It was my 70th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary we were celebrating. The Villa was amazing but what made our trip so spectacular was how the staff became like family. Frank took care of all us and makes the best frozen margaritas! I really can’t say enough about how fantastic Juano cooking is every meal was better than the next. We will be back best vacation for all of us !!!

The home is in a wonderful location with close proximity to beaches, beach clubs, hotels, spa, and an ecological reserve. This home is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing pool and outdoor area. The absolute highlight of our trip was the incredible staff at the house who made the most amazing meals and helped us with everything from transportation to restaurant recommendations and provisioning. Daily housekeeping was a great perk. This was a wonderful vacation, highly recommend!

We stayed here with some coworkers and my 16-year-old twins. Antonio, Kathy, Juana or absolutely amazing during our stay. Kathy's cooking with fantastic. She was able to cook up a White Marlin that we caught. The group greatly enjoyed their stay. The house is very clean and really big and spread out. Tatiana was great to communicate with and everything we ever needed was provided. Jesus helps with getting you around to other places. Just FYI do not book an ATV excursion. My whole group absolutely hated it. It was more drive around to new places they could try to sell you stuff. Other than that our experience was fantastic. I booked a 42 ft boat with Big Marlin Fishing and it was great. This home is in a gated community that is very guarded. You have access to the golf course which we did and it was nice. The Six Senses spa was fantastic. Some of the group had in home masseuse's come and they enjoyed it. We rented extra golf carts to be included along with the six-person golf cart. The Westin Resort pool was nice. Everything at the Westin is pretty expensive just FYI. There is some seaweed right now but the beach down by the golf course was great sitting by a tree with our layout chairs. There wasn't a seaweed problem down there. The overall stay at the home was great it was relaxing and Antonio takes great care of you. Juana is amazing at keeping everything perfectly clean and she will take your clothes in a hamper and wash them daily and fold them. Great home.

We spent a week in November at Tatiana’s house and it was amazing. This was a multi family reunion, 15 people total, ranging from 1-70+. The house is big, beautiful and clean. 8 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool by the house is large and cleaned daily. The area where the house is great. Safe, walkable. We took to the golf carts exploring every day. What really made the vacation was the staff. They went above and beyond. Antonio was extremely helpful and nice. His wife, Kathy, who cooked, was an amazing chef. Leading up to the vacation, Tatiana was very helpful and available to answer all our questions. Hoping to spend another week soon in paradise.

We couldn’t stayed in a better places! House beautiful, clean, well maintain and comfortable. Doña Katy, su hija , Juana y el señor Antonio made our vacation ever better. I would highly recommend it and hope to be back very soon.

Let me first say WOW! We had a group of 15 (6 adults and 9 children) stay for a week at this great house. The house and staff far exceeded our expectations. The house was very spacious and everyone felt like we had ample space. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the house and we are looking forward to returning again. Antonio, Kathy and Juana were outstanding. Antonio took care of any request we had both adults and children. The kids loved him making the virgin Pina Coladas to sip at the pool and he did a great job with drinks for adults as well. We ate the majority of our meals at the house and Kathy never disappointed. Each day started with a great breakfast. The kids were always up early waiting for the great selection of items. We loved her traditional Dominican dishes at dinner and we even had a few requests. Juana did an outstanding job managing the daily cleaning for 15 people. We also hired a nanny for the children which was a great option to have. Joanna did an outstanding job. She was always available for the kids and the two smallest kids missed her so much after they returned home. By the end of the trip we felt the staff were part of our families and it was hard to say good bye. Tatiana, thank you so much for renting us your property.

The house is great....very spacious and we had plenty of rooms for a family of 13 includeding 5 young children. The best part of the trip is Antonio and Kathy. They took care of our every need and were such warm and wonderful to be around. Kathy is an incredible cook and we ate all but one meal at the house. Nothing beats Kathy’s cooking. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property and the people there. I give it 10 stars!!

