It is highly overpriced and too high. Almost 40 + stairs which is very tough for any one to climb 2 /3 times a day.

If you didnt bath due to non funtioning of gyser..
I have to travel with family from 8am to 12midnight till i reach kolkata without bath in morning.due to gyser.

Because last time when i went there 10 years back all was good.

The location is excellent, 2 mins to the Darjeeling mall. Staff is very well trained and professional and know how to treat their guests well. I would particularly mention Vikram at the reception who made sure all my requirements are taken care of. I am very happy to see that even after so many years in the business, Dekeling has not lost its touch and charm.
Nothing as such. I would suggest they can add a dental kit and include coffee in their in-room beverages

Location is excellent & Beautiful Kanchenjunga view is seen from the lobby. Hotel was neat & clean. Everything is okay, only one problem, there is no elevator. Owner of the property Mrs. Sangi is very nice person. She is so cooperative & friendly. Property is very good. Food of the Dekevas restaurant was excellent.

Location was very good near to chowrasta (mall). Staff including manager Mr Vikram was very helpful.
Hotel was neat and clean.
Too many staircase. Not advisable for senior persons.

i liked nothing in this hotel. Its a worst hotel i ever stayed.
Bad food, location . Bed is not good . Lot of noises due to wooden flooring . Small room . Pictures of hotel room is not exact in booking.com .Its good for bachelor people not for family.

Even though geyser was there not on single day I could bath with hot water.

Major plus point of this property is location.
Had to wait almost 1.30hrs before we got the rooms. Food charges are high and not upto the mark. I booked 3 rooms. 2 of them were good one wasn't. 2 beds had bed warmers and one didn't.
