Beautiful 4 bedroom Lakehouse on a deep water cove on Lake Greenwood.
Cette belle Lakehouse sur le lac Greenwood dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, planchers de bois franc et un salon ouvert avec un mur de fenêtres donnant sur le lac. Il a une grande salle spacieuse avec une cheminée en pierre et des bûches à gaz. Il y a une chambre et une salle de bain au niveau principal. Deux chambres et salle de bain au deuxième niveau et une chambre et salle de bain au sous-sol. Il a une grande terrasse enveloppante qui surplombe le lac et dispose d'un sous-sol avec une chambre, salle de bains, deuxième cuisine et salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, 50 "TV à écran plat, baby-foot et salle à manger. Le patio inférieur dispose d'un barbecue Weber gaz pour les barbecues de la famille. Vous pouvez vous détendre pendant que la nourriture grille sur le hamac confortable. Le patio a également une table de pique-nique pour les expériences culinaires à l'extérieur. Deux kayaks Old Town Loon de 12 pieds sont disponibles pour les locataires pour une croisière panoramique autour du lac. Un des kayaks est un kayak de pêche s'il y a un pêcheur dans votre groupe. La propriété est située à seulement 9 miles du parc d'État et à 15 minutes du centre-ville de Greenwood. Il y a une station d'essence et une grande chaîne d'épicerie à moins d'un mile de la Lakehouse pour plus de commodité. Nous sommes également situés à proximité de 5 terrains de golf pour défier les golfeurs du groupe.

The house was stocked with everything you need for a great stay. There was ping pong, foos ball, basketball hoop & games galore. The only negative was the amount of steps (68) down to the lake which may not be ideal for some but otherwise a fabulous place.

The house was great; well-equipped and stocked with everything you might need to cook and play games. The steps between the house and the lake were well constructed but challenging for the older renter, but we are probably in better shape! The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental day, and safe for swimming. Enjoyed the swing on the dock (but it does hit the cable on the boat lift when you swing too high). All in all it was a nice stay and the family enjoyed it!

I rented this place for my family members coming into town for my son's wedding last Saturday, the 30th. I stayed right down the street from the home because my pet lab was with me. I did visit the home multiple times while my family was there, and the home is exactly as described in the listing. My entire family was beside themselves having such a great place to stay for such a great occasion. The downstairs blew me away! It's a perfect "man cave"! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great lake get away.

All I wanted for my birthday was to get away from the city and spend it with my family. I was torn between the mountains or a lake. I made the right choice by staying here. The house is beautiful inside and out! Everyone had enough space to hear their own thoughts and smell their own farts. We had everything at our disposal. There were so many choices of indoor/outdoor activities, my boys didn't have time to say they were bored. Going to Dollar General to buy a pitcher to make my famous Hibiscus/Ginger tea($6.50)....Watching the sunrise, fog lifting from the lake, birds socializing amongst the trees, and drinking a freshly brewed cup of coffee with no interruption....PRICELESS!! Big Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Hoff! I would definitely come back again.

We loved staying at Water’s Edge! The accommodations were great! We enjoyed the separate floors and comfortable seating areas! We also loved all the activities around the house. The fish weren’t biting but that didn’t matter. We had dinner at the Mill House and absolutely loved it! We will stay again.

We cannot thank you enough for the peaceful place you have created. We came to Greenwood to lay our grandmother to rest. Your home was a beautiful place of solitude. We have stayed in this home a couple times. It’s by far the best house we have stayed at in the Greenwood area. The house has everything you could need for your family and we’re entertaining space for our young children.

My wife and I and my daughter and her boyfriend stayed in this lovely, lakeside home for 4 days recently. We entertained my wife’s family from Greenwood and Spartanburg and can say we all had an excellent time. Would recommend this location to anyone as it had something for everyone!

We stayed here for a wedding with our adult children. There was plenty of room, it was very clean and had many amenities. We will definitely rent this is again if it’s available!

We had a wonderful time at Water’s Edge! The setting and amenities were just what we needed for a family getaway. Our group made use of the dock, kayaks, and games. The house had many spots for gathering to catch up and relax. We definitely recommend a visit to Water’s Edge on Lake Greenwood.

The home is very comfortable & clean. Appreciated all the fun activities available at the house.
Guests do not have full control of the thermostat which resulted in the upstairs bedrooms to be too hot & uncomfortable...no ceiling fans in these rooms.

The property has ample room to accommodate 7-8 people and has an open floor pan with a nice kitchen and large windows to take in the awesome views of the large cove that is close to the main channel of Lake Greenwood. In addition, the property owner is very responsive and has provided all the amenities needed for a great stay. This is our second year staying at this property and we enjoyed it even more this year. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We loved staying at this house. Our swimming experience was enhanced with the water at the dock being deep enough to jump in, and finding inner tubes in the garage. We also appreciated the fishing poles and tackle box that the host provided. The only downside during our visit was the extreme rain every day, but with three floors to spread out and a well stocked rec room, we never developed cabin fever. We had a couple of questions for the host, and received prompt replies. Would highly recommend this house.

This property was perfect. The large living area and separate game area for the kids were the best! The kayaks, swing on the pier, and the fishing were our highlights! We also loved the glider on the deck and the ease of use for the gas grill was perfect. We will definitely be back. Great weekend getaway.

House has terrific views and is in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to things. Main areas in the house have fantastic lake views. The dock is quite nice but the yard is a little bit steep. My only other negatives are that the bedrooms are a bit small and some things outside need a bit of repair. Some major work going on next door, but the guys seem to be respectful of quiet time. Overall though, a great stay!

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The view of the lake and sitting on the deck looking out over the water was very relaxing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel on top of each other.

Everything was exceptional. Communication with the host, ease of checkin, home, amenities. Family of 5. Kids 9, 8, and 4. The house had everything we needed. Kids were so excited about the game room and the closet full of board games. The little one love the basket of random today. Kept her busy all 3 days. We enjoyed fishing on the dock everyday and utilizing the kayaks! Sitting on the dock during sunrise and sunset. Can’t say enough about this place!

Our two families (total of 6) spent 8 days at this beautiful lake house and were extremely pleased with everything (except when hurricane Ian decided to bring rain on our last day). The house is very cozy and extremely well stocked. It's decorated very nicely and very clean. The boat dock was wonderful and we enjoyed having a fire by the lake. The hill to the lake is steep, but there are steps. We had some in our group who had to take it slow and rest part way up the hill, but it didn't stop them from going down to fish just about every day. We were glad to find out that Walmart delivers to the house, so our groceries arrived shortly after we did.
We brought our own Kayaks since there were so many of us.
We also brought bicycles and took advantage of the Palmetto rail trail about an hour away from the house. That was a very nice trail with a bridge over the river.
We were sad to see the week come to an end. The owners Randy & Cathy are great and responded to any questions we had right away. This feels more like a home than a rental property. They put a lot of love and care into it. We can highly recommend this house for a nice, quiet, restful vacation. Thanks

We had our family gather at Water's Edge and loved every minute of our stay. Three floors were perfect for our teen children. Kitchen had everything we needed to make every meal there. Thank you for having a great place to enjoy these last days of summer on Lake Greenwood.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. It is in an awesome location on the lake for either fishing , pleasure boating and any other water sport activities. The house was very clean, well stocked with a great deal of games and activities to entertain while not on the water. The home is very roomy and has all of the modern state of the art amenities most homes now have.
We have stayed at similar homes on Lake Hartwell, Lake Murray and several other lakes in the Carolinas and this was by far our favorite. I guarantee you and your family will have a great time at this home.
