It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. The bedsheets and towels were stained and stinking, which were changed upon complaining but even the next ones were in the same condition. The staff misbehaved when the shortcomings were poined out, when we called their headoffice at Siliguri, even they were rude. The conditions were so bad that we had to book our stay somewhere else even though we had to pay here completely. I would have given this place a negative rating if 1 wasn't the lowest.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. But the facilities and entire property was below average.

Room was large and beatiful as well as very neat and clean.

The manager named Mr. Amit Gupta is absolutely horrible.

Location is good near to railway station, Mall road is 10 mins walk.

Breakfast, lunch is good, hospitality is good, every day change in breakfast, hotel tariff reasonable in rates also.

Staff is very hospitable and Mr. Amit is very helpfull person really enjoyed my stay.
