The room was very nice and comfort. We were wit one child and he has a separate space in the room.

Good location, a little bit away from city centre. Excellent food places nearby. Comfortable bed.

No fridge in the room. The hotel played music all night in the corridors, which was loud enough to be heard in the room and disrupted my sleep. Not sure why they felt the need to have it so loud.

the reception staff was very welcoming. the room size was good and comfortable. very clean,not only the room,evrywhere. they have an undreground parking in a cost of only 10 euro per day. breakfast was very good, although they could have been added a cup of good coffee (from the real coffee machine) per guest.

i'll be happy if ,in the breakfast,i would get a real good coffee, from a real good coffee machine. the hotel is located 30 min walk (prox.) from the center.we like it this way.

Clean comfortable room. Air conditioning, openable window. Nice shower etc Tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Comfortable beds.Friendly staff, easy to communicate in English. Daily housekeeping if you want it. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety of food, good quality and well laid out. Refreshed regularly by friendly helpful busy staff doing a really good job. Metro a short walk away and plenty of shops around including a large well stocked supermarket close by. Quiet despite being on an extremely busy road. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout, if they have room.

One member of staff was a bit unhelpful, even a little rude on some occasions. He obviously doesn't enjoy his job. It's not an easy one dealing with people all day from different countries speaking different languages but one person can spoil the otherwise good reputation of the staff. Whatever difficulties we are all experiencing personally and globally visitors expect a friendly professional service.

Breakfast is not as well as I could expect for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom did not have the amenities expected for a 4 star hotel

Interesting location, a bit outside the tourist areas. Big supermarket across the street, many nice restaurants in the area. Single room was pretty big. Breakfast could be better but was decent.

superb, 15 mins walk to Acropolis, zeus Temple. Lot of super markets available in 3 mins walk

Unfortunatelly this hotel position is in very big traffic street and is imposible to sleep. The hiden part, the parking access is doing with one small elevator for the cars and very difficult to go there. They have problems also with drainage system because is smell of the canal in rooms, bathrooms, also in garage. Another problem is this hotel dont have restaurant so you dont have what to eat inside. I need to order from outside. Because all of this we leave one day more early and we loose the money. Actually, all Athens was very disapointed because ia very crowded, very expensive and with people in depression what never smile.
