Frühstück war amerikanisch reichhaltig. Aber ein kleines Glas O-Saft zu US$ 5,- ist schon happig.
Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. Bei dem Preis unverschämt. Außerdem lief eine Spinne in meinem Zimmer herum.. Immerhin hat das Restaurant auch wieder Sonntags geöffnet. Das Hotel liegt leider außerhalb einer Ansiedlung. Auto ist also zwingende Voraussetzung.

Breakfast was very ordinary most dishes were greasy
The AC in the room was very loud and uncomfortable and a light from behind the TV possibly from the router kept flashing all night
The nights were not restful

The location is good, and it’s a good hotel for the area.
it’s expensive give the level of hotel this is. but it’s the best for the area. Beware, if you get a connected room with a door locking out the other room you will hear everything next door! I wasn’t the only one who complained about this. For the money I should not feel like my neighbor is in my room.

it’s a nice hotel close the the mall & overall it was ok. although the rooms in Sheraton were better, this hotel was better overall & cleanest& breakfast here was better.

A recent stay in Las Vegas at this price point offered many, many more amenities. There are other hotels available in the area at a much lower price point.
Only one staff member available at the front desk (could be hotel policy). On a Friday night I thought I would see more than one staff member in the lobby area.

The staff! The design - of public areas - such as the lobby.
The room was significantly different than as advertised/purchased; and forgive me, it is unreasonably if not outright ridiculous to not include breakfast in accordance or direct proportion to the room price. It was petty and picayune. Very bad optics. I mean, seriously, economy class Holiday Inn isn’t as parsimonious! It definitely will influence my intent or not to return. Change this. Immediately.

Staff were excellent. Brett is particular was so friendly and welcoming, gave me good advice on what to see in Detroit.
Room was a good size.
Shower was slightly dirty and wasn't sure I was given all info on check in. Had to ask about the gym and made me wonder what other services were available that I wasn't told about. Like free mint tea at the lobby. That was a really nice feature but if you're not told until you ask it makes you think you may be missing other perks.

We’ve been forced to stay at a hotel while our house is undergoing some updates and the hotel we chose previously, smelled and looked like an ancient artifact on the inside (sorry, Westin). The Baronette Renaissance was so clean and modern and is clearly very well maintained which truly gave us a huge sense of relief! The aesthetic of this hotel is absolutely beautiful and once you’re inside, or looking at their patio landscaping, it really doesn’t feel like you’re in Michigan! This hotel turned a not-so-ideal situation to the most comfortable little getaway. Highly recommend!
