Where to start? This hotel is the most wonderful, authentic and friendly place we have stayed at. The surroundings are beautiful. We woke up in the morning with a view of the mountains. All of the staff are exeptional and make you feel at home. The food was great They really made an effort since one of us is vegetarian. We went here to mountainbike and we could easily access both saalbach and hinterglem. Good facilities to keep bikes overnight. Would recommend anyone to go here for summer vacation. We will miss Liam, Luna and Teddy.

The hotel was along the side of the mountain and was surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff was amazing. They set out decorations at our table for my daughters birthday. My kids were very fond of BeBe and Maya and followed them around the property. The food absolutely delicious. There were so many different activities to do at the property and our kids were never bored.

We had to listen to our kids complain for 6 hours on our way home to Germany that it was not fair we didn’t live at Altachhof.

Relaxed ambiance, welcoming owners and staff, dogfriently. We felt welcome and at home.

Breakfast and dinner were excelent. The personnel very kind, the sauna was great, the taxi to and back from skiing was very convenient.

The room and hotel toilets did not have an extractor fan, not convenient when sharing with other people. Otherwise it was all great.

Splendid facilities, nice view, amazing staff and good value for money in regards to the food. It was cleaned very thoroughly each day as well.

I was satisfied. Nice staff, roomy nice appartment.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had a picturesque view to the mountains and was cleaned every day. Every morning free hotel taxi drove us to the ski lifts. And in the evening picked us up. Breakfast was great, it had everything (scramble eggs, fruits, plant milk, fresh vegetables, coffee machine, buns…). The hotel also has a ski equipment room and sauna.

Location was very nice, felt a bit like a resort with great facilities including sauna Food was super, breakfast as well as dinner Taxi service was really Nice and very fast Personnel was very friendly and helpful Hotel was adapted well to cope with COVID-19

We had 1 day of strong winds, some connecting lifts were closed Hardly any apres ski due to COVID-19

Delicious kitchen, polite and professional staff, clean pool and all services on high level.

Really nice place, clean rooms. Very kindly staff. Possibility to use welness, mini-golf, ping-pong, pool.

Sometimes wi-fi was not stable.

This hotel was comfortable and charming with lovely views of the mountains around. Set a bit away from town, it was a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of town but the free taxi service to the three lifts was easy and quick and we ended up going with the full board option as we were too exhausted after big days of skiing to go out and the food was great anyway. Shower was really good pressure and there was a ski locker to store skis and boots - nothing fancy but did the job. Overall I highly recommend! Should also note that the sauna was recently redone and one of the nicest I’ve ever used - if you’re shy Brits/Aussies like us just wear a towel!

Just would note that it is not immediately in town and is up a steepish hill so would ideally either have a car or go for full board. It is walkable though I imagine less fun when the road is snowy or icy - we were there in March. But given the taxi and as the food is pretty good this is not a big negative - really extensive buffet!

In addition to a bed, our son got his own couch (which he was very happy with!). Good, large sauna area. The taxi service worked very well. Could ski back to the apartment. Apartment was spacious. All was clean and tidy. Check in and check out was very efficient.

No dishwasher in apartment, and some lack of cutlery and pans, but not a big problem
