Amazing stuff! Hotel is incredible too! Food is to die for!

Large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is great and the spa and pools are really nice . For kids there is a play room that was fantastic for my daughter (4 years old) .

ניקיון גרוע החדר ממש היה מלוכלך ובכלל לא ניקו אותו ביום השני. בנוסף לא החליפו מגבות מלוכלכות. כוסות מלוכלכות . הזמנו חדר עם נוף בתוספת כסף אך בפועל קיבלנו נוף לחדר אוכל. בספא פנו אלינו שאיננו יכולים להיות עם בגד ים בתוך הסאונה וגרמו לנו להרגיש לא בנוח ובושה. הבריכות קפואות ואי אפשר באמת להיכנס אליהן.
אך בגדול מה שהכי לא אהבנו את זה שרצינו לעזוב כי המלון באמת פשוט לא היה בסטנדרט של הרשת ואמרו לנו שביטול ההזמנה בלתי אפשרי כי הזמנו דרך האתר ולא דרך המלון

We had really amazing holidays in there. Room was pretty big and warm, breakfast was tasty, personal was very kind, spa suite was superb. One thing I can promise we will come back again.
Transfer from and to Munich very expensive.

Super schönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Spa. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr bequemes Bett.
Personal kann zT kein deutsch. Preise im Restaurant und Bar teils sehr hoch (Gin Tonic zB 19 EUR).

great staff, service. SPA center was very, very nice. Clean and spacious , we spent most of our time there. Food was great as well!
Some of the parts of the hotel look a bit used, maybe you need to think of a renovation in the near future
