Unprofessional behavior by manager...given wrong information...

Room was nice and clean

Location has no acres for Vechicle , paying 9 K for this hotel was too much and we see much cheaper and better option close to Mall Road . Not at all value for money

Not value for money at this location when similar available at Mall Road at 40 % cheaper rates. I guess booking site didn’t provide us great choice and options as well

The price we paid and the room we stayed, it is absolutely no value for money. We were there with my kid and found the bed is so congested for even 2 people. They do not serve sandales in the room even. Geyser was not working properly. Overall experience was horrible.

Bed size. Facilities. Geyser should work properly. They have charged extra on top of booking.com’s price.

Courteous staff. New hotel. Good breakfast spread

Poor location. Have to walk in the Lane with luggage to reach the hotel from the drop location. Not worth paying 18,500/- for 2 nights

Staffs were very good...moderately clean...enough space in the lobby...good food in the restaurant...awesome bakery downstair....hot water available all the time

1. No view from the window 2. Room is smaller than the image shown here 3. Towels are so rough that you can easily use them as floor mat 4. No sofa, no centre table, only 2 wooden hard chair in the sitting area 5. TV without any channels

It was clean and had all required amenities in the room.

A request for an extra blanket at night, as it suddenly became cold was declined. The check out time at 10am is very inconvenient, it should be extended by 2 hrs to noon.

I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars: 1/ The room smelled bad; 2/ cleaning is not qualitative; 3/ I can't understand why since 9:30 am they are constantly calling and pressuring me to check out by 10:00 am. I have never seen this 'stupid' rule in any hotel; 4/ I do not recommend having dinner at the hotel. Flavorless food. 5/ Too expensive. A lot to improve 😪