A more luxurious and relaxing experience than we expected. The home is spacious and well appointed but the outdoor living space is the star of the property. Antonio and his team made sure everyone from ages 7 to 53 was comfortable and happy. We loved the local Dominican fare prepared by Katy. They even made in impromptu sweet 16 celebration for one of our girls. They have everything we needed or could ask for to make a memorable vacation. I highly recommend Arrecife 32 and look forward to returning to the sunshine of the DR and the friends we met there.

Villa is wonderful. There was a scheduling issue with a double booking which did not allow us to stay there the full week which was the only disappointing item. (But the owner was great in trying to accommodate us elsewhere during a busy week). Other than that the staff was first class, the rooms were large and well done, the location inside the resort is great. It is a wonderful villa.

We really enjoyed our stay here at arrecife 32! We were a group of 7 couples and we all had a comfortable room to stay in. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas is where we spent most of our time and it was very comfortable. The pool was great and loved that it wasn’t too deep. The staff was exceptional!!! Antonio the butler was very attentive and took care of everything- he spoke English very well. Katy the chef cooked delicious meals for us with a smile! Two of the evenings she made us traditional Dominican food which was amazing. Juana was so sweet and kept our rooms tidy. The staff is what really made our stay special and we would love to come back. The location is beautiful. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach, the Westin and to the golf course. The pink sand beaches are gorgeous. We had a private dinner on the beach one evening at the Westin and they too were also very accommodating. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others visiting Punta Cana. The owner Tatiana was also very kind and responsive to any questions.

3 generations spent a week at this beautiful home in July 2017. We had a wonderful time in this fantastic home. The staff, Antonio, Kathy, Juana and Maria, were exceptional. They took care of our every need, starting with the warm reception upon arrival. Kathy's cooking was tremendous and brought the family eagerly to the table at meal time; she did not disappoint. Antonio couldn't do enough for us; he took us on excursions, arranged a fishing trip and took some of us on a day trip to Santo Domingo. There was plenty of room for the 18 of us; lots of common space and private space as well. We spent time by the pool, at the La Cana golf club and the Playa Blanca beach and club. The development was extremely secure and private which allowed the teens to wonder safely. We would certainly recommend a visit to the Punta Cana Resort and Club and recommend staying at Arricefe 32! Not only was the villa beautiful but I can't say enough of how great Antonio, Kathy and the entire staff was during our 7 day stay! We will truly miss them! They took care of not only us but about 25 of our guest. Anything we needed or asked they were there to help! It was definitely worth every penny. From airport pick ups and drop offs to store runs and excursions all while making sure we were safe! I would recommend this villa to anyone traveling to DR.

For the second year in a row my group of 7 stayed at this wonderful villa. Everything was looked after and all our expectations were exceeded. From the minute we landed at the Punta Cana airport, Antonio was waiting with open arms. We had sent a grocery list of various foods and even some exotic Mexican beers to him and he delivered on every one. Kathy, the chef, cooked us bkfst every morning and even helped with late night cravings after a long night of drinking. The pool was wonderful and secluded. Take Kathy's advice on restaurants in the area !

