Had no use of balcony, pool, or tiki bar bc the pool the unit overlooks had major construction from 7am-8pm every day - even Sunday. Forklifts, large saws cutting stones and a work crew of 10+.
Clouds of debris from the stones being cut clouded the air and view - zero privacy - had to keep curtains closed bc work crew was looking up at us - prolly wondering why we were the only unit rented.
The note about the elevator is false - definitely have to use one - the two parking spots cost $50 a peice and they are across the street - terrible for loading and unloading. Requested to be moved but rental company wants to send us to a diff resort - said we got any email - email said pavers would be replaced NOT major construction for 5 days 12 hours a day.
Only comp I could get was a couple beach chairs but beach chair boys claimed they wouldn’t eat if we did pay for them. Would not recommend.

The condo was very clean and as described. It is in a great location and within walking distance to Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again. The communication was great as well.

The property was as advertised but at no fault of their own,one of the pools were green and yucky, there were not enough chairs at the other pool so there was a lot of standing around at the pool. Kind of put a damper on things because the beach was red flag and the water was real rough. I would definitely come back and give it a second chance. Everyone was very nice

Condo was clean, and perfect size for the four of us. It appeared that the kitchen had everything you would need as far as dishes, pots&pans, etc. We only used the Keurig as we got takeout for all our meals. Beach was very crowded, but we expected that for this time of year. The water was crystal clear the first two days. I have been coming to the gulf since I was a small child, 50 years, and never has the water been this clear and beautiful. It was a great long weekend!

Great condo! Tasteful decor, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds…we couldn’t have asked for more! We especially loved the 2nd floor location as we were able to avoid the elevator wait lines!

Everything as listed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the non crowded elevators. Pool was our kids favorite place to spend the day when we had red flags. Overall we had a great experience. Appreciate the quick replies to emails when we had questions for the property management.

Everything was perfect and better than advertised! Was very clean and smelled so fresh (would love to know what they use to make it smell so good without being overpowering). If I had one suggestion it would be a new knife set. We have stayed in many units at Calypso and this was one of the nicest. Loved being on the 2nd floor where you go one floor up for parking and one floor down for the beach.

We enjoyed a 5 day 3 generation family vacation in Calypso 206W. The unit was fantastic, bright, cheery, clean, well decorated and well equipped for eating some meals in. Getting into the unit and checking out was as easy as we’ve ever experienced. Many, many thanks to the owners and Warren Beach Rentals for this family memory that we’ll cherish for years to come.

Great location! Poorly stocked kitchen, the coffe makes had mold growing on the inside of it, floors were dirty, outdoor wicker chair cushions falling apart. Looks like there was mold growimg behind one of the chairs. The staff were rude. The pool security employees were rude and played loud videos while they were monitoring people.at the pool. The swimming pool was filthy, clumps of hair and other debris floating. The amenities were not that great as well. The tiki bar on more than one occasion were out of food they advertised they had. No hot tub!

Great area, not impressed by property
The location is wonderful, walking distance to Pier Park and restaurants. Beach is beautiful. Property was pretty dirty, floors need cleaning and stairwells are gross. The condo was nice but for the price, I was not impressed. Kitchen comes with super old pots and pans with the coating coming off, and random mismatched pieces. The couch was very uncomfortable and the bunk bed very unstable and shaky. It was also a lot smaller than the pictures would suggest. Overall not terrible but would not book again.

Early vacation
Property was exactly as pictured. Extremely good location for watching older children in pool, beautiful view of oceanfront and easy walking distance to pier park and eating establishments. Would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend to others

Nice location and condo
Enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day. The shower in the master bath needs some handrails and another step down for safety. Seniors especially!!! Other then that it was all fine. Thanks and it's a nice place.

We had the best time being so close to Pier Park and being on the second floor was great so we didn't have to mess with elevators.

New furniture is comfortable and a beautiful beach
The new couches and beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. A few kitchen items could use replacing (can opener, a couple of broken knives), but we don’t cook a lot so it wasn’t a big inconvenience for us. Our 5 and 3 year olds enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip! We plan to go back to Calypso next year and would happily stay in this comfortable unit again.

Needs Furniture and beds replaced.
THE FURNITURE the couch and loveseat WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE WE SAT IN THE KITCHEN CHAIRS IF we WATCHED TV. The worse part is that someone knows because there is a 1.5 to 2 inch thick board on the loveseat.. The beds are not comfortable at all, the middle room with queen bed is broke, so you sink to middle . The furniture outside needs replaced we didn't even sit at table with bar stools bc the chairs look like they would fall apart..The kitchen chairs are dirty , need cleaned or fabric redone...The guest book had same complaints from at least 6 months ago or more possible February. I am sorry but I will have to avoid renting from this company again and go with individual .. Thank you for always responding so quickly to my emails. We love the Calypso Resort ..Thank you. Please update place so future guest can have a more comfortable place to stay..

Great Condo, but Replacements Needed
We loved the condo, but the couch, loveseat and queen bed desperately need replacing. Couch sinks to floor, love seat is hard like block of wood and the queen mattress is basically dilapidated. Other than these things, the condo is great. Very nice and beautifully decorated. Great location. I would stay here again, but only if these 3 items were replaced. I paid too much money to get up every morning with my back hurting. Let me say, the condo and the resort is great! If these 3 things were replaced, I would give it an A+! I hope the owners see this and make the necessary adjustments.

A good condo
This a beautiful condo. Great location. The down size to it was the couch and loveseat very very uncomfortable. The bedrooms do not have cable. The master bedroom did have a roku. All in all its a great condo

Summer get away
It’s a beautiful condominium in an excellent location. We were on the second floor and you could watch everyone in the pool and at the beach. The condominium is well furnished. We had a wonderful time.

Fell in love with this condo! Very organized and clean. Had everything we needed! At the end of the day we walked in relieved to be there. It was comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable and the condo stayed nice and cool! Hands down this is our condo of choice!!!

Great location & property
This condo is in the perfect location for walking to the local hot spots, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The condos location in the Calypso Towers is also perfect; floor level, access to the beach, and pool.

Stayed here for a three day girls weekend. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Second floor makes for a great view and easy access to the outdoors by two sets of nearby stairs. Five minute walk to Pier Park with sidewalks and crosswalk. We absolutely will stay again!

Spring Break 2021
This was our first time staying at Calypso. Everything was as listed, pictures did not do this property justice and Warren Rental Property was extremely easy to work with. We will be back!!

Location
We love the Calypso because it is in a great location to all the shops and restaurants! In walking distance to everything. The condo was very spacious and clean and right on the beach. We took our 16 yr. Old daughter and her friend and they had such a great time. Would definately rent again!

Great location!
Loved saving time waiting on elevators by being on 2nd floor. Close to all the major activities. AMAZINGLY comfortable bed! Only downside was all the maintenance occurring at the time, but not the owners fault. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
