Our room key kept stopped working

Location was good. Front desk attendant, young Native girl, was so nice and friendly. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices & fresh fruit. Good for a diabetic.

Stayed 3 nights & had noisy neighbors all 3 nights. They allow dogs, so early 1 morning Shepard barking next door. 2 other nights, kids running up & down the hallways at 9:30 pm. One knocked on our door at 7am.

The area is not good.

All was great except for dogs, so many dogs everywhere...some on leashes some being carried. We do not like dogs at all and don't want to share space with them

Staff was responsive.

There was an alarm on the 4th floor ice machine which woke me several times throughout the night. The night front desk person was quick to get the alarm turned off each time I called. Thank you. The problem is that it took quite a while to get back to sleep after the third and fourth time the alarm woke me. This caused a very bad night's sleep. When I mentioned the problem to the person working the front desk at checkout, she just waived it off and said something about letting the maintenance people know about it. Not happy with that response, at all.

Extra fee of $10 for parking ~ a pure hoax and reason to never use your brand again.
