Staff are amazing and the villa is beautiful. I stayed alone for the majority of my stay and I felt so safe. The location is amazing and I will definitely be returning!

So much black mold here. They showed me other rooms and they all had loads of black mold.

Location was a bit far from bars and clubs but Grab is cheap so wasn’t a problem

The mold in the room is terrible,the smell…my expensive clothes got ruined because they soaked the moist in the room and many of them got molded. They give u new towels everyday because they know nothing can get dry in your room… I would never stay here again. Also the atmosphere of the place is not nice

Guys this is a trap, the photos don't reflect the reality. It's not even the same place.
The staff was nice like everywhere else in Bali but the place is a disaster you cannot imagine!
1. Mold is everywhere
2. The room was so humid and moist that it was difficult to breathe
3. It smelled terrible, like old basement due to the mold
4. No vent in the bathroom, therefore the water stays in the shower forever, litteraly.
5. My clothes were wet inside the room due to the vent issues
6. The bed was dirty, there was no duvet, just some old grey blanket
7. I stayed there for 4 days and not once my room was cleaned.

The room smelt so bad! It actually made me sick from the damp, mildue smell that you couldn't get rid of as there was no windows that opened.
The tap in the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor every time you used it, and the shower floor didn't drain well so there was a constant puddle on the floor. The whole room was in average condition with flaking paint and mould on the ceiling etc.
The website said there was a free shuttle service into seminyak square, this wasn't the case and I was told no such thing existed.
Overall pretty disappointed.

this property at good location very close to Canggu and seminyak. staff are very friendly and manager always make sure all guest having good stay.
menu at cafe should more variety. coffee was very good with crunch Sandwich

Good place for healing. This hotel is quite and have a good service. Surely will come to this hotel again.

Very good hotel, very soft bed ... the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of my room is very awake ... complete with a restaurant with very delicious food ... then all of my expectations ... I highly recommend this hotel.. andd soo i like this hotel😊😊
