trip. Would love some shade options near the pool.
I have confidence that the owners can make this an amazing option but some work is needed to get there.

Safe, quick walk to the beach. Fabulous, private pool. Clean small house with everything you need. Prompt response from owner/mgr. This was a girls trip (myself, daughter recent graduate, my best friend from elementary school and her best friend), we would definitely rent again. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood
We had a great stay here. The house is within walking distance to beach access, but we preferred to drive up to Paradise Beach, which is only a couple minutes up the road. The kids loved the pool, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts were communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Would Be Five Stars, But...
We had an issue with bugs in the kitchen when we arrived. Eric, the property manager, responded quickly to my call and gave us some spray to use. It worked fairly well. If we stay there again, I would request the outside and inside be treated for bugs right before we arrived.
Otherwise, the place was great. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach allowed me to take long walks by the ocean every day.
