A large group of family stayed here after a wedding. It was perfect! Great location, gorgeous balcony views, clean and decor was very aesthetically pleasing. Hope to stay here longer in the future sometime.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location to the beach and slide, pool and huge hot tubs. Room was very clean. We just wished the condo had soap in the kitchen and more kitchen gadgets for meals.

Wonderful condo- very clean and decorated well! The windows all around the living room were spectacular!! Very easy process checking in and out. Best condo we have ever stayed at in Orange Beach! The only negative-the mattresses were not very comfortable, but everything else was top notch! Rh Ed cleaning crew did a wonderful job!! Would definitely stay here again.

Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect place for our two families with 5 kids to stay and enjoy the warm weather, sun, and beach! The condo was very clean and met picky mom standards! Space enough for everyone. Loved having the washing machine, dryer and full kitchen. Ice make a big plus!!!! Balcony was amazing! We loved it all and made beautiful memories!

We had an absolute best time at this condo. I rented for 5 days with 12 people for a girls trip and it was perfect. It has plenty of beds, kitchen was nice and big, perfect separate bar area. The condo was very clean and has enough kitchen stuff to cook and use while there. Great location with grocery store and liquor store right across the street. The staff promptly answered any questions I had very quickly and we had no problem with check in even was able to get an earlier check in. Will most definitely be booking this again next year for our next trip

This is the second year in a row we stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach with our sons and their family. There were a total of ten of us. Last year we stayed in a unit a couple floors lower. The four bedroom units were perfect for us. Everyone could have some privacy or play games. There is a lot to do in the area be it parasailing, dolphin cruise, alligator alley or go up to Mobile or Pensacola. A couple days were foggy cloudy so the kids went mini golfing or to an amusement park. The kids loved the beach, pool and lazy river. The only complaint we had was the dryer vent was extremely noisy and shook the mirror in the bathroom behind the laundry area. Maintenance came and said they would fix it after we checked out. We would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a great location! We were impressed! Easy walking to restaurants and grocery shopping.

Listen, I am very particular about where my Family and I lay our heads at to rest. This property exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING was exceptional from checkin to checkout! The location was perfect, the building was clean and quiet, front desk staff was nice and informative, the condo and it's view was superb. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. There were more than enough room to sleep and move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with with dishes and silverware. The balcony held the best view in the city!! Although I didn't need a thing from management, they sent a text daily to assure me they were just a text/phone call away. I could say soo much more great things about this property, but I encourage you to book so you can experience it yourself! You won't be disappointed!

This place is awesome! We stayed in a lot due to weather while we were there, but we really enjoyed the space. We ate out mostly, but the kitchen was very nice too. We loved it!

If cooking for a large family, be sure and bring a large frying pan. I also felt that at least one car should be able to park free for the price we paid. It was a little disheartening to find out each car was an additional $55 parking fee. But all things considered we would definitely book again.

This apartment was able to comfortably accommodate our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there was a howling noise at night from the living room door to the balcony. There was probably a leak, which on a windy night created some spooky music! Our complaint was promptly addressed and someone came to take a look, but the problem could not be fixed. But overall a fantastic vacation retreat.

The condo was beautiful,had everything you would need view was a million dollar view we will be back God willing.

Great communication, great location across the street from liquor store and grocery stores, margarita cantina nearby. Super easy to get to the beach, lazy River, indoor and outdoor pools. I’ll be back for sure and truly loved it. It was for my bachelorette party and was so great!

We were in Alabama for a wedding and decided to stay just a few days in Orange Beach. This property was so nice and in a great location. Our family really enjoyed the lazy river and the views from this property. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

We have 2 families stay @ this condo. 1 couple did have to stay in a room with 2 queens and they made the hall restroom their own. Locked the door from the hallway. Everything was very cleaned. All rooms had tvs. And when there was a problem with one of the tvs. They sent someone to fix very fast. All the decor was perfect. Loved having a ice maker. The balcony was amazing, glad we can see the strip and beach side. We will remember this place!!! Just a few items to bring: salt/pepper, extra toliet paper, paper towels.

Everything was simple communication was great my daughter left her prescription glasses the house keeping found them notified the office but we had been gone too long I received the glasses in the mail 2 days later. The location is great if the jelly fish wasn’t so bad our trip would have been perfect. Thankful for the pool and lazy river which is so relaxing and gave the kids a place to play

We planned this vacation over a year in advance to celebrate our retirement with our kids and grandkids! It was everything we expected and more! The condo was very clean and the views are breathtaking. There was not one complaint by any of us!

Easy access to beach, great view from living room and master. Condo has community lazy river and slide which kids love when taking break from beach. Not anything I have seen closer to the beach. Had 4 families with kids plenty of room. Easy checkin and out process and condo employees are so nice and helpful. Parking passes are first come first serve sold from condo, we were able to buy 5 parking passes. I hope to come back

Our family has done annual vacations in California, Wyoming, Arizona and Utah, and while there are amazing sites in every place, Orange Beach (and this specific condo location) was the most family friendly. Such a beautiful, clean beach with easy access to everything you could ever need.

This condo is beautiful and spacious. We had 6 moms, and 9 fourteen yr-old boys stay here for their 8th grade trip. Since the condos are designed to accommodate groups this size, you would think the facility would be used to that. The security guards immediately targeted our group (unfairly), threatened to kick us out, and acted like they had never had a group this size. The guard actually said that he would have everyone in the building from (our city) removed from the premises within hours of our arrival, because a couple of the boys ran in the hallway in their excitement upon us getting there. Way, way, WAY, over the top. We live in a city of about a million people and there were plenty of people staying at this resort from our city that we didn’t know. We kept our boys on very short leashes and I was thrilled with how excellent they all behaved on the trip. There were plenty of big groups at this facility, and the guard continued to target and harass us throughout our stay and accuse our kids of things they couldn’t possibly have done. It really put a damper on our moods as the guard just would not stop knocking on our door and harassing the kids every time they left the room. The guard actually made a “new rule” that apparently applied to our group only, that you had to be 16 to be in the pool without an adult. I believe the actual age that is posted is 12. We paid close to $5000 for this rental, and we were certainly not treated like guests; more like suspects; for the entire weekend. Of course I understand there are rules to abide by to make it comfortable for everyone, we were all fully on board with that. The whole thing was just ridiculous. I’ve stayed with groups this size many times and have never, ever, been treated like this. It’s unfortunate because the condo was perfect inside. Also, front desk closes at 5pm. If you get there past that- you can’t purchase a parking pass or get the wristband you are required to wear while on the premises. And don’t let one of those guards catch you without a wristband.

This condo is beautiful and very open and airy! Love all of the windows! Love the location on the 8th floor….the view is incredible! Had my daughters bachelorette trip there with all of her friends and everyone just raves about it! Great memories made!

We had an excellent experience here! Everything is convenient and conveniently located, lots to do close by. Felt very safe as well. Would definitely come back!

Location was great beautiful beach view building amenities were very great but when we entered the property there was a very bad smell In the unit ,dishwasher drainage was the problem but the management handles it in a timely manner also the floor was very dirty.we had to buy dishwasher soap , toilet paper and coffee paper and extra stuff like these. Our overall experience was great we just wish the place would be a bit more clean. We loved the location and amenities
