Brand New Guesthouse with Riverfront Patio
Maison d'hôtes toute neuve de bon goût, beau quartier au bord de la rivière. Les clients ont une terrasse privée donnant sur la cour et un coin salon extérieur séparé sur la rivière Willamette (accès au quai en juillet). Observez les oiseaux, les bateaux et les bateaux de croisière depuis le patio avec foyer. 2 miles de la station de tramway, des restaurants et des commerces à proximité et à 15 minutes. au centre-ville de Portland. Kayaks et planche à pagaie disponibles pendant les mois les plus chauds (gilets de sauvetage requis). À côté de la rampe de mise à l'eau, de la remorque et du stationnement pour VR disponibles. Convient également aux familles avec des jouets disponibles sur demande. Télévision par câble et Netflix sur le téléviseur à écran plat, jeux vidéo également disponibles. Deux chambres privées, chacune avec un lit queen et un placard. Canapé pliant grand et confortable et matelas pneumatique si nécessaire. Cuisine complète avec expresso et café. This was a lovely property and we had a great time. It was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The host was so helpful and communicative. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the river and we had almost perfect weather for our stay!

This is the 4th or 5th stay in Carol’s vacation rental for my husband and I. We love to stay here when we come to the Portland area. The neighborhood is quiet, the accommodations very comfortable and clean, and the host is very kind and helpful. We’ll be back next summer!

Love staying in this home. On the river. Great hosts. Kayaks available for our family. Kitchen and bath has everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes south of Sellwood. This was our second time staying here. Comfy beds too. Excellent vrbo.

We had a nice but quick stay during our visit to Lewis and Clark College. The house was as described, clean, very comfortable, and well stocked. Enjoyed walking past the main house to have coffee overlooking the river. Also enjoyed a morning jog in the quiet, lovely neighborhood.

We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our stay in Portland area for a trade show. The house is new throughout and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. House is right on the river with access to a dock. Great place!

The hosts were so wonderful and the house was perfect we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The town was beautiful and very walkable. We really enjoyed the Trolley Trail which our host recommended. The neighborhood was fun to explore.

Quiet, peaceful and spacious. Separate suite with deck and good parking. Very clean and comfortable inside. We really appreciated the separate air conditioning settings for each bedroom.
