loved the shower and the overall room/space inside

The heat was set to 52. bumped it up to 71 and it stayed at 52 blowing out cold air. In the morning turns out the auto air was set to cool and the ac was on. The mattress was all springs. My back was hurting all night. The floor below us(2nd) played music all night and our rooms smelled of weed all night. One of the couches in the living room was broken and propped up with the wall ,there was constant banging of people walking up and down the creaky stairs all night. The booking site said the master suite had a bathroom in the room. lie. The booking site also said there was off street parking. lie. We received a text the we were to find a parking spot on the street before check in. Woke up an had a ticket for not having a parking permit . We were informed to park on Dorchester ave, and we did. I could tell the owners were committed to accommodating guests but walking into a place and it not being what was specified online was a major letdown. Last note all the lights were on in the place, not one light was off, so we left them as we found them.

For the amount you pay for a bed there shuould be something more.

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean and built.

Clean and had the entire apartment to ourselves.

The kitchen facilities were fine and we had everything that we needed and although it took us a while to work out how to work things, everything worked in good order. We had a telephone number from Muny the manager who welcomed us and to be fair he answered all of our questions promptly and provided reasonable solutions to some of our issues.

The 2 beds in the bedrooms were extremely low, difficult for even the able bodied to get in and out of, let alone one of the party who is disabled. Felt there was more style over substance. The trundle beds in the lounge and dining room were uncomfortable and noisy and could feel the springs. Might have been more appropriate to provide a sofa bed that could be converted into a sofa that was relatively comfortable to sit on (as a trundle bed we had to make do with sitting on it as an extra sofa) Although the area was relatively quiet, the noise from the residents upstairs was dreadful. We were not sure if they were guests or lived there, but from around 9pm every night and in the early hours through to 7am, we could hear every footstep, bang, moving of furniture, mobiles vibrating. It was like a herd of elephants! Attention to detail is needed in most places, there was paint work peeling off in some areas and rugs that have seen better days along with the most uncomfortable seating areas (lounge and dining room) we have ever sat in. We would also like to point out that according to Booking.com website, it says breakfast is provided, however it wasn’t made clear that this was in the form of dry and packet food items and we are to buy the fresh items. We felt this needed to be communicated better under their facilities provided.

Clean, good price, a good number of beds if people are ok sleeping close together. Decent location. Has a dining room and eat in kitchen (dining room has 2 of the beds in it). The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues or questions.

This place advertises as a hotel but it is just an airbnb. No front desk or entry way, just a key pad into the building and unit for rent. The breakfast was just a few packages of fruit snacks, oatmeal containers, sliced bread in the fridge and individual slices of cheese. Be prepared to eat out. Parking was difficult. To find a free spot you have to circle a lot, move your car at certain hours, and walk a few blocks to and from.

It was large enough for a family of 5. There was plenty of space and privacy. It was very comfortable and safe.

It was an amazing property, very well proportioned and decorated, very clean. Comfortable, very well equipped and felt luxurious. And reasonably priced too. Easy to find and access and close to subway stop. Excellent!

It was very spacious and clean. The communication with the manager was good. Free parking in front of the appartment. We only used it for 8 hours of sleep, but if you are looking for a family sized apartment when you visit Boston, relatively close to the airport, I would recommend this place. Comfortable and practical.

There is no reception desk, so all communication goes via text or email. This was efficient, but if you need quick assistance, this could be a challenge.

Check-in and out was efficient and easy. Property was very clean and the amenities were great.

It was kind of expensive, but not too bad split between friends.

The place was really nice and spot clean. I loved the way they presented the dining tables and all the different furniture in the unit. It was easy to check in with the instructions and there was ample parking on the street as well as some other streets nearby.

The beds could be a little comfortable.

Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen, dining room, laundry. Owners tried to be very helpful. Location is close to subway.

No heat even after we called to report it. No proper remote for the living room tv although the bedrooms had TVs and remotes. Breakfast food could be better. Decor , in reds and blacks, is a bit stark.

The apartment is spacious, it is clean and cooling/heating works well.

Creaky wooden floors the apartment above us kept us awake with the floors creaking and soundproofing is not good. Kitchen smelt of bug spray very strongly and the coffee machine still had grounds it from previous guests. The late check in at 4 and early check out at 10am doesn’t give you a lot of use of the rooms.