Perfect is the best description. Celebrating the 50th birthdays of 10 of my college friends could not have gone better. Antonio, Kathy and Juana were fantastic. The group's needs were met at every level. The villa itself was amazing. A thoughtful layout suitable for families or groups such as ours. Just got home yesterday and we are already looking forward to a 55 year celebration.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. This was our second time at Arrecife 32 and we got a welcome at the house by the staff like we were a family. The stuff in this house is top notch and the chef is absolutely amazing. Her food is much better than any of the top restaurants in that area that's why we chose to eat at home every day instead of going out a whole lot. The staff maintains the house absolutely clean and are very efficient in how they take care of us while we are there . As soon as we asked them to do something it is taken care of the very next moment. We were a group of 12 people with kids and grownups and everybody's needs were taken care off perfectly . This place is becoming our favorite vacation along with all our friends who cannot wait to go back there the following year . The owner of the place is absolutely a sweetheart and is a very gracious host. I would go back there in a heartbeat for any of my vacations. I cannot recommend this place enough to people for the most memorable vacation of their lives . There is always things to do for everybody from golf to tennis to Segway Tours to water sports at the beach or just lounging and doing nothing by the pool at the house . Unbelievable property and even better staff. My family and I were treated like royalty. The house was amazing. Most of the rooms are separated from the main house by balconies, so ultra-private if you have more than one family there. Beautifully decorated. We had 17 people (8 adults and 9 children) in our party. This house provided more than enough room and we never felt we were living on top of each other. We even had extra beds. Just perfect. Words can't express how amazing the staff was. Kathy (Cook) prepared meals for everyone. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. She prepared breakfast in waves to accommodate our differing wake times. The food was unbelievable. We originally planned to eat out one night but dumped that thought after enjoying Kathy's cooking. My picky eaters loved EVERYTHING she prepared too! Antonio (butler) saw to all our needs plus some. Helped us with transportation, shopping, excursions, anything we asked. The staff brought our kids coconut collecting and included some of the smaller ones to help prepare and "taste-test" desserts. The beach is better than a postcard. Water is 5 different shades of blue, crystal clear and shallow as far as the eye can see. Beach waiters bring Pina Coladas while you soak up the sun and views. Unfortunately, my passport was stolen at the airport when we were departing. As a result, I had to stay behind by myself in DR until the American Embassy opened the following Monday. Antonio came to my rescue immediately! Upon hearing what happened from Antonio, the owners daughter whom we had not previously met came to my hotel to hug me and ask if there was anything she could do. Then Antonio, Kathy, Ashley and Maria all came to the hotel just to visit and make sure I was okay. The following day Antonio and Kathy drove me to the police station and helped me obtain the police report required by the American Embassy. Couldn't have done it without him. They then drove me 2 hours to Santo Domingo so I would be near the American Embassy. Exceptional hospitality. Beautiful people If you are looking for a gorgeous high-end Villa, beautiful private beach, a staff beyond comparison, indulgent pampering, kid-friendly - it doesn't get any better than this. I'm going back.

Our expectations were high after reading the reviews on this home. I must say that they were surpassed on every level! Booking was extremely easy and the owner (Tatiana) answered every emailed question within moments. We booked for a week with a party of 17 people. This home was amazing! The staff made our trip the best vacation we have ever had. Antonio (butler) saw to our every single need, even on a whim... Excursions were very reasonable. We went snorkeling, deep sea fishing, catamaran ride, dune buggy tours, to the ecological park and even had massages in the house - all booked by Antonio on our behalf! I always asked him if where we were going was safe, and he always responded that we were his responsibility and would always ensure we were safe. The beach is very easy to get to and you have golf carts at your disposal. Kathy (the chef) turned every day groceries into exquisite meals! She made sure we had the best of dishes for the adults and always had something the kids would enjoy as well. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert - even served in shifts if everyone did not wake at the same time. Maria and Ashlyn cleaned our rooms every single day unbeknownst to us as to when they were even in there, and we all came home with all clean clothes... We sadly left the home and feeling as if the staff were a part of our family. Now.... are you ready for the best part that you likely won't read in any other review.... We traveled with a party of 17 and returned with only 16. A member of our party had her passport taken at the airport as we were heading home. She was unable to get through customs. Scared and alone, we quickly got in touch with Antonio on her behalf. He immediately came to her rescue and he and Kathy stayed with her, housed her, and transported her to the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo to get her home safely. Even beyond that, the owner of the home sent her daughter to her hotel to check on her and make sure that she had everything that she needed. This was AFTER our reservation had ended! I cannot recommend this house, this location, this family or this staff enough. If you have any doubts about where to book in Punta Cana - look no further. There is simply no other option as good as this one. You will live like rock stars in paradise and be taken care of beyond reason by this wonderful family and staff. We cannot wait to go back!

We have stayed in some of the nicest hotels all over the world including one in Dominican republic as well. This villa has to be one of the best and our favorite vacation spot so far! The staff in this villa is exceptional! They really made our vacation a great success. Kathy, the chef, is one of the best cooks I have come across who can cook so many different kinds of food and does so with a great passion and in a very efficient manner. Antonio, the butler, has to be one of the most patient guys. He was always there when we needed him and ran around all day to get stuff done for us, and all with a big smile on his face. Maria, the cleaning lady was so good that we did not even realize when the rooms were cleaned and all our laundry done! Most importantly, they all really cared about the comfort of all 16 of us! It has to be the most memorable trips I have taken and all our friends feel the same way. We are already planning to go there again! Thanks to all the staff and Tatiana for opening up her beautiful villa for us.

Everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was first class. The staff was extremely good, and made us feel at home. You order the food, and they will prepare meals for you three meals per day. Laundry done daily. With a golf cart at our disposal, we ventured out to see the lagoon, play some golf and hit the beach, but frankly all of our family of 14 was content to hang around the villa pool most days. Highly recommend this villa.

Very easy to schedule, the owner is very friendly and attentive. Once we arrived to the airport, Kathy was waiting for us on a Suburban Chevrolet, which means confortable ride for 2 adults and 3 kids, it only took 10 minutes to get to the punta cana resort villa, which was warded by private security. This house has it all! My three kids were so happy, you can stay in the house and hang out by the pool, or you can walk to the beach it only takes 10 minutes. Antonio and Kathy did an amazing job taking care of our meals and making sure all was clean and organized, we also requested a massage therapist for my wife to and Antonio arranged all for us while Kathy setup a room with very pleasant aroma candles and some relaxation music, it was great! We had a golf cart available to us, so we went around the resort, there is a club house by the beach, golf courts, tenis courts and the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park (Must go) these are crystal clear, freshwater lagoons fed by the underground river. Thank you, for having welcomed us in your wonderful house! I hope we will come back next year!

I travelled to Punta Cana in March of 2015 with about 18 or so friends to stay here. We're all young, so definitely wasn't a family or with-kids kind of trip as many other reviewers have mentioned. Nonetheless, the house was perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive. The food was very good, the cleaning very thorough, and everyone was courteous and professional. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach via a golf cart pathway. The airport is very, very close which made coming and going a breeze. The facilities at the club were also great. Overall, an incredible stay and would recommend with no hesitation.

Stunning villa in a beautiful golf course community. It is very close to the airport and the beaches. The villa by itself would have been enough but the staff made the trip. Antonio, Kathy and the rest of staff are outstanding--attentive and talented. We all had a great week at Villa Arrecife and would highly recommend it.

I wanted to plan a BIG surprise for my wife's 60th birthday, and was I surprised! Conversation via email with the owner was thorough during the planning, and she made sure the staff knew it was a surprise. This was our first and certainly not the last visit to DR. Words can hardly convey how pleased we were with the house, staff, amenities and their attention to detail to please. We had a group of 10, with 3 couples and everyone had "their space" with plenty of room to spare. The butler and chef were extremely helpful in planning meals and helping me at the local market. The maid was "invisible" most of the time as she took care of our rooms and clothes while we dined with meticulous care. I travel frequently as a Marriott Gold Rewards member, and I've never seen such amazing quality and attention to detail. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of this rental. To be honest, we did have one plumbing issue with a newly constructed room, but the local plumbers were on it immediately and resolved the problem with minimal disruption to us. The owner's daughter was there to great us upon arrival with a tour, and sent flowers and a cake for my wife's birthday. OUTSTANDING! They really made us feel like family. I can't wait to return for another vacation at this property. I would highly recommend staying here rather than one of those all-inclusive places. There is a golf cart available for a quick spin to the beach, or get a rental and cruise to the Carribean side of the island. This was a great way to experience Punta Cana and the local DR. Keep up the great work and I suggest you keep that fantastic staff!

There is no words that could describe the amazing of this house, the view, the staff, the food everything was amazing , cant wait to go back again next year

i was looking for a place to rent for 2 week vacations in punta cana , i been to puntacana many times in great hotels , nothing compare to this house and the amazing staff the rooms the perfections of the cleaning, the way I and my kids were taking care , we were in Paradise i felt like i was leaving my vacation like a dream , the food is excellent and the most important my kids had the best time ever , I REALLY RECOMMEND IT IM LOOKING FORWARD TO GO BACK AGAIN IN JULY ... THANK U SO MUCH WE LOVE THIS HOUSE , I WISH IT WAS OUR HOME
