Modernes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Zimmer, aufmerksame Reception, für ein paar Tage sicher zu empfehlen
Das Frühstück war schlecht, keine grosse Auswahl und nur Plastikgeschirr. Das Hotel ist von Boston weiter entfernt, daher am besten mit Taxi nach Boston Downtown

El desayuno muy rico y completo. La zona es bonita y a 2 cuadras de estación North Quincy del Metro línea roja, perfecto para moverse hacia los sitios de interés. Cama cómoda, nevera, estufa.
No hacen aseo a las habitaciones durante el tiempo en que estás hospedado, sólo cuando se van los huespedes. No hicieron limpieza a nuestra habitacion en 7 días de estadia.

A lovely big room which was clean, bright and quiet. Very comfortable.
Although the breakfast buffet was comprehensive, the quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired. All of the hot items seemed to be very processed (formed bacon, burgers, pre-made "omelette" rather than actual eggs, chewy fried potatoes etc). The orange juice was very watered down, there was only a limited selection of fruit which ran out frequently and only paper cups for the coffee which seemed terribly wasteful. Maybe it just the usual American breakfast, but for the price of the hotel, we expected better.

Wir haben das Hotel vorallem wegen dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gewählt, wobei in Boston alle Hotels eher teuer sind. Mit der Ubahn ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum, das Hotel ist ein paar Gehminuten von der Ubahnstation entfernt.
Mit dem Verkauf von Wasserflaschen stösst sich das Hotel gesund. Zum Glück wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein paar Gehminuten weiter ein Supermakt hatte, bei dem man sich eindecken konnte.

L'hotel è molto bello, ben arredato e molto pulito. La camera era molto spaziosa con un bagno ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort.È presente un minifrigo, macchina da caffè e microonde.La colazione è varia e buona.La posizione è un po' fuori dal centro di Boston, ma a 3 minuti a piedi c'è la linea della metropolitana che ti porta in centro in 30/40 min.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo purtroppo avuto dei problemi e la receptionist che c'era al momento non ci ha per niente aiutati, ha da subito avuto un comportamento arrogante e poco disponibile nei nostri confronti.
Nonostante la mia prenotazione e la carta di credito con cui l'ho effettuata fossero entrambe confermate da booking.com, al nostro arrivo ci viene detto che la carta di credito è stata declinata per il pagamento, abbiamo quindi provato con tutte le carte in nostro possesso (ed erano 5) e con tutte c'è stato lo stesso problema. La receptionist in modo molto sgarbato e lavativo ci dice che a quel punto lei non poteva fare più nulla e che il problema non era della struttura ma della nostra banca. Ci ha praticamente detto di trovare un'altra struttura che ci potesse ospitare.
Abbiamo quindi contattato la nostra banca, la quale ci ha confermato che tutte le nostre carte erano attive con disponibilità e utilizzabili. Infatti poco prima di arrivare in hotel le avevamo utilizzate per degli acquisti, senza riscontrare alcun problema.
Riferiamo tutto questo alla ragazza la quale, non fa altro che ripeterci che sicuramente è un problema delle nostre carte di credito.
Sconsolati decidiamo di uscire dall'hotel per trovare un'altra struttura che potesse ospitarci per la notte (erano già le ore 19:00), durante la ricerca online troviamo che nello stesso hotel è disponibile la stessa camera ma a quasi il doppio del prezzo, decidiamo di prenotare e la prenotazione va a buon fine; ci rechiamo nuovamente in hotel e la stessa receptionist dice che possiamo proseguire con il check-in perché il pagamento è andato a buon fine (eseguito con la stessa carta di credito che, pochi minuti prima, a detta della receptionist non funzionava).
L'indomani parliamo con la manager della struttura la quale per fortuna rimodula il prezzo del soggiorno, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare più 200 dollari oltre al prezzo della prima prenotazione.

We spent a week at this hotel. It was a great place to stay. Nice clean room well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer. Staff very friendly went out of their way to help/assist. Enjoyed a breakfast every morning...plenty of choice. The train station is 2 min walk good for getting around Boston. Would defiantly recommend this hotel.

We booked this room at a cheaper rate and didn't realize that the year of the card was wrong
Anyway we called the hotel about 5:15 and spoke with an employee and she took our card information and ran it through. It cleared our bank. We called the next day and the young man at the hotel said he didn't see our reservation and we would have to pay the increase amount instead of the original 1100.00 and change. So we ended up paying 1500 and change. Not very happy about that. We contacted our bank to get the original amount back.

Not much. After staying there, I now know why it was available.
Some desk staff, were not very friendly or professional. When booking it didn't indicate that there is a major construction site next door. Also had to deal with loud neighbors with yapping dog. I did let the front desk know. Also, didn't get the room cleaned one day, even after requesting it. I was told it wold be done, when it wasn't, I informed the front desk who stated that since they didn't get a note, they were not going to clean the room. Paying to park there is rip off.
