Super belle villa rénovée! Cette unité est dans le complexe face à l'océan et offre une vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et le balcon! NOUVELLE PEINTURE partout, nouveau canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de 5 pouces, nouveau fauteuil inclinable en cuir, nouveau carreau de dosseret, nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond. A mis à jour la salle de bain et la cuisine, écran plat T. V. 's dans la chambre et le salon. Lit queen plus récent dans la chambre et il y a beaucoup de rangement, cuisine entièrement équipée, tout nouveau chauffage et unité d'air ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans la chambre et le salon. Cette unité a également un très joli balcon avec des sièges en plein air et de superbes vues sur l'océan! Il y a des ascenseurs dans tout le complexe ainsi que des laveries à chaque niveau. Il y a une très grande piscine privée avec chaises longues, tables et parasols. Ceci est un complexe fermé sécurisé. Vous avez un accès direct à la plage sur une promenade, avec des douches extérieures. Il y a une terrasse plus récente face à l'océan avec des chaises longues et une belle balançoire! Barbecue et aire de pique-nique sont à votre disposition et ont été agrandis et nettoyés tous les jours! This cozy condo was on the beach so access was easy. Beach was not crowded at this location, which we liked. The condo was perfect for a couple, but would be too small to fit in another person on the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

I didn’t like the hosts inability to work with me when a hurricane was about to hit the island. Even though there was risk of flooding and our flight was cancelled, Vrbo and the host refused to cancel our trip and offer a refund.

Great for two people. Says 4 people but it would be very tight. Small issue locking door during checkin but quickly rectified. Only bad issue was the AC didn’t seem to reach the bed which made a good sleep challenging they do give a fan which helped.

The property location is excellent, easy walk to beach and bikes could be used to visit stores and dining experiences. Only issue is air conditioner doesn’t quite reach the bedroom but there is a fan which helped. Would stay here again

While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.

We had a wonderful stay! The building was quiet, just steps from the beach, and close to all of the restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful. The balcony was great for listening to the waves and enjoying an ocean view. Lori was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay In this cute little beach condo. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication from the owner about check-in, directions, gate codes, door codes, bikes, etc. was outstanding. We had no issues with any of that.
It is a small condo so what really stood out to me is how they made the best use of the space. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space in the closets so we could both unpack our bags. There were two deep drawers in the bathroom, so we were also able to unpack our bathroom items. I hate the disorganization of living out of a suitcase and I did not have to do that here. There were two large nightstands in the bedroom, rugs on each side of the bed and even an electrical strip so we could plug in our cell phones and a fan. In this condo, there was literally a place for everything. Even the beach chairs that the owner kindly provided were hanging neatly on racks on the balcony.
We enjoyed using the bikes every day. It was a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza where lots of restaurants and shops are located. The door to the condo had a keypad so we didn’t have to keep up with a door key or card.
The grounds and the rest of the building were immaculately maintained and it was nice to be able to park under the building.
I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and we hope to stay in it again. Thank you Scott and Lori!

Great location - easy to get to - getting inside is a bit of a challenge at first but once in and settled it was quite perfect. Beach access is great - having the bikes to ride into Coligny and around town was fantastic. That was actually the game changer for us. Condo is a hair small but who stays inside anyway when at the beach! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location, the quiet community and our stay. The owners provided everything we needed, were super responsive and it’s a lovely little condo. I could see how it might feel small for a family with smaller children but was just what we needed for my family (with our preteen boy and teen boy). We were able to set up a tent and chairs and spend the whole day at the beach. And it’s so close we could just pop up for a lunch break and head right back down. The bed, sofa bed and even the beach chairs they provided are super comfy too!

My wife and I had a nice stay at this property for 4 days. The property was the perfect size for two and just a short walk away from the beach. We really appreciated that the unit had all amenities, including beach chairs. Unfortunately the beach umbrella was found to be broken and rusted when taken out of its bag, so might be something to keep in mind if heading to the beach on a hot sunny day. The only hiccup we had was coming back to park the car after being out late one evening. First come first serve was no problem for where we park in the parking lot, but we didn’t realize that there’s a chance that all parking spaces might be taken, leaving you questioning where to park the car. But even then, Lori responded to our message and gave us tips on how to handle that situation if it happened again during our trip. For that one evening, we risked parking in the other lot designated specifically for a different building than ours.

We loved the location of the property. It is close to Coligny Plaza, which is filled with shops and restaurants. Lori communicates super well which made the whole process easy. The bikes were also a favorite for us. It has everything you need for a cozy beach stay.

We had a wonderful stay. This was a really nice condo and if I come back to Hilton head i would definitely stay here or and rent another condo from the owners. They were very available and so very helpful and easy to work with.
This condo number 136 Sea Side Villas was a one bedroom and perfect for me and my husband. Would have been tight for more than two people but owners who were wonderful to work with said they owned some bigger condos. Definitely would rent from them again in one of their nine condos in Hilton Head.
Others from our party stayed at Sea Side also and also were very pleased staying at these condos, One couple who came to our room said our room was so nice; they said theirs was nice but liked ours better especially the flooring and shower. They were only people from our party of 17 to visit our room.

Very cute and well kept place. Excellent check in procedures. Bikes were very good. Ice maker in refrig. didn’t work until I found the switch on the inside area of box. Still Ok really didn’t need much more. It was full when we arrived.

The condo is updated and very clean. The location is great, and it’s within walking distance of several great restaurants and shops. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony and very easy access to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.
