Fiund out the hotel price WOULD HAVE BEEN $ 139.00 for us . very disappointed in booking. com on this reservation. I thought Bioking is always the best way. can’t support it now .

The breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks were a nice touch.

The room wasn't big enough. There were no drawers. It didn't resemble what was shown online. The TV channels were limited. I didn't like the soap and shampoo nor the way it was dispensed. I was not able to use my IHG CARD. I heard construction as early as 6 am. I will not use Booking.com again. The price changed dramatically day two and three.

Best part of my stay

Place full of kids running wild in the halls. Parents talking in the hall for hours!!

Being put beside the door that goes into the parking lot. Door slammed until early hours (around 2 am). Construction starting at 8 am.

The Staff was excellent! The breakfast was great

The facilities not so much. We were put in a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was a bath tub. We were put on a floor that was under construction which was awful. The front desk didn't tell me until I came back down to get stuff out of my car. Then she tells me I have to shut the bathroom door so we don't hear the elevator at night. Apparently there weren't other rooms that we could move to. During the night, we had stink bugs crawling on us. It wasn't the worst I've been in but by no means was it the best!

Outdated. Room smells. Reservation was made for upper floor but got room by entrance on first floor next to smoke area . Bathroom shower was with improper curtains. And it was super expensive for this type hotel

Breakfast, staff, and the room was very nice. We will return after the construction has been completed.

Hotel was great, but under construction, so it was noisy in our room, an extension cord ran across the door way, and some dirt in the hallway. Suggest that a guide channel be provided for the TV, would have been able to see what was going to be broadcasting next.

Bathroom was small, and you had to open the door to wash your hands, smoking bench had no protection from weather and saliport roof leaked

the room said hot tub and another room for less money said jacuzzi tub. our room was a hot tub room and had a jacuzzi. this was false advertising and made us very upset to the point we will not be staying here again.

The breakfast provided was one of the better ones that I've experienced over the past few years. The items available suited both me and my mother (egg vs oatmeal). I requested handicap accessible at almost the last minute and they provided exactly what we needed, and everything in between, such as an extra blanket. And there was a Keurig coffee machine in the room!

Unfortunately I was unable to stay there as they had a major gas leak which shut off their water.

However, the girl at the front desk was wonderful and set me up to stay at the Hampton/Hilton at their expense. I really appreciated the extra effort to explain the situation and gave me options. I would consider this property for the future.

Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The check in was swift and the staff very welcoming. We loved the nighttime snacks and breakfast variety.

The cost was a little more than i expected but this was our first stay in Meadville so perhaps that's the norm. Still, the amenities made it worth it.
