Breakfast was good, lady at the reception of breakfast was welcoming, the guy who made the omlet was a nice person and made the perfect cheese omlet, Room was clean and tidy and big enough

The area of surrounding could have more dining options, very limited facility in surrounding of hotel

Dear Ramada We chose you knowing your brand value. However, we checked into the hotel at 10 am on the same day. We were asked for 150 sar for this and we paid it. I paid 1356 sar for 3 days. We wanted to have breakfast since we came from a 15-hour journey. We were treated in a very harsh manner by a lady while my family was with me.. and they told me that I had to pay another 200 sar. .. in a really hurtful style and manner.. I have visited so many states, but this kind of treatment does not exist even in places like hostels... For me, Ramada is no longer a ? It happened... She was a really rude and rude lady and then she called the Egyptian manager and he was not polite at all either... I hope you read my article carefully... I asked for breakfast in the room on the following days because my wife was unwell, they asked for an extra 46 riyals... it was terrible. It was a trip, very sad for Ramada

Honestly nothing at all.

Couple of points: - very bad welcoming. - very old hotel in bad area. This cannot be 4 stars comparing to others - bad water mixer in the shower, difficult to maintain moderate water temperature. - very cold AC cannot be adjusted, noisy ventilation system even if AC is off. - stayed two nights, the second day i came back at 7pm from a long day of work, my room was not cleaned…

نظافة الفندق والغرف والروائح العطرية في الممرات والغرف حسن الاستقبال وتعاونهم وروحهم الجميلة وحرصهم على رضى العميل وتلبية طلباته وأخص بالشكر والتقدير للأخت نجلاء والأخت أريج لتعاونهم وكذلك عمال الحقائب وخدمة الغرف كان وصولي مبكراً وتم تسليم الغرف بوقت سريع وعند طلب تأخير الخروج تم التعاون في ذلك تم تقديم ضيافة في الغرفة دلة قهوة مع التمر الغرف واسعة ومجددة بارضيات خشبية باركيه والسرير مريح مع توفر كاوية الملابس وسجادة الصلاة وعدة المشروبات الساخنة وماء الشرب الحمام نظيف ومتوفرة فيه جميع مستلزمات النظافة عمال النظافة متعاونين ويلبون طلبات العميل الفطور مميز جداً ومتنوع ويلبي جميع الرغبات والأذواق مواقف السيارات متوفرة مجاناً

الفندق في منطقة قديمة نوعاً ما ويسكنها عمالة وافدة ولكن هذا الشي لم يزعجني شخصياً كرت الغرف يفقد التفعيل في صباح اليوم الثاني ويظطر الساكن للنزول لإعادة تفعيله!

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; staff was helpful, and thr amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.

It is a very good hotel and value for money. Breakfast spread is good, location is very accessible, and rooms are tidy. Staff is cooperative
