Freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gute Lage in Stadionnähe. Auch sehr leicht von Autobahn oder Flughafen zu erreichen. Sehr gutes und authentisches China-Restaurant ums Eck.

Das rollstuhlgerechte Zimmer war nicht wirklich rollstuhlgerecht und auf keinen Fall barrierefrei. Das Zimmer war nur durch einen äußerst schmalen Durchgang erreichbar, und die Tür zum Zimmer und die Badezimmertür waren ebenfalls sehr schmal , ich habe mit meinem elektrischen Rollstuhl kaum durchgepasst. Die Toilette im Badezimmer war hinter der Duschwand versteckt , sodass sie mit dem Rollstuhl gar nicht zu erreichen war. Das Bett war ein gewöhnliches Hotelbett und damit nicht hoch genug und hatte keine Bodenfreiheit, damit wäre eine Umlagerung mit Personenlifter oder ähnlichem nicht möglich gewesen. Diese Probleme sind nicht auf dieses Hotel beschränkt sondern fast branchenüblich, aber sie sollten angeführt werden, falls jemand wie ich im Rollstuhl anreist. Das Hotel war auch sehr schlecht ausgeleuchtet und von der Straße kaum zu sehen, und die Flughafennähe bedeutet natürlich auch Flugzeuggeräusche fast rund um die Uhr (die Fenster waren allerdings gut geräuschisoliert). Das hauseigene Restaurant war nur für das Frühstück geöffnet, am Abend gab es lediglich an der Bar eine begrenzte Auswahl an Speisen. In der direkten Umgebung war wenig anzufinden.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel Auswahl und im Restaurant hatte es genügend Platz, so dass gut ein freier Tisch gefunden werden konnte. Das Hotel war ab der Autobahn gut erreichbar. Danach auch der Deutsche Bank Park zu Fuss (ein gemütlicher halbstündiger Spaziergang durch den Wald).

Das Hotel liegt in einer sogenannten Umweltzone. Auf dies wurden wir vom Hotel nicht aufmerksam gemacht, was uns auf dem Weg zum Hotel noch zusätzlich Zeit und Nerven gekostet hat, da wir es erst im letzten Moment bemerkten. Da wir aus dem Ausland angereist sind und das Hotel wusste, dass wir mit dem Auto anreisen, hätte ich hier etwas mehr Info erwartet. Das Personal an der Bar war zwar freundliche, jedoch schien es mit der Anzahl Gäste (wegen der NFL war viel los) überfordert zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter kamen kaum nach mit den Bestellungen, was aber auch daran lag, dass sie doch seeeeeeehr gemütlich unterwegs waren.

The staff was beyond accommodating. The sauna, gym & indoor pool was such a pleasant addition to the stay. The food was great! The bartenders where toooooppp tier!

Not being able to check in early. But I understand that this is a hotel for airline staff as well, so I know the housekeepers where extremely busy!

MUY BUENA RELACIÓN calidad-precio. Es un hotel entre el aeropuerto y la ciudad de Franfkfurt, normalmente sería para pasar una noche llegando de un vuelo tarde o saliendo para un vuelo temprano, pero se puede usar también para pasar un fin de semana, o unos días en Frankfurt. La cadena Crowne Plaza es buena, la habitación tenía el aire acondicionado funcionando bien, nevera, baño, cama grande, y televisión por cable/satélite con canales internacionales. Estaba en un MAGNÍFICO PRECIO comparado con los hoteles del centro de Frankfurt, y el tranvía númer 12 para en la puerta y lleva a la Estación Central de Frankfurt. El tren al aeropuerto está a unos 10 min. andando, pero no es obvio el camino, por lo que hay que saber cómo llegar antes. Me ha parecido muy buena relación calidad - precio.

Todo bien, y es muy recomendables el hotel. La nevera estaba anclada mal, y estaba desenchufada, y era difícil enchufarlo por detrás. La mitad de los canales de televisión - TVE ,Al Jazeera, etc. estaban apagados, aparecían en negro sin señal, ¿para que ponerlos si no funcionan? Bañera alta, hay que tener cuidad y poner lo que dan antideslizante antes de ducharse. No tomé el desayuno, un pelín caro, pero seguramente bueno. Recomiendo el hotel, estaba en la mitad del precio de los hoteles parecidos en el centro de Frankfurt.

Excellent location for my work, being the Access Tower which was 300m down the road from the hotel. Also the local restaurants and being near the tram was a bonus to head into Frankfurt for a look around.

On Thursday morning noticed a smell of sewage coming from a vent near the back of my mini fridge, not sure how drainage is connected but it was off-putting, but I could open a window

Room was great, had public transport close by.

The internet connection kept on disconnecting and forced you to re-login every time.

I have been asking for a refund since I booked this hotel : days before the intended stay, I explained to booking that I did not get a visa in time. Instead I missed the Germany part of my trip and went to France. (I booked my paris stay with booking.com)I get a refund yet for Trankfurt. Pls rectify this. Thanks

We needed a hotel close to the airport at the end of our vacation. The 10 minute drive to the airport was perfect for us. The pool was large for a hotel pool and great for swimming laps. The room was very clean and well laid out. We added the breakfast and this was well worthwhile. The coffee was delicious and the selection of breads, cheeses, hot food, cereals, and fruit was large.

Breakfast too expensive, very hot in the room due to pre-set AC, 2 rooms were on separate floors so very inconvenient but overall the hotel is well located and clean

The location of the hotel was great and easy access to tram/bus.

The AC was not working and the room was very stuffy. The staff didn't even bother to check and we were given a table fan - that we had to collect ourselves.

The location was great for us and it was really nice and peaceful.

it but other than that it was very tired and not to the normal standard that i would expect from a Crowne Plaza. The food in the bar was very poor and restrictive.

Good location, good breakfast

Very old facilities, dirty toilet (we cleaned it ourselves before using), dust on the cabinets. Elevator did not work, we used stairs. It took one hour to stand in queue to check-in. Huge disappointment from 4* hotel.

The Hotel is a bit off everything, but Deutsche Bank Park is in 40 Min walking distance, which comes in handy for concerts etc.
