It has an amazing military museum inside. The room was top-notch. Breakfast was awesome.

No complaints, wonderful stay.

The room was a decent size and the water stayed hot.

The room was a little run down. The man who checked us in was rude. He was passive aggressive and really did not represent the hotel in a favorable fashion. The woman who checked us out was adequate, not friendly but not rude. I would not stay here again.

AC didn't work in first room and then barely worked in the second room. This summer is breaking heat records. The bed was comfortable, but window curtains stained and air didn't work well at all.

Felicia (the front clerk that checked us out in the morning 7/18/2023) was terrible. She was stuck-up and did not want to serve anyone. I am quite sure that there are other complaints about her. She would literally roll her eyes at you if you ask her a question. She should not be serving anyone. She obviously hates her job. The AC didn't work well at all. The hallways were hot. Breakfast tasted old and there was no water.

Room was spacios and comfortable. Enjoyed the patriotic items in the lobby.

Breakfast a big disappointment. The only cereal was chocolate. Ran out of bagels and muffins. There was none in the backroom to replenish.

The lady in charge of breakfast. Multiple times she left me with the word in my mouth. Didn’t reply or face an answer. Not polite. Very rude attitude on both times that I stayed there

One woman on the staff seemed annoyed when I came to ask basic questions like extension and guest laundry questions.

Very clean, friendly staff. Beds were a tiny bit lumpy but otherwise very comfortable.

Breakfast was over too early 9am so we didn't get to eat. The closet had a moldy smell to it so we didn't put anything in it

The bathroom facilities were disability accessible, which was ok, however the floors were very slippery and the lighting was poor.

The room was clean and spacious especially for 5 people & a dog. The $15 pet fee is very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although not a huge offering at breakfast, it did include both hot & cold items. It was a good selection to choose from and was tasty & fresh.

I would have liked some decaf tea options.

They do a great job of honoring the US Service Men and Women. Big room nice dining area and great sitting area right by the check in. Thx
